I buy too many clothes from this website! I'm going to go broke! They always have a great selection and lots of sale items. The layout of the site is very easy to navigate and checkout is a breeze. Set up a rep code to receive an extra 1% off of your purchases. It doesn't sound like a lot but any bit helps!

My order was never shipped and it took them weeks to tell me that the they did not have the item at their warehouse. I could not reach any customer service representative and eventually i was offered a refund or store credit with 24 to 48 hours.Its been over a week and still no damn refund. Terrible business that lacks in ethic and is just stealing money. They got a 1 because they could not get a zero. I will never order from there again but i sure as hell want my money back.

I've heard Karmaloop hasn't paid their vendors since last year, so they stopped shipping until the get paid. Go figure.

Bought a hat in January 2015, it's now February and I still haven't reseived it, so much for 7-9 days shipping, worste site, I recommend to not buy off this bull$#*! site.

I recently made a purchase at Karmaloop around the 13of Jan I never received a order number or a tracking number from them, I emailed them asking if they could help me with my order as I had received no information about it and explained that I did not receive a order number. I got a reply days later asking for my order number...? I replied the same thing that I didn't receive one and gave them all the information I could even copied and pasted what its says on my bank statement and got a response asking for my order number...? I have had that same reply from 7 different after I explain that I cant provide the order number because they never gave it to me I still get the exact same reply even when I beg them to help me... BEG THEM I have never begged in my life but need some one to help me they just reply asking for my order number in one sentence and that's it. This Customer Service is Disgusting! I am so offended by how they treat you, I just want someone to help me from that site so I didn't just waste $160 and a bunch of my time stressed out

I would just look at the thousands of negative reviews slagging this site like 90% I wish that I had of done that before I wasted $160

Ordered from karmaloop and never recieved my package! TRIED to contact them with no response untill I was forced to speak to the through Twitter. YES guys you can only get in contact with there $#*!ty customer service over TWITTER! Even then it's a hassle to get an response. I tweeted the owner seko who pretended to acted Concerd and was told to message dm him. I did only to never get a response. Overall do NOT ORDER FROM KARMALOOP! U WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER

They took 2 1/2 weeks to ship, there was no indication as to when I'd get my items and they came damaged

Customer Service SUCKS, Shipping sucks. They flag your order for any reason. They cancelled my order because I didn't put the extra four digits in the zip code. NEVER AGAIN.

HORRIBLE! MY FIRST EXPERIENCE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE. ORDERED 8 DAYS AGO, ON THE WEBSITE IT SAYS ALLOW 48HOURS TO SHIP. MY ORDER STILL HASN'T FULLY BEEN PROCESSED. I HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR THIS.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. I created an account with them because I have heard nothing but good things about the site. However the one and only thing I tried to order was never even sent. I ordered a shirt on Aug. 28th and it was said to have been shipped on Sept. 2 but I never received it. On Sept. 11 I followed up with customer service asking about it and they responded saying they'd have an update within 48 hours and I would be contacted, which of course I never was. So I followed up again on the 16th and they claimed that they restocked the shirt on Sept. 11 and would be sending my order at the end of the week, which would have been fine if they actually sent it. Now it's September 26th and I still haven't received my shirt and am in the process of waiting for a refund and judging by their service I probably won't get any of that money back. It's funny how they can flood my inbox with a bunch of bull$#*! emails promoting themselves everyday but couldn't send my order. To all online shoppers please be aware that this website is not as great as people may make it out to be and from my experience they're full of $#*!.

WOW! I have never in my life been more provoked to seek a consumer review site online. I will never purchase anything from Karmaloop ever again. I browse the site all the time and subscribe to all their deals, etc. but never decided to purchase anything until recently. It was a drop ship item (necklace) which I understand does take a while to ship from the manufacturer but this whole purchase is a joke. Karmaloop has a great site but would highly recommend setting new standards for the operations side of things.

