Half of my closet is from Kikilarue! I mean this boutique is the best around. Not sure why there are mean reviews about this place. Becka is the nicest person you'll ever talk to. I love how sizing is flexible and there's so many options on how to style the clothing.
Terrible sizing, terrible quality, takes over a month to ship, doesn't take returns or answer calls or email. Just use google lens and find the same stuff for half as much if you like her things.
I've purchased several items from this company and finally learned my lesson. Way overpriced clothing that is mass produced and can be found for half the cost on other sites. Owner flaunts her money and becomes furious when anyone voices concern over the quality or prices. Website will host "sales" but all of the good items mysteriously leave the site during these times. Don't shop here.
I can't say enough positive things about KiKi La'Rue. The customer service is above and beyond any other site. They truly engage with their customers, especially on social media. Everything I've ordered has been excellent quality and each order has shipped literally a few hours after it was placed. Best of all, everyone is encouraged to post reviews with detailed sizing information so it's easy to determine which size will be best given a particular item. I highly recommend this site!
I could write a book on such an amazing place and owner. One of my most favorite boutiques EVER! Great prices, service & clothes period. They go above and beyond any boutique I've seen and answer questions 24/7 specifically to you personally. Hands down customer service is by far the best. Product selection whether shopping in the store or online is always top notch! Shipping is always FREE, and quick!
Bought a few things from this "boutique" in the past they have all fallen apart after a few washes.
Was at a sidewalk sale and owner, without provocation verbally attacked me and told me to leave. With pleasure. She will never get another dime of my money nor should she of yours! Take your business elsewhere!
First of all - does it not seem odd that 11 of the 5 star reviews were all submitted on the exact same day? Hmm.
Anyway- clothes rare cheap quality, the sizing makes no sense (a short, slim woman and a tall, plus-sized woman should not be wearing the same size), and the items are blatantly HIGHLY marked up from their wholesale cost. Do yourself a favor and check out Jane.com instead because you can find almost the exact same items at an actual reasonable price.
Clothes are cheaply made (TWO if the dresses had HOLES in them!) and the customer service is atrocious. The woman running this is unhinged and will write poorly spelled ranting emails if you dare write about a refund for poor quality stuff. Thank goodness my credit card will be the ones to do battle with her (google complaints about this place)

Would you care to list your full name so that we may assist you? We fully stand behind our products and have not received any complaints this summer at all that have gone unresolved. Our garments are the same brands you see in many other large boutiques and we stand by their quality and always look forward to bringing you the best clothing! If ever we have an issue, we are happy to help! Also, we have not been contacted by any financial institutions. Are you sure you have the correct store? I wish I could be of further assistance but I cannot at this time. We are so sorry about that. I truly believe you must have the wrong store as we will always refund or replace a defective item.

