How to get refunds for travel (on Yapta!) - You can plan trips through Yapta, but even better, you can get refunds for trips where you already bought a ticket. You simply enter the info and the price you paid, and then if the fare drops further, Yapta notifies you and you get a straight up refund for the difference. It's great! I book through Kayak to find the best airline (you could use http :// /www.farecast. Com too I guess to check out their future projected fares off those airlines that look promising) and then enter the info from there and start saving.

The worst!
March 17, 2020

I will never buy or lease another Kia! Horrible customer service. The first lease I turned in early under their program and they were supposed to pay the rest of my payments. They dropped the ball and I was deemed late on my credit report, which affected my credit score! With my new lease, I did a buyout and I still don't have my title after almost two months! Every time I call, I get a different answer! Even the "supervisors" are rude and incompetent! Never ever again!

I can not even begin to explain how terrible they are. I bought my car in December and it took them until JUNE to get my account fixed. How many times are you going to lose my documents and make me resign the loan? I over paid the entire time for the sake of my credit when my loan amount was actually less but they kept messing up and now they can't give me the money back lol. Great company, truly.

Con artists
February 25, 2017

Kia Finance are con artists.
They offer 0% finance then make you go all the way to signing the agreement and even take your deposit then at the very last minute they decline the 0% and offer it to you at 5.9% instead despite excellent Experian credit score.
Most people will then end up taking the finance anyway, having gone through all the process to the point where their brains are tricked into wanting that car no matter what, despite being only attracted to it for the 0% in the first place.
So beware and ask them to do the 0% credit check and confirm the award before paying your deposit, choosing your colour, extras and signing papers etc. I had to wait 3 days for my deposit to be refunded into my bank.

I keep getting notices that I missed payments when I am completely up to date. I even got a completely unwarranted Notice of Default. They double-billed sales tax. They keep adding bogus late charges. I keep writing them and they correct one thing and mess up two more. I almost think they are doing it on purpose because I have 0% financing and unless they can con me into making extra payments they are servicing my account for free.

I've been waiting for my refund for SIX months! Every time I call customer service I get a different answer and they give me the run around. What kind of customer service is that? I'm beginning to run out of patience. I don't recommend that anyone do business with this company!

Try calling their "Customer Service" number. Takes about 2 mins to walk thru prompts. Then message comes on, cuts you off! Aggregated. Could not get them to send title to State so I could get it. After paid off! Avoid them, very bad service!

WISH COULD RATE IT 0
August 25, 2019

I have been trying so hard for more than a year to get the property taxes department by fax and mail it has been a huge headache. Customer service suppose to help customers, but they can't reach this department either or get an answer for us from them. Stamford Ct keep every year charging us for taxes, and the car is in TX. Stamford city tax department services can't get any information from us, because it's a lease, so all we are trying is to send the documents to kia to resend to Stamford and get the money back. Please help! It's almost $900 the car has been in TX since August 2017

They accept payment, give you confirmation of the payment and then notify you 3 months later that the payment reversed. Meanwhile they allow you to keep making payments thinking you are up to date. I received no notification about my account status until they were calling to collect. The customer service rep is indifferent to the situation and only concerned with when I can pay. I've been a Kia driver for almost 10 years now, and this is the treatment I get. I own the fact that the reversal is my fault, but why wait 3 months to contact me and let me know? This happened 3 times with them. I'm seriously considering refinancing for the sole purpose of getting away from Kia Finance. I'm definitely not buying from kia for my next vehicle regardless of how pleased I am with the car. This experience has tarnished the entire brand for me.

March 29, 2022

I purchased at car from kia with kia finance. Had it for over two years i have never be able to work out anything with them
Imaginary late fees you name it. Calling them with just make your blood pressure to thur the roof. It got so bad that i sold the car requested a pay off amount. And now two months after the sell. They say I owe more money. No phone calls nothing. I call them and just get the run around with no results. Unable to talk to anyone that work with it to be resolved
