I made an order to kbs hemporium during their july 4th sale, and when I received the product the cartridge had a hair in it. I messaged him about it and he said he would send me a replacement for the inconvenience since yk, there isnt supposed to be hairs in cartridges. Its a week later and the usps tracking code still says they haven't even received the package. These guys are unprofessional and childish. I included a picture of the tracking number after the pictures of the cartridge with a hair.
