I buy too many clothes from this website! I'm going to go broke! They always have a great selection and lots of sale items. The layout of the site is very easy to navigate and checkout is a breeze. Set up a rep code to receive an extra 1% off of your purchases. It doesn't sound like a lot but any bit helps!
My order was never shipped and it took them weeks to tell me that the they did not have the item at their warehouse. I could not reach any customer service representative and eventually i was offered a refund or store credit with 24 to 48 hours.Its been over a week and still no damn refund. Terrible business that lacks in ethic and is just stealing money. They got a 1 because they could not get a zero. I will never order from there again but i sure as hell want my money back.
I've only shopped here once and I had a great experience. Most of their stuff are always cheaper than other online merchants, plus there are tons of coupons that you can find online, and you get free shipping! I ordered a BB Dakota Jacket for about 70% after all the discounts. Got the jacket in about 3 days. Great deal and fast shipping! Would definitely shop here again.
If you are looking for urban or street style clothing, karmaloop is best. I've heard a few horror stories about the customs charges people pay when they order out of the states, but if you live in the states it's great. Shipping is less than a week and there are lot of coupon codes and sales events pretty much every week to save you a lot of money on your order.
Ok. So I order 8 pairs of shoes for a total of $82. I WILL SAY, after reviewing a whole lot of bad reviews after already making a purchase, I was worried. I thought forssure I wasted my money. However, IT WASNT BAD. Did the shipping take long? Yes. It took about a month. But I wasn't in a rush to get things because most of what I got is for the summer. I called to check the status and it took second to get through but I did get ahold of a representative who communicated very clearly what the hold up was. So shipping takes time. All of items did arrive, they are all good quality for the price, there are only two pairs that I'm not a fan of. But overall, not a bad experience. Especially not for the price. They did right by me and I feel more confident in their product. I cannot post proof because most of my shoes are open toe and my feet look crazy but maybe lighten up a bit on the harsh reviews. Shipping does take time but it's not terrible

Second time ordering. First time took 3 weeks for them to ship and about 2 to arrive. Gave them another chance years later and it's been two weeks and they just printed shipping labels. Prices are good. If you don't mind waiting months for clothes and don't mind if you receive wrong or "substituted" items this is your place!

Ok so I bought a Flannel Shirt that was on sale for 19.99, On the website it showed that they had size small, medium and large, I went with medium and placed my order. Like 3 days later I get told that the order was cancelled due to it being out of stock. They should really work on updating the site and keep track of inventory, Now I have to get a refund if I ever get it that is.
I am pissed. I have spend thousands of dollars with Karmaloop but this last order is my final straw. I collect Jeffrey Campbell shoes and I ordered the Hudson Gold Chain with standard international shipping, which normally takes 10 business days. After 25 days of NO package, I contact them. They get back to me a few days later and tell me to wait another week. I contacted them a week later ad then they told me to wait another week. I waited another week and now it has been 7 weeks since I placed that f***ing order. I was a Rep for these people, but I am now going to trash them on YouTube.
I used to order a lot from Karmaloop but with their partnership with DHL, it has resulted in cray cray ridiculously high brokerage & duty fees to Canada. So I've stopped ordering from this site once and for all. It's too bad cuz they have a pretty good selection of different brands. I emailed them several times regarding this shipping issue and suggested that they start using regular USPS airmail like they used to. But my emails have been ignored and gone unanswered. Nice customer service there. Buy from you never.
Love them! I buy all of my name brand handbags here. Mainly, they're one of two legitimate resellers of Tokidoki, and they always have sales and coupons to boot. Saving up to 50% off $100+ handbags? Yes, please! Shipping is very quick too. I've made about 5 purchases with them over the past 2 years and they've always come promptly, bagged and tagged. Great site!
I must've lost close to 200 hundred dollars due to Karmaloop's incompetence the past few months. I've got about 150 dollars worth of merchandise that hasn't seen the light of day since nearly a month. They haven't answered a single of my messages (I only sent two in a matter of 3 three weeks) despite the fact that they stated that it'd take 3-5 days for them to respond. I've been ordering from Karmaloop for years, but after this storm of mediocrity there's no way I'm going through the hassle of paying money and not receiving my merchandise. Complete disgrace of a company with no shame in stealing money from customers who have stuck by them despite their terribleness.

