I'm so impressed that Keto Cycle listens to their customers. Thank you for releasing the update this week that allows me to mark a meal as favorites! It's really handy.

When I got interested in keto, i understood that immediately that it was not a diet I can just easily follow. So I had to look for a structured approach. I found out about keto cycle from the ad and have been using it for over a month. Keto is definitely hard but the app makes things easier. I dont have to count macros myself or do portion control. App does it for me. The recipes are good too. I definitely recommend it for people who are feel lost in this diet.

I really enjoyed the application as it had many good ideas for meal prep as well as shopping list to allow you more easily and quickly keep track of what you need to Prepare yourself for said diets. The hardest part about following a diets is structuring it. And this definitely takes care of that part for you and does a really good job at it. You can keep track of all you progress as well which can also be very encouraging and help keep you on track. Two thumbs up from me!

I got interested in the keto diet a while ago, but I only started it last month. Keto is not an intuitive diet that's why I liked the Keto Cycle app. It taught me what's keto-friendly what's not. So I'm learning a lot, and I'm loving the recipes. I managed to lose 3kg already so I'm quite excited!

Steer clear of this one. By signing up, you get automatically "subscribed" to a recurring charge with no reminders or indication that you will be charged. After a year of not using it at all, they charged me again (again, no reminders or notifications of the upcoming charge), and when I asked for a refund, they quickly pointed to the "user agreement" and "offered" a 50% refund. If I wanted to burn money, I would've used matches. Terrible business practice that needs to be outlawed.

I was incorrectly charged by this company and after following up many times, in the end because they took so long to refund me, they said they were unable to. I did previously have a subscription, but cancelled it a few months before it renewed. I have evidence of that fact. I had raised the issue within 5 days of the charge and finally after 35 days of contacting them, it passed the timeframe that they could process a refund through PayPal (apparently).

The customer service is absolutely rubbish. Ive never encountered a less helpful customer service agent as I did with John at Ketocycle. I was promised a 50% refund and was then told they couldn't refund me anything and I need to speak to PayPal.

Save your money and your time and use a different app. They shouldn't be allowed to take peoples money.

This app is useless. I was charged again f another 6 months. 1/2 refund after cancelling within 24 hrs.

Just information from books. I didn't get a personalized! Plan! They use lots of avocados which I am allergic. Nothing new and exciting. I didn't see that it was only a subscription. To much money for a subscription.

Les pagué seis meses por su supuesta asesoría y a cambio obtuve un plan mal diseñado con recetas incoherentes, por ejemplo: "brochetas de pollo" en la cual solo mencionaban carne de puerco, compré un polvo para licuado sin indicaciones por ningún lado, honestamente no soy muy tolerante cuando me toman el pelo descaradamente y así lo demostré, ellos me cancelaron el plan y el 15 de junio una persona de nombre Gregg me hizo saber que me reembolsarían en 14 días y tal como supuse, no lo hicieron. Si tienen hambre solo díganlo y ya veré si les hago una donación, pero por favor, no engañen.

This is an extremely expensive recipe book. Whilst some of the recipes were good even if they did have a plethora of ingredients, they would not be anything different to what you'd find searching the internet or from a recipe book purchased at a 1/4 of the price. Once I was silly enough to sign up along came all these other offers - money extracting from vulnerable customers. The other thing to be aware of is this company will automatically deduct your credit card once the years subscription is over. SO BUYER BEWARE you are committed to an ongoing subscription UNLESS you write to the company to cancel your subscription. Of course they don't send you a courtesy email informing you that your credit card will be deducted therefore giving you the right of reply or action... no... let's just deduct the payment and when you query how this happened you get told you signed up for an ongoing subscription when agreeing to the T&C's. A money making scam and like another reviewer stated... this is hard earned money. If you are committed to going on the Keto diet there are other far cheaper ways to achieve the same result.

First of all, I did not have a good experience over all with their system.
Second, their subscription for the app renews automatically without giving you a reminder or checking in if you still want to use it or not.

Instead they just charge your the $66 and then when you cancel on the day and ask for a refund, they refuse it, justifying it with their unfair conditions.

And third, their products that they sell, to help along with your Keto Diet, like their Keto Bars, taste awful.

Would not recommend it to anyone, I will now never ever again use them and escalated the case on paypal, to get my $66 back.

After I got paypal involved and wrote a complain letter to the Support, all over sudden I got the full refund, not just 50% as they first told me.

This is what should of happend in the first place, when a customer contacts support within the first 7 days, when an automated payment goes through and things have changed for them. Then a full refund should be given without arguing about it and trying to force unfair payment conditions on the customer.

Since they made after the complain letter an effort to rectify their mistake, I have adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars. However for me, I am done with this Company.

This is a total scam. It gives you absolutely nothing but a lot of other offers and before you can get off the website it charges your card. Beware this is a ripoff!

Useless site. My schedule often had 3 egg based meals in a day. One time supper was "bowl of hazel nuts". The recipe ingredients list doesn't necessarily include items used in the instructions.
As soon as you sign up you are offered multiple more options. It is hard to actually find the plan.

I delete the app after first looking at the app but they somehow took my money with PayPal $66
The customer's service does not exist
They ignore the emails

This is a complete scam. Yes, you are provided the meal plans but you have to jump through hoops to get it. A constant sales pitch. At some point, there was a pop up in my window that didn't go away. There was no exit button. I was a member at that point for just minutes and I wanted to view the member page and begin navigating that. However, the pop up wouldn't allow me to view the page. Instead it wanted me to pay $6 MORE dollars to expedite the plan they were supposed to give me in the first place. I clicked on the link assuming it would take me to a payment page where I could exit out but instead, it was an immidiate charge to my card. When I requested a refund, I was denied.

Ordered this in good faith. Never received the plan. Went to PayPal. They denied my money back. DONT BUY THIS. I LOST $66 of hard earned money. It is a fake app offering nothing.

This is a ripoff. Don't give these people any of your money! I never even received a "diet plan"; I only received offers for more stuff. I requested a refund and have not heard anything from these people. Do NOT purchase this!
