To join is $1. Then a few days later $30 charge. Called to cancel, now only $2 a month? So say you charge a dollar to get that precious $30, then when people are pissed, you change the price to $2? Yep, seems legit to me...

I reviewed my counties website for sexual predators last night and compared to it this website only showed about a third of the offenders.
I added an address and it showed up a whole different area not even close to the area I was researching
The website tells the charges of the offenders but I cannot find an definition for what each offence means. Some are obvious but some are not clear

I called to inquire about the charges to my card and the length of the free trial period. The service rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a new monthly price that I was very satisfied with.

I signed up for the 7 day trial and cancelled before the 4th day. So i wouldn't be charged. I received a $30 charge today causing my card to hit the red. It also charged me 3 over draft fees because i was in the process of fueling up at my local gas station. I need that fee returned to my card asap. Please contact me via email or on my cell phone.

They charge you $1.00 for the initial sign up which is all fine, but then when you get to the end of the trial period if you don't cancel by the end og 7 days they will charge you $29.97 a month. Now I called them to cancel and they offered me a discounted price which is a great deal I live on a fixed income so $29.97 a month is a lot. So this is something very important to have especially in a new neighborhood. I am so glad I called and was able to make a deal.

So much wrong information on my report, my family report, our property reports, Wrong criminal charges listed, wrong residences, wrong tax information, wrong property owners.
I feel scammed for my $1.00 this report is that bad.

I was told there was information on a person. I proceeded to pay for the service and once paid there is literally ZERO information for this person. A person who has been arrested and served time in jail at least a half a dozen times.

You have missing records from felon's that i should be able to see the full reports for that live in the same neighborhood as my kids, if you guys cared about the wellbeing of children, you would put important information about felons that i should know about in the records.

Ever since i had my daughter all i want to do is protect her in anyway i could. So i decided to sign up with kids live safe an let me tell you my mind is at ease... I never felt more protected for my child in my neighborhood. Thank you for making my child important.

Help our children and grandchildren to be safe from those who prey on children. So we can all sleep without wondering if they are safe from sexual preditors! May those of you that are and have abused someone, feel the hurt and pain they have caused and if only we could take the key and lock them away forever.

I can't log in to account still so i haven't been able to use it i would like to keep my kids safe but i can't cause i can't log in. So if i can't use it then it's no reason for me to have this account open

I was looking for someone who I KNOW has a criminal record to show my daughter. The report says no criminal record. This is ver y dangerous since the person I was looking up was convicted for child molestation

I feel like your information is not up to date. I know for a fact that my neighbor was arrested for four counts of arson and there was a warrant out for his arrest. And that he was imprisoned. Also that he has a driver's license and a car registered in my state. Yet your report said there was no history of any of these.

All of the information supplied is available with a simple (and free) google search. In fact, a lot of information (that is available for free online) is missing from this report. In addition to the lack of information, you have to call an 800 number to cancel your trial instead of being able to cancel online.

The representative was very thorough and explained the benefits of having access to the website in detail. She saved me from cancelling my subscription because I was not aware of some features your website offered. I stayed with the subscription because of your representative.

I love the customer service they were great help and the site map is wonderful also pinpointing everybody where they live is a real help all in all I would suggest this to my friends and family I really love this site.

Good for pulling case numbers, but the report needs further verification through records request with the court system.

I got this to find out information on a piece of real estate to help me in an estate planning of my inheritance. So far I've found no information about the on the property. None. The address can't even be found. Not the owner of the property.

Has not provided updated information. All information provided is not current, not correct, doesn't provide information it says it will. Does not provide information that can't be easily found elsewhere. Very disappointed actually. Court records, arrests, etc are not on here, when indeed these are known things.

Very friendly and explained to me all that i asked. I was going to cancel when I realized I was going to be charged almost 30.00 a month which did not tell me until I was through with signing up for safety for the children. The lady I talked to explained to me If I would consider keeping the membership if she reduced the monthly fee, I agreed and was happy with that.

I called to cancel before my one week trial period was up because I can't afford to pay the monthly
Charge. The representative adjusted the monthly fee to one I could easily afford which I really appreciate.

Kids Live Safe charges for information that is freely available from the FBI and elsewhere on the Internet. It is a bloodsucking leech that preys on the fearful and unwary. There are "review" sites about it that are nothing but paid advertisements. Stay away from it, get out of it, don't click on their spam!
