Very satisfied with customer service and site. Found out unfortunately the sex offenders accross the street from my home were way worse than I imagined.

I'm literally looking up someone in prison for attempted murder, and it's not showing up on their record. They have been in there for years. Definitely ending the trial.

The system does not have access apparently to the criminal records of everyone because the person I'm searching for I know has a criminal history and it doesn't show

So upon review of the sex offenders in the washing and canonsburg area. I found some pretty alarming information. So if you have children I strongly suggest using this site to keep your kids safe.

There are no photos :( but the site has great information and it's easy to find people. I do find a lot of info is missing, and on my own file: relatives are waaaaayyy off!

Your records are trash. I pulled one person that I know has a criminal record - you can find it simply by googling her name. Then I pulled myself and all info is also incorrect.

I love this website it is awesome! I didnt realize how many sex offenders where around me an my family. Thank God for websites like this for parents to be aware of bad people

I find this website very useful, I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The price can't be beat, especially after you see what you can find out about people you don't know very well.

This app has been a godsend. We had a incident with someone who we weren't to sure was a sex offender, turns out he was and was lying about it. Needless to say he no longer comes around to lie anymore. This app has made it safer for us, we were able to look it up very easily and quickly and see the charges ourselves. Thank you so much for your help. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS APP PURCHASE!

Inaccurate information in reports. The person I requested background on is a known federal career felon released on parole most recently on 1/24/2019.

The person i have searched no longer lives at the suggested address.
When i searched myself it lists people in my family as living and they are deceased.

Customer support and experience has been exceptional from the start, has helped me and my family stay safe and trusted that I would know about any possible dangers.

It has exceeded my expectations I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and all the information they provide for you truly the best tool for your family.

I read the reviews and became "VERY" concerned about this company. I paid my $1.00 trial membership. I have had no problems at all. I will keep using this them until I have a problem. Just FYI I called to cancel my membership because of all the bad ratings and I KEPT MY MEMBERSHIP because of the customer service's kindness and how well informative he was.

It is a good tool to have for any parent, most especially new ones. It is good at making people more aware, and allows parents the chance to better know where their kids are most safe.

Info very convenient and far more detailed than some sites, however, I know for a fact it's missing some criminal charges for more than one person so don't rely solely on this!

My heart was racing, my thoughts going to dark places as I discovered the neighbor I met yesterday was a sex offender listed on your site. ( problem, your site had him listed at age 90 and he is only 50)
His daughter came to our house to play first time, when I drove her home and met her parent I realized something was off.

This morning I was curious and found your website, once I saw his picture I cringed and freaked out...
So I called to get resources, a tip, a bit of empathy... I asked your operator, what do I do now? What do I tell my kids? What is appropriate to say or respond to this situation? Your rep said, stay away... and said hed never been asked before, your supervisor said there is an ebook somewhere on our site

Luckily, a friend I called with a educational background in this said... trust your feelings, you probably wont want him at your house, tell your children hypothetical situations not specifically related to this person. Be aware, and if appropriate share some info with your older kids about what to say if invited over to their house. And why you might be uncomfortable with that...

Seriously, I just moved from Santa Barbara jan 2018 do I have friends there that can answer the phone better than your operators. I was so disappointed.
