I had problems with a remote to my Mom's keyless lock. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful and patient while we worked out the issue.

Great lock, heavy duty. Would give 5 stars but instructions were terrible. Directions need to be changed or simplified. Reached out to customer service and they helped.

I don't think the combination is sequential so you can push the buttons in any order; making it less secure, but adequate for the job.
