I like the low price, also i have a disability, so this program works just fine with me because it alerts me when ever a sex offender moves within 5 miles from my house. I live alone so this is a great protection for myself.

I'm new to all of this however, if it is accurate then it really is beneficial. I receive at least 5 call's a day from all over the map. When I look up who it was that called, it NEVER is the same. Thank you for your service.

I made an account to look up my dad's arrest records. I know for a fact he has been arrested at least a dozen times yeah your site says he has no criminal records. I understand not all information will be completely accurate but to say there are no criminal records for him is very inaccurate.

My account always pulls up Error, contact Customer Service. Ive called in to cancel, however they offered me a reduced monthly fee. If you cant pull your account up, doesnt matter how cheap they make it. I will be cancelling!

Cancelled before trial date and still charged 29. I was offered a special rate of $2.90 mo if I stayed though. Of course I didn't. If a FREE trial already cost me $29. How much would such a steeply discounted subscription wind up costing. Lesson learned. The info provided was in one case someone else's driving records. Another was driving records but no criminal at all which I know for a fact is exstensive. I did 10 searches. All of them were 80% innacurate and incomplete.

A lot of the information on my Report is not accurate. My husband has been dead since 8/1/08 and Ya'll still have him alive and living on Hallett
St., just to name a few errors, there are many others, and will I get a change to correct these, not one single of my e-mail addresses are listed, on and on with errors, phone numbers, etc.

After my $1.00 trial. I called your company to cancel. While talking to the gentleman. He told me there was a lower rate. Then hearing what he had to say about the lower rate. It says updated this month and I can assure you everyone I have looked up and myself don't live at the current addresses posted. I am looking for my missing mother by myself. I'm 22 and don't know what to do and what I'll have to be telling me two little brothers. I really hoped this would help me find her. Even just atleast knowing she was in jail would save me much heart ache...

The information recorded with regard to criminal activity is not mine. I have never been arrested, charged, or convicted for anything in my entire life -- not even jaywalking. What the hell is this mess?

This service seems legit, and doesn't take too long, however is lacking a little. For example it doesn't have info on marriage and none of my searches came back with driving license info. And one of them had nothing for eviction when I evicted them in the past, it was legally filed and costed me $150.00 to file if I rember correctly. So I feel that it should have come up

When you first call about this "product" you're not advised of the price. When I checked my bank account i was surprised to find that it was $29.97 and $29.97 per month thereafter. You have done nothing to show me that this is really worthwhile. Then you offered it at $4.00+ plus per month. Its just not worthwhile as far as I'm concerned and I'm totally dissatisfied. You ought to be ashamed!

While polite when I was on the phone with them they took me thru 'the talk' about how their policy clearly states that the 7 day trial so on and so forth. Than I was offered three months for 14.95 and than three months for 3.00 and a refund of 14.95 but they want the customer satisfied and I kept telling him no. They finally gave me back the 29.95 but it was tooth and nail. Not only that but the one time I used the website the information on me was about ten years old. Not a single thing was up to date. But super nice on the phone while they were trying to blow smoke up my $#*! and did eventually end up giving my money back

Searches myself to check reliability of service found nothing also found nothing regarding other individual in question you guys basically stole my dollar and will be canceling account first thing in the morning

I am very upset to see that my information although it has been expunged is on your website from twelve years ago. I am heart broken that you would put something like that online. Was very hard for me to witness that especially after how much my life has changed. So wrong to do that to one's personal life.

The man I'm looking up Avel, was trying to steal my friend Tracy beards identity on FB. I reported it, but Avel came to my house pretending to be Tracy! The guy is living in Cleveland, TN atm. When he came over he was stating that he was high, I made him leave. He needs to be monitored! I only chose two stars bc you don't have an additional feedback area where users can update you on the new locations of people.

Not a good experience at all. I have already wasted far too much time with resolving issues with this company and quite honestly and do not wish to help this organization succeed in their deceitful in dealing with the public.

What i like about the service is that being a mother i have the ability to see all the sex offenders that live close to my house and know the crime rate. This lets me keep my kids save at all times and be aware of any bad activity.

This website gave me compllately inaccurate information. I was very disappointed. I happen to know the person I was looking up was arrested in july and has previously been convicted of felony charges. Absolutely nothing came up under their criminal records. Would not trust this site

The report didn't give accurate information about the individual who I searched. He has a long list of criminal history and the report shows nothing pertaining to his life. He was just released from PA state prison that he served 9.5 years! This report is not right! Kid aren't safe as long as he's out of prison! His legal name or aka is not listed! Check your information please!
