I viewed their website and saw that they offered DC Power Jack repair for laptops, I emailed them 2-3 times, called them twice, and text the number twice as it said to text them if they did not answer. They never returned my call or replied at all, pretty bad when you're trying to run a business. Obviously they do not care about making money and running a business so I took my laptop somewhere else. Is this business even IN operation anymore?! Bad website!
