Ordered two sets of brushes at the start on June and received them today. Although I had a long wait before I received them I was advised that it may be delayed due to COVID-19. I am thrilled with the quality of brushes and can't wait to try them out. Would definitely recommend this site even though the delivery took a while. 100% genuine company.
I ordered in 2 months ago and I still haven't received them (I probably wont). I've contacted them 7 times, same response. "What is your order number, we will look into it, your item has shipped heres your shipping number..." its not even a real tracking number! Its a scam and most of us felt for it Karma will get em!
I never received my order from April. It's now August I've sent numerous emails and haven't heard anything back.
Disappointed experience with kaycee beauty wouldn't recommend to anyone. You're better buying in store

Ordered 3 sets of brushes over 2 months ago. THIS IS A FAT SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not buy from this company at all!
I ordered 2 sets of brushes on May of 2020 and I NEVER received the products NOR did I ever got a refund. I wish I could give them a rating below.
I ordered my brushes in may and its July now. No brushes no answer no money. This looks like a scam
