I have ordered 4 different times and have been satisfied each time. The shoes take about 7-10 days to arrive, otherwise zero issues.
We recieved our order earlier this week. Kickscrew legit sent worn dirty shoes. They refused a return and partial refund because the kickscrew tag was cut off. Absolutely horrendous! Do not waste your time and $$$. They claimed that the marks were oxidization and occur over time. Let's be clear, the black dirt marks from someone handling the shoes and not washing their hands prior is what the black marks are from. Not oxidization Also, we have the Kickscrew a.k.a kickscrew you over, tag and included it in the photos sent. But because the zip tie like material was cut, they are claiming they can not verify that these were the shoes I ordered. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE!
I was really skeptical of this website after reading so many reviews saying that processing took too long and so many people had to request refunds. Thankfully, the shoes I ordered arrived in about a week. The only thing I will say is that it was very expensive and I probably could've gotten them cheaper from another reseller. I think the reason why some shoes take so long to deliver is not a flaw on behalf of Kicks Crew, but the resellers which they are affiliated with. Fast and easy purchase and I'm very satisfied.

They're "processing" takes way too long. When it's done it goes through "quality control" then "processed" again. This company is from Hong Kong. They're outsourced company who are very overpriced and make you wait weeks. Definitely do not recommend at ALL. They're custom service is non existent.

If I can give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes from Kickscrew back in August that I never received. I paid $299.21 dollars for nothing and I can't even receive a full refund. My package was lost by UPS. I initially thought the blame was on UPS so I filed a claim and waited 2 months to receive update that my claim was paid. There was no payment on my accounts. I even waited 10 business days for payment to reflect, still nothing. I contacted UPS only to be informed that the claim payment was paid out to the sender which is Kickscrew, 10 days ago. Kickscrew never notified me so I contacted customer service. With no explanation whatsoever I was refunded $200.64, $99 dollars short of my original payment. It is amazing how a business that gives zero fs about their clients can sustain

The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Charged $70 for shipping - no review order page. To cancel my order minutes after shipping (when they had not had a moment to pick or pack anything) would have been basically the same amount. I do not recommend.

I had my delivery stolen because Kickscrew delivery person left the package exposed to the street, even though there was a clear sign directing them otherwise. When contacted, Kickscrew said I should deal with the police.

Can not place orders for multiple shoes. Can not cancel order if size is incorrect. Company charges 15% to cancel orders that are not shipped instead of helping you change the order. Bad experience with customer service.

Stay away from this company. They only have a seven day return policy. I missed it by two days because I was ill and they refused to take the shoes back. 1. They are not a legit manufacturer but a re-seller who charges up to 40% more than what you can buy these for from a legit seller.
2. They make exchanges and returns hell. They assume you wear the shoes and make you send many pics of the shoes and the box!
They make you pay for shipping both ways and then if you want to exchange they will charge you shipping again + a % 15 fee for the total cost. They insist you agreed on this.
3. The shipping is slow even though it may only be a state away.

They canceled the order and didn't refund it in full. When I wrote them they just disregarded my question what I got charged for and said I had to wait 5-10 days for refund. This company is scam
Shoes size was way off and I was not happy with the quality. Took them 3 weeks to get back to me and their exchange policy was so ridiculous that it was cheaper to just buy a new pair of shoes than do the exchange. I went and bought local instead.
Be aware that if your shoes needs to be returned ( in our case size issue!) you will be spending 15% of TOTAL TRANSACTION ( not only shoe price), original shipping non refundable ( that's understandable) Plus you will be asked to pay additional shipping $$ for return!

I paid for my order. But I didn't receive my order and I never received any response from them. Moreover, I always waited twice as long as the stated waiting time.
I just paid 310$ and got NOTHING!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM….It took them way too long to process and ship. I ordered these the first week of December and didn't get it till a week after Christmas. One week prior to Xmas…I sent Customer Service an email about the order…took over a week to even get a response. So I, Ended up buying from another reliable retailer. I started feeling as if Kicks Crew was not even a legitimate company.
Now that I need to return these…regardless of the reason…Looking at their return policy…they are charging 3 fees:
1. There will be a return/cancellation/restocking charge which is 15% of the total transaction payment that includes taxes, shipping cost that you paid for
2. Original shipping fee $35 is non-refundable
3. Their Return label is $20.
So in the end…I get back about 50% of my money from my initial transaction and they get $125 pair of shoes back with no expense from their wallet.
Needless to say…this family will no longer be buying from Kicks Crew. I don't recommend anyone as well because their CS policy isn't customer service. They are penalizing their customers for their inadequate service. There are so many options of retailers that is far superior…these guys won't last with this CS policy.

You place an order, thinking you snagged a good deal, then two days later you get an email saying order canceled. These dumbasses canceled my order and realized they listed the price "too low" for their likings and then relisted my shoes for $50 more. Such a scam and waste of time. I ordered a pair of 9060 new balances they cost 242.00 plus 35.00 shipping. When I received them they were dented up in the front of one sneaker and the stitching was off only on one shoe. I asked for a refund and they told me they are not responsible for the way the manufacturer made the sneaker and offered me $20. I advised I want a refund or I will escalate this. They then advised they would look further into resolving this and that was 5/16/23 and no response following. Take it from me DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I learned my lesson :(

In couple weeks after you will realize that your order is not even shipped - you will try to contact that chinese scammers and they will tell you that your order is STILL processing. They still need more time to cash your money. You will end up calling your CC and getting chargeback. Stay away!

I bought Nike air force 1, shadow patchwork almost a month ago. First of all the prices are ridiculous, then it took a little longer than what they claim.
The nightmare started when I decided to exchange the shoes for a different size. Their customer service phone number doesn't work, you can only email them; I guess they have only one person in customer service. I sent 3 emails through the app, nobody ever responded. I didn't get a response until I contacted my PayPal customer Service and filed a claim. Next thing I know, there's an email from that only customer service employee. The ridiculous, unrealistic and stupid exchange policy raises several question about the legitimacy of this worthless company.
I finally decided to end this disgusting nightmare, I don't need no shoes and I surely don't need to do business with a bunch of scammers who call themselves "a company".
Please know that they charge a return fee of 15% of the total price of the commodity, plus a return postage of $20, plus the original shipping is NOT refundable.

Absolutely terrible service, not recommend it at all, i ordered pair of nikes, waited them for 2.5 weeks, been extra charged for a delivery as well, which is ridiculous. Pair of shoes did not fit me, i decided to change for a size bigger, so i waited for a response for another one week, answer was -we do not have them in stock. Wonderful, i decided, to return my money back, literally i waited for another one week for a positive answer from a management, i sent them an item 2 weeks ago, payed all delivery fees, plus the company will gonna charge me 15 per cent extra, with no reason, from that amount of money what i payed before. So, i am still waiting for a money refund, however, they are lying to me, that the haven't received anything, at the same time tracking history shows, that they received and signed it 4 days ago. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful service. If i could rate it like a ZERO, i would. My Tracking ORDER NR-KS*******. I have a feeling, that this company are an absolute LIARS and they stole my money!
