If I could give less than one star I would! Over two months since I placed my order and still nothing. I've exchanged several emails over the last two months and I keep getting lied to about my order shipping. They've had $110 of my money since September 20! Horrible customer service and I feel like I've been scammed at this point-don't know if I'll ever get my stuff or my money back! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

While we receive numerous orders each week it's likely that problems will arise occasionally but our customer service department works hard to find a solution that is satisfactory to the customer. I am also really surprised by the negative reviews on this website. I never wore anything but blue bouffants until recently when I started at a new workplace where everyone wears fun scrub caps. In my workplace most people wear blue sky, but I thought their prices seemed high. One coworker was wearing a KimKap which looked cute, so I checked out the website. With lower prices and free shipping I was willing to try it out. The cap came in 2 days! I liked it so much I've ordered another 4 caps (3 separate orders -- with free shipping, there are no obstacles to order when the whim hits you!). Shipping was fast every time. There was one order mixup when they sent me the wrong style -- Kim herself answered the phone when I called and I also got an email reply within 12h. They sent the correct cap immediately, said to keep the one they sent by mistake, and even included another free cap as a bonus! If that isn't incredible customer service I don't know what is. Very happy and will continue to order from them whenever cute new fabrics come out.

As far as the caps themselves -- they are well constructed and comfortable. My favorite caps are the ones with a contrast fabric. I can wear style 4 and 8 with my back length hair in a bun and style 6 with my hair in a low bun. I've washed them in a laundry machine several times without any problems.

I bought an embroidered cap for my surgical mentor, and in less than a week, the cap arrived exactly as I had pictured. Would definitely order again.

I had also ordered scrub hats over a year ago and have tried numeriously to return/exchange my purchaces. I was told to e-mail my exchange options after multiple, multiple e-mails asking for help! I have not recieved my "exchange" hats yet and it has been over 3 months! I have also not recieved an answer to this delay after more multiple e-mails with NO response! I would not reccomend this website at all!

When there are issues with delivery we take a prompt action to track the package through the postal service and provide all information to our customers. We then recommend that the customer check with their local post office to see if they happen to have the package and if it has been lost during transit we ship a replacement package, free of charge, and with a signature required for delivery. In some instances we are unable to offer the exact same products as originally ordered as our inventory sells out quickly, but we have the customer choose the same quantity of items and ship them at no cost to our customers. This websit is horrible! She never intended to send your order. Her web offer free shipping alright. NEVER SHIP IT OUT! DO NOT order anything from super cute scrub hats www.kimkaps.com.

Orders from our company usually arrive within 3-4 business days if shipping in the US. International orders can take longer depending on how long the package is delayed at customs but we strive to get the orders shipped as quickly as possible and want to provide a positive experience to each customer. If you are wondering about the status of an order our customer service department can e reached at kim@kimkaps.com where they work to provide a prompt response and solution if needed. If we never intended to send the orders we wouldn't still be in business over 3 years after this comment was made.

I'm not sure why all the negative talk either. I have been ordering hats from Kim for the past three years. One time there was an error however it was resolved very quickly and she offered me another hat for the inconvenience. My only complaint is that while I love that she changes her fabrics often, (not like many other sites) it can also be a bit frustrating. Because I live in Canada, therefore shipping is crazy, it can be a pain to see a new fabric since I like to get a larger order all in one shot to save on shipping. I wish she would allow me to pay for the hat(s) but hang on to it until there is a few so my shipping is more cost efficient. Otherwise I have always had good customer service and the product is great as well. I think I should be her Canadian distributor...
