I liked the app because it included a shopping list to help you keep track of what you need to prepare yourself for the diet as well as a lot of great meal prep ideas. Thank you for releasing the update that allows me to favorite a meal. It's quite useful. The most difficult aspect of sticking to a diet is organizing it. And this surely takes care of that for you, and it does so admirably. I'm blown away by the fact that Keto Cycle pays attention to its consumers.

This is a good covering of the keto diet, and has helped me personally make the transition into this difficult to live lifestyle/ diet plan. I think others should take part in taking a peek at these kinds of things, especially this example of the keto cycle. If others are curious about what it entails to go keto, this is the way to go.

I have friends that are on the Keto diet and they are doing great but the app I bought into (Keto Cycle) was terrible. All the right words and help statements but nothing more than someone's online store to sell everything!

If you want an app which is reliable for creating a fully personalized diet app then this is the app for you. It is easy to use and really incredible. Through it I was able to create a diet plan which aided me a lot and was integral in my achieving my goals of healthy living. It was also integral in my weight loss journey. This is a complete scam. Yes, you are provided the meal plans but you have to jump through hoops to get it. A constant sales pitch. At some point, there was a pop up in my window that didn't go away. There was no exit button. I was a member at that point for just minutes and I wanted to view the member page and begin navigating that. However, the pop up wouldn't allow me to view the page. Instead it wanted me to pay $6 MORE dollars to expedite the plan they were supposed to give me in the first place. I clicked on the link assuming it would take me to a payment page where I could exit out but instead, it was an immidiate charge to my card. When I requested a refund, I was denied.

Keto is hard, and having help with navigating the process is very helpful. I greatly appreciated the app because it guided me through it with easy and delicious recipes. I would recommend it to anyone interested in eating a keto diet!

The app and customer service is terrible. They refuse to refund, do not provide a custom diet plan and have limited scannable barcodes. Do not purchase this app. You will be disappointed and frustrated with the companies lack of customer service and ethics.

This app might be worth it if their recipes weren't so bland and unappetizing. Their customer service is awful. I decided I did not like the app or the recipes about a week after purchasing, did not request a refund but simply canceled my Google play subscription for the app. I was then charged $46 once my subscription ended for a new subscription. I immediately messaged customer service after the charge posted stating that I had not utilized their services for more than a week and had canceled on Google play. I informed them that I did not intend to use their app in the future either. I received a response stating that I was also required to cancel on their website. I respectfully asked that they cancel my subscription and requested a refund since the charge had just posted and I did not intend on using the services. I received a response that they would not refund my money.

I was incorrectly charged by this company and after following up many times, in the end because they took so long to refund me, they said they were unable to. I did previously have a subscription, but cancelled it a few months before it renewed. I have evidence of that fact. I had raised the issue within 5 days of the charge and finally after 35 days of contacting them, it passed the timeframe that they could process a refund through PayPal (apparently).

The customer service is absolutely rubbish. Ive never encountered a less helpful customer service agent as I did with John at Ketocycle. I was promised a 50% refund and was then told they couldn't refund me anything and I need to speak to PayPal.

Save your money and your time and use a different app. They shouldn't be allowed to take peoples money.

I purchased this subscription for 3 months. I tried but the recipes was useless and not very friendly. I was charged for another 3 months. When I asked for refund Keto Cycle denied it. Once you download they app, now you have to pay for the fitness app. #Ponzischeme

This is a ripoff. Don't give these people any of your money! I never even received a "diet plan"; I only received offers for more stuff. I requested a refund and have not heard anything from these people. Do NOT purchase this!

I have been taking Provit, the Keto supplement but I believe eating ketogenic meals are equally important in order to achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle change. I like the personalized receipt which helps to inspire me to plan my meal while achieving my health goal

So so sad... When you click on their conditions you are agreeing on pre-authorized paiements on your credit card!
I feel violated... Customer service will tell you it was your duty to cancel it before deadline. But how can you cancel something you are not aware of? The worst part of it is I was not even using their services! So so sad... I do not recommend

Before I started using keto app, I usually are Junk and didn't keep track of my health and wellbeing but soon after getting the premium things have changed, I have maintained that body shape I always wished for and I now can boast of eating healthy diet. Keto is not now my number one priority for a better, healthier life.

This app was really great for creating a personalized diet meal plan and it was also an amazing progress tracker. Through it I was able to get an easy to use keto program that helped me achieve the body and health I deserved. Through it I was also able to improve my heart health too. I really loved this app and it was the best thing to happen to my health.
