I really like Help Center on your website with answers to some questions. It helped me a lot during my first week on website. But I think you should add option to call the support by phone.

My experience on Kismia has been excellent, even considering the problem with subscription (I had some card errors). However, the response of the customer care is what I find most impressive. I believe they need to upgrade their payment options, so there can be different ways to subscribe without having to use card.

I spent first day on this website with thoughts that it is scam, because I got random messages from multiple users. But then I realized that most of them are from real people that are actively chatting. That's why I believe you can easily find partner or a friend here, if you are open for communication.

I haven't seen "smart messages" in other dating apps, but I can say it's actually useful. If you don't know how to start conversation with the person it helps a lot. And the app itself is good enough.

I had the best customer support experience here. Got partial refund at the same without any inconvenience. I appreciate that.

Amazing customer support here. I thought that I will get feedback within 24 hours, however it only took 20 minutes. And what is important, my problem was solved right after end of conversation with the representative of customer support. Great work.

The Automated Canned Questions use by the User Suck.Many just want validation.money.serious relationships mutual likes...no responses.just overall bad experience...I should have paid for one week.I hope the month goes quick as for now...Really Bad Entertainment and just the Quality of Women leave much to Desire...Good money wasted on a thought...these woman are just gamers.this site is a good joke...pay at your own risk...

After 1 week in this app I can say that moderation of profiles is at high level. I've only seen 2 suspicious profiles for all this time and reported about them. Only 4-stars from me because you can't send photos in chats.

Very easy registration. The application is convenient, intuitive interface. There is an opportunity to buy a premium for 3 days and try all the functions completely. Of the minuses, I would like to note that not all users indicate their real photos, height and weight. Also, there is no function of sending a photo in messages, it's inconvenient. I want everything to be realistic. Although the site is paid, but you will be confident in your interlocutor.

You know, today there're a lot of different dating websites. But the main problem is that they overcharging for their services. I've been on some sites that cost almost 100 $ for month, it's crazy. That's why I'm happy to find Kismia. It has good premium subscription price and cool search filters. And you know, there're a lot of people in my area.

At first I was not impressed with this site, because you have to pay money to see who liked you and to chat with everyone. But then one woman wrote to me and it was interesting to chat with her. I think this app will be more interesting for people 30+ years old. It's not for casual dating, more about finding serious relationships. Unfortunately, you can't chat here for free with everyone. However, if you have a strong desire to find someone, it won't be a problem to pay for subscription.

The whole website is a scam - my 'mailbox' was flooded with messages as soon as I paid for the service. But I quickly realised those are not real people - profiles must be stolen from other places. I am bi-lingual so I started chatting to people supposedly of that nationality - NEVER a single response. Messages I've got were in broken English (from supposedly British people) and literally the same stupid sentences in 70% of the messages - so my bet is -that's just bots keeping you active. The system presents people clearly from a distant part of the world as well. So... AVOID, don't give them your money.
P.s. After they realised I am trying to pass that message using text on my photos, not only they banned me, they even went to the extend to block MY IP from even accessing the website!

I have been using Kismia for a year now and met a lot of different men on here. Some of them turned out to be fairly nice and interesting but others were completely different in terms of their personality. When I first registered on the site, I have noticed the ice-breaker questions that you can automatically send to someone. I really like this idea. They pop up on the screen and all you have to do is just click the button and it is sent. I have not met anyone yet that I felt a special connection with, but I hope that I will soon.