Customer Service Feedback:
I have called/e-mailed in numerous times and received different drop ship information from each CSR. When requesting an order status the individuals who I spoke with seemed to care less about my situation. I was given one word answers, not genuine, inconsistent information or lack of. The e-mails I sent didn't even address my main concern. I received the same drop ship canned response of, "It looks like your necklace is being drop shipped which means that it is being hand cut for the order and is being shipped from the brand." I received this response multiple times and they never even addressed my question. On my last reply asking for my tracking and acknowledging this order is being, "hand cut" I never even received a response. Not to mention it takes about 48 hrs. Turnaround time for an e-mail to be answered and you get this quality of a response. Come on.

Delivery Feedback:
Well, they were right, I did get my confirmation email on the 10th day that my necklace is going to be shipped and from there it is an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery. So, that was at about 9am on 9/30. It has been over 24 hours and the package hasn't moved. Are you surprised? I'm not. There is absolutely zero visibility into these orders that are drop shipped and it is such a joke.
At this point, who knows when this necklace is going to show up. It will most likely be out of style by the time it gets here.

Ordering advice: If you order something from this place, be sure you don't need it within a month.

Tip for consumers:
If you order from here just make sure you don't need it within 30 days. Oh yeah, I mean for any domestic shipments, not international.

What a joke of a company. I ordered on TWO occasions, both of which failed to ship my product. My fault for ordering the second time, I should have never ordered from them again. I ordered a t-shirt & pants needed for an event, I received the pants and thought my shirt would come a couple days later. A week passed and still no shirt and the order history didn't say it was shipped yet. I sent an email and got a response letting me know I was getting refunded the order in 2-7 days because the item was out of stock. Umm, I was pretty pissed off because no one cared to email me and let me know this? It would be nice to know so I can order another shirt, or maybe the same shirt in another color or size if necessary. I let them know they didn't ask me any of these questions providing me ANY customer service so that I wouldn't have to RE-ORDER, pay shipping!, lose my promo code that was only happening that day oh and wait another week for the shirt! Instead they failed to do this. But whatever, I let it go because she said she could get me the promo code again. So, off I went to re-order the same dang shirt in another color THROUGH a chat rep because i was about to get charged shipping again, but since I got my pants why would i pay shipping again?! Thankfully, the rep gave me another code to take the shipping off I used paypal and it took the money out of my account right away. Low and behold, I get an email two hours later saying the shirt is out of stock. Lmao, you're kidding me right. Better yet, the account history said I am only getting refunded half of what I paid. Excuse me? So I chat with a rep and she said she will have to look into it because she doesn't know why that happened. This was six days ago. No response. I have emailed three-four times again and I can't get anyone on live chat either. So now I am filing a claim with paypal. DO NOT order from this website, they will take your money and you can't even call them! There is no one to answer. Lol pathetic.

I only started ordering from this site because they had LRG core collection camo pants BACK IN STOCK as it said on the pic of the pants. I placed a LARGE order only to find out the LRG pants were not in stock they were on back order and wouldn't be shipped for several weeks. The shipment date came and went. So I checked my order status and the LRG pants were just gone from my order, like I never ordered and paid for them. So I call to find out what happened and they tell me they won't be able to fill my order for the pants. LIARS... they were not BACK IN STOCK. Wish I wouldn't have ordered ANYTHING now.

I don't care about getting a different item... that's why I went to Eastbay and will be receiving these same LRG Core Collection pants in the mail TODAY that I waited almost a month for from Karmaloop.Com. I got a in store credit ONLY AFTER I CALLED TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. The company didn't even try to get in touch with me, WHICH IS WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED. And if u don't have something IN STOCK don't put a BIG BANNER across a picture saying BACK IN STOCK!

Made a purchase from this website and upgraded my shipping(at an extra cost) so it would take a maximum of two weeks. It has been four weeks and still I have not recieved my parcel, so I sent them an email and they told me that my order is being processed in my residentual country (New Zealand) and it should arrive shortly. So I then checked on the DHL website and the package is currently all the way in Germany. I have made three individual puchases from this website and I can confirm that it is the last time. The customor service i recieved from Karmaloop is appauling, they just seemed to avoid my issue and say my package will arrive shortly every time I emailed them and they have not even offered to refund the extra money I paid for my shipping. On the previous occassion I brought a pair of Beats by Dre headphones and the headphones I recieved were full of faulty wires and and scratches and fingerprints on them, and Karmaloop did not even bother for a refund or exchange. For anyone wanting to purchase from this website I urge you to take your money elsewhere as you are only likely to encounter problems

I had excellent experiences ordering from karmaloop via amazon, but when I ordered from their actual website it became an inexcusable pain. I ordered a pair of shoes and after seeing that my order was "processing" for several days and that the money already left my account, I contacted them. Apparently there was a mix-up with my billing information which I would not have known had I not reached out to them first.