This company has great customer service... until you have an issue. Complain or say one negative thing and you are banned from purchasing - which, fine, I can buy cheaply made clothes at any of the "boutiques" popping up. The owner, Becka, is such a vile person. She tries so hard to be like the girl who owns Red Dress Boutique, but I can't imagine that lady treats her customers like Becka does (sorry - "fans", not customers). Anyway, back to my main complaint. The "boxed" - ridiculous price for junk items. The February box could not have cost her more than $30 to throw together. Half the items were promotional items you can order for $. 50 a piece in bulk. And then to say the sweater is an exclusive, but then end up selling? Does she know what exclusive means? I'll never shop there again - not that she needs me to, she has plenty of brain washed "fans".
My dress came without the button to wear properly in the back. The shirts fell apart after two washings and my pants shrunk after one wash! I called and they told me too bad I had taken tags off! Never again!
This boutique is the absolute best ever! Not just for the amazingly cute clothes! But the group of women I've been introduced too from this boutique has been a blessing from God! They are always uplifting each other and doing random acts of kindness(RAOK) that just warms my heart so much! Back to the clothes... I literally want to buy everything even tho I can't lol but what I have been able to buy makes me feel like beauty queen! So flattering and flawless! I always get compliments and asked where I got my clothes from. The Number 1 thing on my bucket list, get to Texas to the storefront try it out you will not regret it at all!
I started ordering over 2 year ago and have been addicted since! I know Ican always count on KiKi La'Rue to have what I am looking for. I cant wear local boutique clothing because of the junior sizing. I am an 8/10 and KiKi always has something that fits and is flattering. I have had to exchange items for different sizies and they make it easy and hassle free. More importantly they have free shipping and it almost always arrives within 48 hours. If you havent ordered, you are missing out!
I bought a couple of things from this store, and I had mixed emotions about my experience with the owner Becka. Then, I talked to not one but two different vendors and they both basically said the same thing... she's a huge fraud and fakes nice to people then talks about everyone behind their back. The quality of the clothing just is decent too.
I have been buying from this online boutique ever since 2012 and use to love it. Recently I ordered the Greyson Double Tassel Necklace. Upon taking it out of the white box it was shipped to me in I noticed the manufactures price tag was left on it (I guess someone in the warehouse forgot to remove the tag). The price tag said $16 and online it was being sold for $32 (that's double). After seeing that I will never buy from here again. It's unfortunate that for the past few years everyone buying from this boutique has been getting ripped off for clothes and accessories that are worth less then the price they are being sold for online.
I have been shopping with Becka since she was shipping clothes out of her house. She trains her team to be the absolute best in customer service! The clothes are cute, affordable, on trend and higher quality than most of the stuff you see out there right now! Shop with them you will NOT be disappointed!
I personally do not shop at this boutique however, my wife has been shopping here for years. I hear nothing but great things about the employees and the owner! The merchandise has been great looking on my wife and she is always raving about the company and the customer service. Had a chance to shop at the store on a trip and I was able to tag along with my wife. The employees were nothing but helpful and wonderful.
Love this site and the store so much! I love how they actually provide detailed measurements and show all body types for each of their products. They are all quick to answer your questions and help you find the size that works best for you. If the owner tells you what size you can do with your body type, believe her. I normally wear XL in every other store but I can wear a medium in some of klrs stuff!
Kiki LaRue has managed to combine everything I love about shopping! Amazing clothing for every day wear all the way to that important first date or first day at work, spectacular prices for anyone's budget and customer service that will make even the hardest to please come back again and again. This was the best shopping experience I have ever had. The girls made me feel like royalty and helped me pick out outfits that I truly love. If you need a place to go to feel pampered this is your place! And everything is adorable. Love it here
This boutique is way more than just any boutique! First off the owner and staff are super friendly and are ALWAYS there to help with anything! They are very quick to respond and always are helpful with sizing! The owner had a heart of gold and it clearly shows with all the giveaways in the insiders group on Facebook and everything she gives to charity! The clothes are made of extremely good quality. The owner has actually lost money by sending items back to the vendor because of the quality! Kiki LaRue is the only place I shop now, and it's because of the amazing customer service and obviously the super cute clothes! :) trust me, you won't regret your experience!
Kiki LaRue is my favorite boutique, both online and storefront. I have literally bought dozens and dozens of tops, dresses, denim, and everything I bought was high quality. The owner is the sweetest, most helpful, and the most REAL woman ever. She really cares about her customers and wants to make women of every size feel they're beautiful. You will always find people who want something for nothing and then talk trash when they don't get their way, but those of us who actually adore KLR know it is the best!
Kiki La Rue has my vote for the best online boutique. The customer service is out of this world and the quality of clothes are amazing. This is my first time ordering during a promo for 30% off dress sale. I tried the dress on and it does not fit me like was described by a Kiki la rue rep said... I wanted to return it for a store credit and the woman I spoke with would not even help me out and told ME I was RUDE! Such a horrible first experience and I for sure will never be ordering again! Kiki La Rude...
Hi! Im sorry your first experience with KLR was not the best. Im sorry you were not able to return the sale item you purchased and Im sorry you felt that our staffer was not helpful. I am the owner and did not take your call but can assure you that all calls are monitored for quality assurance. Lauren did explain to you that the item was a final sale because it was purchased with a coupon code. She also mentioned that we also state at checkout that any item purchased with a coupon code is a final sale item before you check out so you have the option to forego the coupon code and purchase the item with the chance to return it. We listened to the call and could hear your frustrations with her but I assure you, she was following our return policy. She mentioned she would need to end the call after letting you know that she had done her best in trying to explain our policy and hearing some not-so-kind words from the other end. Im sure you were just frustrated and Im sure you can understand that she did not know what other solution she could offer.

I've been shopping at Kiki LaRue for over 3 years! I have always received nothing but top notch customer service, whether it be from Becka or another member of the staff. I even traveled from MN to TX to visit the store in person for my birthday! I have had to return only a couple things in that amount of time and by reading and following the return policy, I have never had an issue! Kiki LaRue will always be my first stop when I need (or want!) new clothes!
I will never shop there again. I ordered a dress over 2 years ago that came with a hole in it. I let them know but nothing was done. Decided a few months ago to try them again and that dress also came in with a hole! I can see it happening once but not twice. The clothes are overpriced rags! I will never order from them again
Clothes are amazing. Staff... even MORE amazing! Have NEVER been disappointed and feel like I never will be! Customer for life.
