Scam company, I paid the full amount of my new car and they still tried to charge my account every 2 weeks!
I called few time, they bushiest you but not solving the problem.
No choice, i will hire a lawyer and sue this scammer.

Worst service. These guys dont know how to handle a rebooking. I called customer service like 1000 times in the past 3 months but they dont fix anything. Everything i call they raise a service request ask us to wait for 3-5 business days, After 3-5 business days nothing happens, but they say the request is closed. They raise service request again and the loop continues. Because of their ineffiecency, the cerdit report is effected inspite of paying my payments on time. These people are not able close to the duplicate account. If you want peace of mind stay away from KIA finance and lease.

Awful customer service
October 11, 2024

I called to ask for a payment arrangement due to a Hurricane not one but 2 back to back.Told them we haven't worked and we are without power,water,food and damaged home they asked for my zip code said I was lieing about being in a Hurricane which did hit Florida refused to help me.I told them we had a State of Emergency in place and they still refused to help us.I wouldn't even give them a star but had to so I could post.This is ridiculous they don't care and was very rude and laughed at us.

I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with Kia Finance, a company that, in my opinion, provides the worst customer service imaginable. The employees are uncooperative and refuse to engage in meaningful communication. They pick and choose which questions to answer, often ignoring the most critical ones.

Additionally, I encountered multiple instances where they attempted to provide false or misleading information, which made me feel deceived. Even during the contract signing process, they were already engaging in dishonest practices, misleading creditors and hiding important details.

It's shocking how little they care about transparency or treating their customers fairly. Instead of offering help or clarity, they seem more interested in manipulating the situation to their advantage. I would not recommend Kia Finance to anyone seeking an honest and reliable financial partner.

Service contracts
July 12, 2024

Brought a new 2024 Kia. Found out after downloading contract that they added power $3000 in service contracts that I did not want. Northlake Kia says that they sent Kia financial the money It is over 6 weeks and it still isn't off my principal loan amount

I need to get a copy title to register my car in a new state that I just moved to and get a state inspection since my current inspection is expiring. Kia has advised me that it will take 6-8 weeks and that basically it is too bad so sad that I will be driving illegally until they are good and ready to help me. I spoke to a supervisor who said the same and it is being sent up the chain to see if they will honor me with an expedited title request so I can drive legally. Hope this is worth losing a customer since this is the second and last vehicle, I will ever finance through them. Funny I need to check re: certification of review because I can be doing something illegal. You just can't make this stuff up.

Arman (Kia Motors Finance)

This finance company is not open on weekends and does not make it an easy job to get your payoff amount when you traded your vehicle in. I had to call numerous times and even ask for a supervisor because the Rep would not give me what I needed. The rep then put me on a long hold.

Unable to set up auto pay due to their company "not being able to find account." I have discussed with my bank who advised me to file a complaint with my bank so they can try to to figure out what Kia is doing wrong. Kia charged me a late fee AND a fee to use debit card to make my payment. This is our 5th (and last) Kia car and they have not had any problems previously pulling money out. My last conversation with customer service said they had to "escalate" my problem and the managers would call me back in the next day... one week... no word.

This sham of a company took 2 payments out of my account for March without my consent. I simply requested a due date change. They took the payment out of the original due date, then they took it again on the new due date, just 1 week later. Then was told it takes 16 days to a paper check refund. What? This company is a bunch of thieves. I will never deal with them again nor buy another Kia!

Trying to deal with Kia finance going through some problems with the auto strike going on. They're not helpful at all. They keep going back to they understand that. It's a tough time in the auto industry right now. But they keep just wanting their money. So tell your friends tell everybody. Do not go with Kia finance, Canada.