Several people responded to me which was nice and for a few more days I was pleased thinking I was making some headway and that the problem was being fixed and I would get my shoes soon. Several more days went by, order still processing and the money still absent from my bank account. Frankly I just didn't want to deal with the hassle anymore so I reached out yet again this time to cancel the order.

I heard back from someone a day later and they said that the item was still in the warehouse and that they sent a request to cancel the order. I felt pretty content. Then two more days went by. Its been eight days now of the shoes being "processed" in the warehouse and my money being gone. I'm a little irate. I have no idea if these shoes will be canceled or ever show up and I certainly don't want to shop from karmaloop again. I can say that they have decent costumer service, they are speedy and very nice, but I don't know how much actually got accomplished. I just want to cancel this order and to get my money back. I don't have a lot of money, I just wanted to treat myself with something for Christmas once, but I'm regretting it because it seems I may have wasted $100.:-(

If this gets fixed I'll update my review because I otherwise like karmaloop a lot, this is just a discouraging experience.

I have also been ordering from Karmaloop for years & this is different... First, they used to have more branded, well made items (like Free People, Betsey Johnson)... now I have to really look through a bunch of junk to find quality items... Although THE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW is because I ordered almost $300 worth of stuff 1/28 & it is now 3/5... Was recently informed that EVERYTHING ordered was out of stock: 0... Now I keep getting this stupid email about trading my cash into merchandise credit. Why would they even think anyone wanted merchandise after already waiting over a month for the last order... plus, doubt you can even use promo codes with the credit vouchers... that store credit/code is a joke... There is no costumer phone service right now... ("We are currently restructuring out customer service department to better serve you") yeah right!... the live chat never works... no email response... i even sent an email to owner & conveniently he is"out of the office"... what? Greg Selkoe, the self proclaimed "leader of his rebel army" who said "Karmaloop pledges to keep killing $#*! from now until eternity! If you ever need the CEO, Founder, and Owner Greg Selkoe this is his cell phone # 617-216**** and this is his email ***@karmaloop.com"... Where is he now?. Seems they are still "droppin all these fantastic new items". I sure get emails from them about 10 times a day!... I want my refund... why is it so complicated... This would never happen at a legit store... They may have been a trustworthy company before... But not anymore... I will be filing a civil suit if they don't get their act together... something is just not right...
If you haven't received your items open a claim with the CC company, Paypal; whatever form of payment that was used...

On the 12th of August I ordered a pair of converses off Karmaloop and got one of the last 2 pairs in stock. A couple weeks later I was told they would not ship until September 1st as it was delayed. I was told they had them on back order although I ordered them when they were still in stock, I also got a messge saying there was 15 in stock a few days later. After that I was emailed and told that they would ship them on the 5th of September (that day) it still did not happen. On the 12th I was then messaged told that there was another delay and the shoes would not be shipped until the 15th of October, they assured me that it would be shipped from their warehouse NO later than than the 15th of October. They told me that they would recieve the shoes on the 30th of September to ship to me by the 15th but had already told me they had them in stock before hand. It's now the 5th of november and I have waited 3 months since I ordered these shoes, they have not contacted me, even after they hadn't shipped 21 ago when they assured me it was the last time the dates would change and would ship no later than then! Have tried contacting them numerous times since then to each of the few email addresses given on their website and I have been contacted by none of them at all!

