You pay them a premium for innovative solutions, but then you're left chasing after them for updates and clarification. Forget that "streamlining processes" they brag about, their slow response times and lack of transparency make you feel like you're herding cats. They might have a fancy website, but that doesn't excuse their lousy client communication.
