I have tried to email the customer service email about a return twice now and no one has reached out to me. I emailed at the time that I placed the order, saying I ordered the wrong item and would like to cancel my order and then again after I received my order saying I would like to start a return as I don't need the item and I have not even opened the package. No one has returned my email.
I needed a pour spout for my champagne gun. I couldn't find it on the website or any other website. I started a chat and the person had a link in seconds. Still not sure how I was supposed to find through the site.
It was disappointing that a $9 rubber piece had over $10 shipping for regular delivery!
I traveled for a friend's birthday and I had these delivered to the hotel. They were a big hit and made my friend's 40th even more memorable! He was very surprised and it was a great addition to the party. Would definitely buy again!

I put the wrong address on my order, I called and left a voicemail, you guys changed it immediately and shipped it out, I called again and a very nice lady went and found my order and confirmed the change of address.Thanks amazing customer service!
Well I was frustrated with the website. Even though I clicked in for the 10% entered my email I never got it. Then after double checking the order online before submitting it, for some reason the order was getting taxed and shipped to the billing address NOT the shipping address that I entered.
So then I called first thing in the morning to get it adjusted. I told the person my frustration with the website and that the price would be lower based on the new shipping location and that I never got the 10%. He didn't care or offer anything to address these issues. He just changed the shipping location and that was it.
I was provided no refund or change in price. This is poor and unsatisfactory. Your company over charged me on 2 different accounts (shipping/taxes and not given the 10% off that was offered on the site). While this is a small amount of money...it's the principal of the matter. If you are going to cheat a new customer on a few dollars why would I come back and trust you with a larger order?
I ordered the sparkle for my birthday party and it was the highlight of the day. Everyone kept asking where I bought it from and I happily referred it to them.
The ordering was very easy. The products were delivered very quickly! We haven't had the wedding yet, but are looking forward to a great send off with the sparklers. We did test one to see how long it lasted, and it lasted 2 minutes and 45 seconds which is long enough for us but not the four minutes that were advertised, so you may want to adjust that promotion.
Hi, I order two purple bombs for a gender reveal and one smoke bomb exposed with blue smoke instead of purple. What a surprise. She was having a girl even though her big balloon pop was purple, that was very disappointing
Placed order on December 22. Tracking shows that the shipping label was not created until December 26. Did not receive product until January 2. Very frustrating to pay $10 in shipping costs and not receive my product in the time it was promised. For the company to wait four days until after my order was placed to prepare the order is poor, lazy service.