Karmaloop, you've just lost another star. Thought I was gonna get a proper reply and settle my return and refund issue as stated in my first review (below), guess not huh. I was told to send my order number to them and a "new rep can get it all taken care of for you!" I did as told, and on 3rd Dec they told me that they were gonna "shoot you(me) an email so we can go on from there". There was nothing 2 days later, so I replied to remind them again. Here we are 6 days later with guess what? Nothing but an abrupt ending to their customer service, surprise surprise! Other reviewers seem to have realised that their CS stops after payment, is that what it is, Karmaloop? I get it that it's probably the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales period and you guys might be busy BUT COME ON, it's been too long. Returning an item isn't "AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3" huh - I need my RA number and a smooth return & refund.

(11/24/13) I got the Jeffrey Campbell Scully shoes during their sales this year for roughly a 100 bucks, but despite it being on sale, the quality of the product that I received was definitely unacceptable. The shoes itself were badly made, (not their fault) but they were scratched up, had yellow and even blue stains on them, they were supposed to be new but it definitely doesn't look of standard. I was absolutely horrified by what I've received and sent them a mail asking for them to do something about it. They replied promptly asking me if I wanted to send them back and get compensation for it, I emailed them back 3 freaking times in a period of about two weeks and gotten no reply at all. We have all seen so many wonderful reviews of them from YouTubers but seeing all these reviews and including my own experience, really made me doubtful... really disappointed because I do love the stuff they carry, especially the shoes they have... Karmaloop please do something about this :/

Note: AUSTRALIAN Customers - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

The WORST online ordering experience I have ever had - and before I begin I just want to note that I am not in any way have a personal vindictive agenda with this company. I am being 100% truthful in my experience that has happened with my 1st and LAST order with Karmaloop - I have never written a review for any site before and this is my first, and b/c this entire experience has caused me so much distress and frustration that I need to share this with the online community so people will understand what sort of terrible customer service company they are dealing with. Here are the highlights:

1) Discount I was given before my order was place indicated 20% - there was no confirmation page before placing the order and instead my order AFTER payment automatically turned to 10%. I wrote to customer service about this difference in discount two times, took them 1 week to reply and no apology was given IN THE VERY LEAST.

2) Delay in processing Paypal payment - took them 5 days to process my payment over Paypal - and for some reason I wrote them TWO EMAILS and waited an entire weekend (total length: Thurs- next week Wed) before they replied.

3) My shipping time said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has now been over 1 month - this is not a huge deal as my order is during Christmas time. But my main problem is the fact that the CUSTOMER SERVICE team is TERRIBLE - they don't respond to my complaints, and one of their service members simply thought it would be enough to simply copy and paste what I know from my order tracking number to tell me where my package was - this was AFTER I wrote them a LONG AND DETAILED COMPLAINT LETTER - Customer Service Member: Monique.

Terrible, worst experience of online shopping ever. And I am not just saying this - I pretty much order most of my clothes, goods, and electronics online from reputable brands - eg. EBay, Amazon, Eastbay etc. And honestly, in over 10 years of purchasing experience, this is hands down the worst. So bad it forced me to log onto Google to find this website so I could express how pissed off I am. Hope this helps.

+TO ALL CANADIANS ET A TOUS LES QUEBECOIS!:

I ordered with them on Christmas and its been a month that I haven't received my products. The reason is because Karmaloop sent it to the wrong address! I checked my delivery status and I found out that they sent it to Brampton, Ontario when I live in Montreal, Quebec. I though that I made a mistake but when I checked the receipt that they sent to me via my email after my purchase, it was the correct address. I called them and they said that it was basically my fault that I put down the wrong address until I sent them my receipt and my order number. She was still saying that it was my fault until I responded: "$#*! I ordered with another $#*!ing online company( Brian Lichtenberg) with the $#*!ing same shipping company and address in the same day and I just received the shirt 2day. So don't be there saying that it's my freacking fault when its yours.' The assistant immediately said the she couldn't understand why and that I have to wait that the stranger sent the package back to the warehouse. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT A $#*!ING UNKNOWN STRANGER WILL AND KNOW WHERE TO SEND U BACK THE TEES WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN CONTACTED HIM? 110$ down the drain. I'm disappointed with them and I will never order with them again. I am not a amateur online shopper and I ordered with various other websites before.
