This is app is very good for people who want to gain or lose weight as you can just add recipes to your food log and it will show you the nutrient values you have gained and the nutrients you need for the rest of the day.

I Like how I can choose your meals for everyday of the week. It keeps track on how much water I drink, my steps and weight. The fact that it gives me recipes so I can stay healthy is the best part. By far a very great app. 10/10!

This software is excellent, particularly for Keto novices. It has given me a fantastic education, and I am confident in my ability to start this new way of life. I've never seen anything like the net carb calculator before. I like how you can search for specific brands or just items in general. Because I'm not always at home when I record my meals, it's a lifesaver for me, and it really helps me keep track of accuracy. I like the recipes and can swap them out "as long as the macros are equivalent," and I enjoy creating new ones to compare to yours. Because I am unable to complete the exercises, I did not purchase the entire product. I'm getting back on my feet after a physical setback. But, keeping that in mind, I've made a lot of progress. This database contains "copy meals" and "custom food."

This App is great for anyone on a Keto diet. Excellent tracking of your goals and nice tips on how to maintain your momentum

The recent log history hold into less than 20 hours of food log in, meaning if your eating the same thing for a few days or frequently, you have to go back and rescan barcodes. I called support I had to walk the guy through the app he didn't have a clue, then they wouldn't give me my money back, I paid for a year, I had to open a case with my credit card company. Then they decided to cancel my account after I told them not to since I paid already. Called back, the woman in the phone said to email them, I asked why can't we resolve this now, red tape yadda yadda, I said well will I get my full refund or partial, since I wasn't going to waste my time emailing them since I opened a case with my credit card. She hung up on me...

I found the app helpful, especially for those who are still a beginner in Keto. The recipes are great and I Love the part where it reminds me to hydrate.

I purchased this subscription for 3 months. I tried but the recipes was useless and not very friendly. I was charged for another 3 months. When I asked for refund Keto Cycle denied it. Once you download they app, now you have to pay for the fitness app. #Ponzischeme

Sehr nützliche App für Anfänger. Es gibt viele verschiedene Keto-Gerichte. Es gibt Möglichkeiten, ein Menü für die ganze Woche zu planen, mit dem Sie Ihre Kalorienzufuhr überwachen können. Ich empfehle, diese App auszuprobieren.