Yo so I work for lids we send out our 5$ hats in boxes... I just depend 60$ for a BBC hat and it comes in a plastic bag., my hat only had 3 stops from its destination so it wasn't to messed up and that why I'm not raising complete hell. Btw this is the first review I have ever wrote about anything
I've never had any trouble with an online store before karmaloop. I made an order for 7 items on the 20th of December last year and got an email sent to me claiming that the package had been shipped on the 21st of December (my order number is *******). I'm from Australia and I understand that it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive for international orders. However it has now been 9 weeks and I have not received anything. I have checked with DHL regarding my shipping number but nothing shows up. I have been emailing support constantly and today they got back to me claiming that my order has been deemed lost and offering me a store credit refund, a bit annoying considering all the clothes I had originally wanted are now out of stock. I'd really just like to know what happened to my order and why their shipping processes are so faulty. Can't say I'll be shopping there again any time soon.
If I could give it a less I would. Ive been dealing with karmaloop/plndr for years with no problem. Now I've spent close to $200 around Feb. 13,2015 with no worries until a month past so I emailed them then waited like 1-2weeks till they finally responded with the same bull$#*! automated email everyone else got. So after I sent like 2 or 3 emails they said give it 3 to 5 business days to receive your refund. Its been longer then 5 business days, where the hell is the refund. Didn't use PayPal, so I'm wondering how would I go about getting my money back. Would it be through my bank... once I have the opportunity of getting my money back I will not be using these 2 sites again, they lost a loyal customer.
Same review as everyone else; I was told my product wasn't available after waiting weeks, offered a refund that would take 24-48 hours to process, got NO refund 2 WEEKS later. This sure used to be good and now it's bull$#*!. The quality went way down too. Don't bother. I have no idea how to get my money back as they don't respond to emails or phone calls and the chat is down.

Probably my favourite place ever for online shopping, great for urban street wear and just anything youthful, lots of fantastic brands. I live in Vancouver, Canada and they ship from their location in the eastern US and I get my shipment in 2 days tops thanks to them partnering up with DHL. The only thing that keeps me from shopping there more is the price of shipping and then customs/duties but it's not so bad, it's worth it usually!
Purchased a shirt for $50 and haven't received anything for almost a month. They kept on sending me emails about how they were "restructuring their website." It was all a lie. They were actually bankrupt and now they won't send me my product OR my money. This is BS. Straight up SCAM

I get Karma Loop emails constantly crowing about the discount codes, 40% off any item no restrictions etc, etc. But when u actually pick the items to buy, SURPRISE! None of the codes work! So basically they get you on the site with the promise of a discount and at the checkout they pull the rug out from beneath you. How is this good business? I just wasted 40 minutes of my time shopping only because of the discount and now theres no discount? Im not wasting my time with that BS site any longer, all my Karma Loop "discount" emails will be sent directly to my trash. They used to never pull this garbage, guess they are desperate for funds but they just lost a long time customer. Peace out Karma Krap, I am guessing Karma is putting a big boot in your $#*! as we speak!
I ordered a hoodie on February 13 and still haven't got it after 3 weeks! I'm in TX btw. I've emailed them about 4 times with no response. I finally opened a PayPal claim today and sent them a message through PayPal. Do not order from them! This is outrageous!
I bought some clothes with Apple Pay. And what do you know? I now have multiple charges for a span of 2 months totaling $200.13. Now they're out of CA. And the charges are out of CA. But *******753 is a scam number not associated with Apple.
My only purchase a was 2 weeks before from Karmaloop. I haven't used Apple Pay for anything before then. I was happy with my purchase. Just not happy finding out 2 months later, you guys've been robbing me blind. Now I've bought from them years before and had the same issue (but i thought it was a random glitch (and it was one questionable purchase)..

I bought my winter formal dress of off karmaloop and i loved it! They didn't have my size at first so i sent a request for a notification if they stocked back up on smalls or extra smalls. I got a medium which was too big for me and noticed they had extra smalls again (btw i never did get a email notification) so i returned my dress and exchanged it for the XS they were great with the customer service with young nice people working the phone lines and even saved my XS dress even though it sold out in like two days! So i was grateful for that. I had to order next day shipping for it to get on time which was around $25. Overall the dress fit beautifully everyone loved my dress that night and i will definitely shop there more often
I am from the UK and made an order for two pairs of shoes about three weeks ago. I've been patiently waiting for them... I phoned the courier company yesterday who told me I owe £61 (99 dollars) customs charges. The shoes totalled £161 (260 dollars) so I was charged 38% to import them. I would NEVER have ordered if I knew this. And I will NEVER order again. The free shipping actually cost me a fortune. Do NOT order from Karmaloop if you're from England.
Well over a month after making my initial purchase and I still hadn't received the merchandise I ordered. So, I contacted their "customer service" and was lied to and given the cold shoulder. I am currently in the process of having Paypal get my funds back from these thieves. Please heed my warning... go anywhere else for your apparel and accessory needs! BUYER BEWARE!
The site obviously has some organisational issues, but they got around to me in the end. I suggest using live chat to deal with any issues as you speak to the same people in a far quicker way. Great pricing and customer support, as well as a hell of a selection.
