I buy too many clothes from this website! I'm going to go broke! They always have a great selection and lots of sale items. The layout of the site is very easy to navigate and checkout is a breeze. Set up a rep code to receive an extra 1% off of your purchases. It doesn't sound like a lot but any bit helps!
My order was never shipped and it took them weeks to tell me that the they did not have the item at their warehouse. I could not reach any customer service representative and eventually i was offered a refund or store credit with 24 to 48 hours.Its been over a week and still no damn refund. Terrible business that lacks in ethic and is just stealing money. They got a 1 because they could not get a zero. I will never order from there again but i sure as hell want my money back.
I'll give them 1 star for fact they didn't do anything even when I had email the karmaloop Support about how they never shipped out my order and me not receiving it. Kept on asking them whtat exactly they will do for me or at least get back my money but no haha. So fuxk them!
OOR QUALITY and GREEDY RETURN POLICY
I ordered a military style jacket from Karma loop. The price was high so I figured the quality would be good. It was very cheaply made so I returned it. I was charged a restocking fee and also had to pay for shipping back. Of the 60.00 that I paid in the end I was only refunded 38. This was a very poor quality jacket that should have only cost 20 bucks. Instead they made 22 dollars on me and I dont even get to keep the poor quality jacket."
I use to order from this site and never had a problem but now their a hot mess. First i checked my order out with my paypal account so all the information they need was there. When I checked my order status they was sending my order to the wrong address an old address. I contacted them on this issue and they was not able to help me thanks god my grandma still live at that address. Then i get the shirts in the mail and he shirts was L and two extra extra large when I order a L and two M on top of that the shirts look like males shirts. Then they said i order the 2x like seriously at the time i order my tops they didn't even sale them in a 2x and they still don't and that was not an option. I'm so upset with this company and i will never order from them again.
I did the live chat with Wesley like the comment below. I emailed 4 karma loop reps and got nothing. I did notice most of the emails I received from all the reps read the same, word for word. I don't think Karmaloop actually has employees. Automated customer service? After many emails I chalked it up to $130+ lesson. What I learned is NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KARMALOOP. Before I purchase anything on line I find reviews and return policy. I really like Zappos. Easy to work with, great reviews, quick delivery.
I live in Toronto, Canada and ive been ordering from this site for 3 years. I dont really understand why theyre getting so many bad reviews here, ive put in about 15 orders from them and ive never had any problems with them. The shipping is pretty fast and obviously if youre out of the US you have to pay the duty and customs. The only thing is that the Kazbah site is from California, not Boston where karmaloop is so the shipping for Kazbah takes a week or 2 longer.
I ordered from this website on Jan. 13th. It's now Feb. 23rd and no package. I tried calling and there is no answer not even a dial tone; emailing with no response. This company is SCAMMING left and right. Please don't order from them unless you are making a goodness of your heart donation.

Keep in mind the duty charges! I ordered something that was originally 120 dollars and had a promo code so it was reduced to 98! Yay exciting but when it got here (not to mention it was awfully slow it took two weeks to get from the warehouse to vancouver) i had to pay an additional 40 dollars. Which of course it not the website problem, and also keep in mind that they will charge you on your original price rather than your reduced price for the duty tax. I dislike DHL and would prefer if they used USPS. So basically 140 dollars i paid for shoes, highly disappointed i should of just bought it in stores. I hope you learn from this and be careful when you order something online! I like karmaloops just not their delivery partner. I phoned DHL and they have the worst customer service. Just sayin, love the promo codes though. If you have any questions before you order just ask me!
My fiancee ordered me a hat on the 28th of november and im still waiting for my birthday present wich was december 3rd... few days ago she calls and operater tells her it should be here tuesday wich it is not... now when we call noone picks up...
Ordered three items. Received two of Item B, none of Item C. Returned one of Item B & was expecting to receive Item C in the mail as was told, but discovered they'd refunded the money for Item C instead.
Item C is still in stock online so I could order it again but the promotion code I originally used has expired now. So if I purchase it, AGAIN, it would actually cost me more this time around

Wtff man, so I buy a bag for $80 with shipping and everything and shipping was okay and I got a postage mail saying that $40 for taxes. What the $#*!? And so I called karmaloop and they said it might be some hidden fees. I paid $2 for shipping and then it turns out to be $30!?!? What the $#*!, it even said $2 in the checkout. $#*!, it's a brokage fee this is bull$#*!

I was livid with the experience i had at Karmaloop. I ordered three separate hats. They all came in separate packages and although i already payed shipping, i had to pay extra postal for one of them once it arrived at my house and had to wait even longer. The third one never came in the mail at all. I waited 3 weeks and then decided to email customer service. The response i got back was that the hat was in backorder. The hat still never came. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM KARMALOOP. It is a complete scam.
The service is $#*!, the customer representitives are rude and not very helpful. I lost $200 on shipping because "iana king" canceled my order and now i dont get my shipping cost refunded. Website is a joke.

