I should not have to pay for returning a wrong item that we sent to me by your company in exchange for the correct one. I selected the one as it appears on your website ad photo but your "Default" color is set to another color. Dumb website design.
Poor Customer Service
We've been using the keyless entry locks in our establishment for almost 2 years, we use the marine grade model 1150 lever handle. I have had absolutely no trouble with these locks until now. One of our lock sets are used roughly 700 times a day, as i said i have had no trouble with these lock sets. The customer service is awesome, I think i spoke with Sandra, she is always a pleasure to deal with.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and all relevant info for install easily found. Order was confirmed and shipped within a day. Will refer others to this site. Too bad there is no Canadian equivalent!
Awesome customer service! Sandra was beyond helpful and not only helped me source the lock and lock boxes that we needed but she had it all set up to where I just had to click on the email and I was at their site ready to add the items to our cart. Very pleased!
When installing the locks the hex bolt broke. Concerned about quality of the rest of the unit I ask for a return in which they refuse to do so because the y it was not brand new and broken. My reply was it's was broken when I tried to install it. Either way they say they will not issue a refund. I then ask for an exchange and they also declined. Wth? So I ask what is my next option. They said that I can buy another hex housing and take my broken unit to a lock Smith to pay them to remove the old housing? Why would I have to pay to fix something that was shipped broken? Unbelievable! Do not buy shop or do business with this company. Once they receive payment for their pos quality product they will not honor their 100% satisfaction guaranteed commitment. And make you pay for their broken product. So unsatisfied with them. Wish I had never ran across their website when searching for merchandise.

Thanks for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you had a problem! We really do want you to be happy. Let's see if we can help by clearing up some things.
First, although you purchased the lock from us (The Keyless Locks Store at www.keylessentrylocks.com), it is the manufacturer (LockeyUSA) that you spoke with. They are the ones who provide the warranty support on their product.
We called them just now on your behalf. Here is what they told us:
1. You told them that you broke the hex bolt when trying to install the lock. They said no worries, it is an easy fix. If you have a drill and the right kind of drill bit (reversible or left-handed) you can drill out the broken hex bolt and insert another one which they would send you at no charge. 2. They also offered to do this for you at no charge, if you send back to them.
3. They explained that you could also order a new outside lock body or to save money, purchase a used outside lock body at a significantly reduced cost.
4. They said you were not interested in any of these solutions and instead wanted them to send you whole new lock at no charge. They explained that this was not an option because you damaged the lock during installation so they did not feel that this was a manufacturing defect. And therefore, it would not be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty.
5. They also explained that since the lock was damaged and was no longer in like-new condition, you could no longer return it for a refund. Refunds are only issued for like-new items returned within 30 days. You had to agree to this condition at the time you placed your order for it to be accepted.
All of the above is still true and available to you. So, if you decide you would like to proceed, please call Lockey back at 1-989-317-4032 and ask for Trevor. He will take care of it for you whatever you choose to do.

The service was quick and the extra tumblers worked great. My only gripe is what I consider absorbent shipping/handling for what are nothing more than tiny little pieces of metal in an envelope. The tumblers were only $16 but the shipping was almost as much at $13 and arrived via USPS in a small envelope that couldn't possibly cost any more than a dollar to ship. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the tumblers anywhere else so I was left with little to no choice.
Bought this to try out on our boat sliding door. The original lock is nothing more than an old school skeleton key. There's two more doors on the boat that only lock from the inside. If this fits our need, we will be buying two more as well as insanely recommending these to anyone we know of as well as on our boat specific site for others with similar boats.
Very Satisfied! Helpful, courteous, experienced. This was my second dealing with them and I applaud their consistency of professionalism. Their products are price right and easily assembled and installed. Even my Locksmith was impressed. Would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was so friendly and helpful over the phone and the technical assistance was superb and patient with out maintenance man. We bought these locks to keep my son with autism from wandering and it's been a huge relief to not have to worry about him getting out at night or if I'm doing laundry or in the bathroom. Just fantastic overall service.

Customer service is bar none. The person who helped me (Sarah) went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions, and gave me some very helpful tips as well. Also, the Lockey products are amongst the best.
