I got this because I googled if there was a way to see if my son's dad owed child support for any other kids besides mine &this site popped up. There was also someone who said they found out their boyfriend did from this site. I don't even see mine showing up. Also it says he's 50&he's 43 so I wasn't even sure if it was him. It is him but not the right age &what i paid to see(child support)is not there. Waste of my money..

Person on phone was pleasant and patient and was trying to be as helpful as possible. Tried a few different ways to figure out what was wrong. Although, not by any fault of the customer service rep, we were not able to fix the problem.

Wish it had better details like children under the relatives section. Would like to know how anyone being searched is related or supposedly related to for their names to be listed under Relatives. Other than that I really like this app and find it helpful.

All the information on here is what I could have gotten from a free google search. Why did I pay a dollar for the trial period if I was just going to get the same basic information that comes up on the yellow pages website.

Glad to know who lives in and around my family. I'm new to this town and don't know to many people. There is so much going on in stores, post offices and even our schools no one is really safe. But we must keep a close eye on our children and who are around them.

I was happy to sign up but immediately after sharing my credit card info I received an e-mail stating after 30 or 60 days the fees would increase to approximately $30.00+ per month. Im a poor person and would never agree to such a high fee. I tried to cancel and was immediately offered an almost 85-90% decrease in monthly fees. I agreed to do that but now I do not trust this organization! Zero trust! I am a victim of a scam. I do plan to report this organization.

This site is definitely NOT correct on a lot. For one it say my arrest report only has 1 on it I know for a fact that it's more also it has no information on my license so much stuff is left out. Can you explain please?

I searched myself and they had me as a felon in California, New York, and charged in many other states. BTW I am a felon b u t only in jersey for something that is now legal. A little bit of bud in my 20s. Hide your kids before they laugh uncontrollably and each every thing in site. Wait... don't need weed for that do they?

I can not locate any information on someone who has a lengthy arrest history and who has in the past been found using another search company. This person is the main reason that I am using search. Also current charges hasn't shown up on any of the files that I have pulled up. Yet the charges are posted on Court Calendars and has been on going for months.

Not showing any information that I know exist about every person I look up. Waste of time and money

I feel are known who's in my area. I didn't know about this site I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who walked me through the steps and he was wonderful. I feel more safe known who's around my child's school, home ect.

Not very much information at all. I was able to find all the same information just using google.
I also came on to find out if someone has a criminal record. I know he was arrested over a year ago, yet nothing shows up

While searching an ex-boyfriend for information on why he was released from prison, I discovered that this site didn't even have half of the information about him. I tried a couple other people that I know and couldn't find them. I even tried myself and couldn't find myself or my family. Just a waste of money.

As a concerned grandmother on a very fixed income I wanted to protect my grandchildren in our area. I only went on the site for the introductory $1 amount but was shocked to see how many sex offenders were in my area and knew I couldn't afford the $29.99 monthly, the representative offered me this astounding discount that I could afford. Thank you for helping to keep our children safe!

I really don't like this site. For 1 your not able to get in the person social media account no pictures and nothing is updated everything is old. Update the information and if you can get access to people homes and criminal records you should be able to see text messages being exchanged pictures and recent phone numbers and email addresses I'm very disappointed and I do want to cancel and have you refund my account for my$1 but you do get what you pay for. I would be pissed paying 29.00and change for no information I could go to city hall and get information absolutely free.

I signed up to see what was going on in my neighborhood. The ad showed 108 sex offenders nearby. When I signed up it showed only 4, which is good. The ads had me thinking what kind of neighborhood am I in? When I tried to cancel they charged me for the following month, a full rate of $29. Xx. What a rip off.