Ordered 5 items from them back on the 6 of December (this month) They take my $300 only to tell me 3 days later that one of the items is not in stock. I get in contact with rep and tell me to refund me for item that is not in stock and he tells me its gonna take 5-7 business days so I'm like cool. It's been atleast 10 days and no money has hit my account... and the other 4 items I got DAYS AGO still says processing on their website and no tracking number or any info has been givin about the wherabouts of my clothes. I ordered some Jean's from levi.com and in 5 days they were here no problem. Called karmaloop rep and they dnt even really know what's going on and basically have been giving me the wait 5-7 business day crap or contact my bank knowing damn well my bank ain't got nothing to do with it. I'm frustrated I wrk too hard for my money. This was my first time ordering from them since 2011. They have lost a customer.
I will never order from this site again. I have ordered a pair of Jeffrey Campbell boots from the US site to the UK, for some reason Karmaloop decided to write on my delivery details that I was Merchandise, which immediately bumps up the cost of custom charges, not to mention they valued the item at full price although I got 40% off... again bumped up the customs charge to cover their own backs! Overall I had to pay double the price of what I would usually pay at Customs, it came to £60 when it should of been £20, £30 tops! Its a complete rip off, after a month of waiting for the boots to actually arrive and a very expensive customs charge I did confront them in an email asking why they had marked me down as merchandise instead of a normal paying customer, naturally they avoided that question and said there was nothing they could do and its out of their hands now!
Its the worst site I have ever had to deal with and I will be warning others so they won't have to deal with these scammers!

Before I start, may I just say I'm a pretty patient person but this is just far too long. Decided to try KL for the first (AND LAST) time in October, spent over $100 and after a month of it not arriving I messaged them only for them to reply stating international orders take 2-4 weeks, which is all fine and well so I decided to wait another month before messaging again. This time I was told to ring up my postal courier, so I did, but they couldn't find it. Messaged them multiple times after this, no replies. It is now February, I have been waiting FOUR months, I have now moved from my old house it has taken that long. All I want is my money back, never had a problem with an online company like this before. Very disappointed.

I was lied to by customer service who told me my order would take up to 2 weeks if I paid a little bit more for shipping, RUBBISH. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard a thing about my order. Once they have your money they do not respond to your inquiries and simply ignore all your messages. They'll probably just point their finger at the poor DHL Global Mail service that they chose to offer, but the crap customer service is the thing I'm most frustrated about. I will NEVER buy from these guys again and warn everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
Karmaloop doesn't respond to emails and inquiries on their site anyway, so these messages from Karmaloop reps are all lies and just them trying to save their reputation.

Well i bought a unif bundy jumper, and there was a good sale on, i found out the one item i wanted was not eligiable, the sale stated "... on orders over...". My order was well over that, it was misleading, i had one sales rep tell me i hadn't ordered enough, recieved item is faulty, they will not refund shipping as i paid for express to wear immediately, as im going for major surgery and will only be able to wear for a month, they will only refund shipping back after im out of pocket, when i paid for express this is unacceptable, their customer service is a joke! Stay away! So now im left to get it fixed at my own expense if i wish to wear it at all. You can find their brands elsewear, use those sites do not use karmaloop!
I've ordered from Karmaloop in the past & never experienced the bull$#*! until NOW! The customer service sucks so bad it's frustrating! I start school in a few weeks and STILL don't have the items I purchased. No email, call, text, NOTHING! After I get my money back IN FULL i will never buy from this site again. I don't understand why they accept the payment if the items are either unavailable or out of stock? That'll just further complicate things and piss off ALOT of people. They're only getting 1 star because I couldn't put up a shooting negative star on fire with "$#*! this scamming site" written in bold letters on the side.

I ordered 2 items, with 40% discount, i couldn t wait for my items to arrive. When they arrived i had the shock of my life, since i had to pay 100$ VAT. They have stated the full value of the item instead of stating the value i have payed for, with 40%discount.the shoes costed 202$, but i have bought them with the 40%of discount and actually payed111$. So, i belive you have to state as value the one that i payed for. What pissed me off the most was, that i actually emailed customer service and their guy Cornell, assured me that they state the value that i actually payed for.
I have emailed them about this, but as expected they haven t answered me.at least apologize, offer a refund, or a discount code, that shows that you care about your buisness and customers. What i thought i have gotten a great deal with the discount, i had to pay for VAT that were false declared. NEVER AGAIN!
Karmaloop got products from karmaloop in January and February 5 orderers im jusr recibe 2 incomplete,,, they say they will fix, jajaj im still wating, they are a big thief they never send me a tracking number never... im so mad I know is not enough to demand but if some others want to do we can demand all together I don't know just im mad, Micaela was the person answers my emails, then she never answer again phone number doesn't work, im sorry for my English lol
