I submitted my paper and i got a 19/20 and i almost cried. You guys are truly amazing. Im going to keep using you guys. My paper was honestly perfect it was so well written and was done in such a fast manner she did such a great job.
Wasn't good enough to use at all so I had to edit and change it up a lot before using and that was after getting it redone.

Hey everyone, KP here.
Last message from the client to his writer was "Much, much better! Thank-you for revision."
He did not contact the writer further, nor did he contact me.
I cannot fix what I do not see.
When I attempted to reach out to this client, he said "I'm not talking to anyone named Admin" (I go by Admin and stay anonymous as most of you guys know given the nature of this business).
He refused to share any feedback, or talk to me at all. I even offered a free rewrite if he could provide feedback.
He declined and started swearing at me.
Guys - I've been doing this for seven years! We've had 10,000+ happy clients. But we're human (no AI writing here) and mistakes can happen. But if you don't/won't tell me what you're upset with, I cannot fix things.
The writer in question has been with me for two years and done 1000+ papers with great feedback, so I'm inclined to think this was just a problematic customer.
