If it would let me give zero stars I would It's been over a year that I ordered three types of brushes and I still haven't revived anything I've tried getting in contact with them and no reply now it says the email for customer support isn't even it I want my **** ing money back now

I bought brushes from them I haven't received it's now the 5th month and they are not sending me a refund or sending me a new product this is the worst customer service I have ever received the keep issuing me an apology and telling me to be patient for how long will I be patient for.

I ordered back in April 2020 and I have not received an email back responding about my order. They took my payment real quick and no brushes have arrived smh they need to send me my money back atlease!

Keep getting a wrong tracking #, no so much "wrong" but FAKE, how does it take 3 months for something to arrive? Hoping I get another response soon other than another fake tracking number

Unbelievable! I ordered brush sets 9 $#*!ing months ago and still nothing! There's no phone number and I've emailed customer service millions of times. $#*! this company.

Purchased a set of brushes a month ago but still haven't arrived. No response from customer services (don't exist) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't be fooled by their pictures of happy customers reviews. Also, don't know how they are allowed to advertise on INSTAGRAM

I ordered brushes 3 months ago, so far no goods, no reply from customer services and no refund. After one month I received an email with a tracking number, that showed a package in China two months later the tracking still says exactly the same, supposed to be a USA company but they are just thieves, STAY AWAY

Complete scam - took my money and I never received my order (been 6 months now). I should have noticed something was wrong when I was able to proceed to payment without the option of converting the price from USD to GBP.

Placed an order for brushes for my daughter in May still haven't received them have tried contacting them on several occasions and no response don't use this company!

I placed an order over a month ago now and still haven't received my makeup brushes. I also haven't had a response via email or a refund so if someone could back to me that would be great

I would give negative stars if it allowed me to! Ordered in April & it's now August. Customer service is HORRIBLE - sends vague responses. Do NOT buy from them! You won't get it! They are in China.

I would give it minus or 0 stars if I could!
- I ordered brushes in May, and still have not received them, and it's August
- I emailed them for an update on my package, they said they will try to coordinate with the courier, but I haven't received any updates
- I asked for a refund, they said they don't do refunds

Overall, they took my money and I don't think I will ever get those brushes - don't order from them!

It has been over 3mo & still no item. Won't reply to my email requesting a refund either. & I found the same exact makeup brushes on eBay for $11 cheaper.

I have bombarded them with emails almost daily for two weeks now and not a single response.
The company is Chinese and the stuff comes from China fake tracking numbers, fake reviews on their website (notice how you can't leave one)
And it has been nearly 3 months since I ordered when they stress because of Covid '2 Weeks at most'

DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TALK TO.

Ordered these brushes with high hopes then when they eventually came after waiting a month I was to then relise they were the ones on shein for £5.99. Absolutely shocking!

I ordered 3 sets of brushes on April 12th 2020 it is now August 12,2020 and I have yet to receive these brushes I have sent over 30 emails to them and guess what nothing I havent received my product. Its super annoying your customer service is a freaking joke I am so pissed DONT BUY anything from them EVER!

I ordered 2 sets of brushes in the beginning of may and it is now June, I didn't really do my research on this company, if only I would have read these reviews instead of the ones on the website I wouldn't have bought them.

I ordered back in March/April. Never received my order. Getting the run around WHEN they answer my emails. If someone has a suit against them let me know I WANT IN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give this website 0 starts I EFFIN would. Why did I buy my brushes in April and it's June C R A Z Y I been trying to track it and I never got any updates until today. JUST FOR THE WEBSITE to tell me for 1 whole month it's still in China and it's not going to be here almost another month. I should've ordered it fro from wish if it would take the same dang time for more money. Jesus

I had to email them soooooo many times to get a replay just for them to say "ITEM SHIPPED TODAY". But that took over two months for that to come in but only the brushes. I never even received the makeup bag i ordered with it and as i am still messaging them demanding them for my money back. IT IS A SCAM. I never hated someone so much in my life i never met but bad luck coming to those phony people.

Absolutely joke of a website, ordered on 17th May, sent 3 chasing emails and have received no communications at all - have also now reported the company to citizens advice UK as a fraudulent company.

I made an order in May and I still have not received anything, I have also emailed the company several times with no response. Extremely disappointed, don't use this company!

Never received my brushes. It has been 5 months now. I emailed repeatedly and I just got the runaround. Now they will not respond. Money is gone and no brushes.
