On checking out I was told UPS would be shipping for $11.95. But it was shipped first class USPS. Not even priority mail. I feel I was waaaaay overcharged for shipping being well away my package was around $4. To ship and there was no 'packaging'. Also we have problems with getting our packages via USPS and it took 2 postal people who kindly went out of their way to make sure we received these sparklers in time. I placed the order because I could choose UPS shipping! The boxes came crushed:(
I contacted king of sparklers and never received a response. I will buy from another company from now on. Customer service goes a long way, but the silence, avoidance only confirms the sketchiness of this company.
I ordered two sparkler numbers, received them in a timely manner, though cost of shipping was outrageous. I needed them for a 40th birthday celebration so went ahead and paid the shipping. Unfortunately the night of the party, one of the numbers would not light. What a disappointment! I contacted customer service at least a week ago and have heard nothing back.
I am very unhappy with the poor quality of your champagne gun. It is made out of flimsy plastic the rose gold is off and is more like a foiled orangey color. Also, the champagne gun arrived packaged very poorly with a flimsy box and no packaging inside to protect it. The box arrived crushed and there was no packing inside to protect the gun. I was a gift and it was not presentable. Very unhappy. I sent an email to customer service and never got a response! If someone reviews these comments, please contact me.
I received a smashed box. The box had zero packing material in it to protect the sparklers. My "sparklers" were dust and broken pieces. Out of 48, I have 7 usable! I emailed the day I received them. They asked me to send a picture, which I did. I haven't heard a word. I emailed to make sure they received my picture, still nothing!
They were very helpful answering questions via online chat - i was able to make my buying decision in under 5 minutes thanks to their excellent customer service!
Customer service never called me back. My concern the item didn't ship same day as stated it did make it here in time! No one to speak with ever! Love cake sparklers. Not customer service!
I placed my order using 2 day delivery and paid the high shipping cost, however they were shipped ground and arrived 3 days after my event that I needed them for.
Shopping worked as it should and item arrived very timely. However the packaging was less than adequate and the box was broken open at the time of arrival. Very fortunate that nothing fell out.
Been looking for these for awhile and these are going to bring smiles in an awkward time of our lives! We have graduations and fourth of July, and celebrating when we can all get back together!
