Twice now I have emailed Kmart on not having and trolleys in there Stafford Brisbane store at opening time they tell me the Trolley people dont start until 2 hours after opening time that is just not good enough Having a disability i need a trolley i spoke to other customers who were also looking for them too I man had 2 small kids and was saying he needed a trolley so he could also hold onto 1 of his children I cant understand how a staff member cant make sure there are some trolleys there on opening
I urgently need to speak to an operator. I have called your customer service line 5 times and the only option I am give is a text box but when I try text it comes up with an error every time. I have attempted emailing and have not heard back.
My Kmart order has been "delivered" - with 4 parcels all apparently signed off by me and delivered at my address. The big problem is I have not signed these and they are not at my address. I need help now!

The staffs are very rude there. I went shopping for a specific product yesterday and asked the staff where it is. It was simply a question "Are you a staff member of Kmart?" and they didn't even bother to answer vocally and just pointed at the logo on their shirt. I'm offended, as if they are saying Are you blind? Can't you see the logo on my shirt or something? As well as the second staff, not friendly at all. No smiling, just frowning. When I politely asked them if they sell any bags here, they just replied "No" rudely and walked away. Do you call this service? I'd give it a zero

Besides the prices being ridiculous compared to other store prices of exact merch... For Christmas we received and bought gift cards which come to find out you can not use to purchase game console cards or other cards to that effect. Which is just absolutely ridiculous. They will except returns with no receipt. Do exchange with what could be stolen items in the first place. Everywhere excepts credit cards where payments can be disputed. Why on earth can I not pay 20 in cash on a gift card and not be able to purchase and xbox game pass? I don't understand please explain
I tried to order a diaper bag and after calling the verification number my order was cancelled because I could not verify what county I live in in a different state when I was 8 years old completely ridiculous. If I verify my card that's all that should matter. I was also on hold for 20 mins just to be told there was nothing I could do other then reorder it. Never using Kmart again.
My friend and I were testing out skateboards that we were about to buy. Lady that works here yelled at us so we didn't buy them. Not coming here for my things. My friend also had bought one from here, she will now be returning it as soon as possible. I loved Kmart but now this upset me and put me in a very bad mood. Bad service today.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from the soutland store on 19. 2. 2020 and when I opened the box i found that the item was heavily soiled, dirt all on the outside on the internel filters (there was also evidence someone had vacuumed liquid on the filter) and all in the barrell. I came back to the store to return the item on 20. 2. 2020 at 12:37pm and was met with a very abrupt and rude manager. Because i had to catch a cab from home to southland and back again twice which is costly and i am disabled and on a walker so the 2 trips to the store is painful requiring me to take pain meds just to get there so as a result i asked if i can be reimbursed for my time, inconvenience, pain and trouble by having a $4.50 cleaning cloth for free or discounted and the manager cut me off ubruptly with a no and walked away. Im very disappointed and annoyed that kmart would receive the used vacuum back without checking it properly then sealing the box back up with tape, put it on the shelf and try and sell it again, and then to be faced with poor customer service when I return the item.
I received my order today and it was incorrect I order jewelry box the one I got is cheaper version not even the same character that I order I've been trying to return my order and on your website it keeps telling me try desktop or try back later

Ordered a pair of slippers and received a baby product. Had to do an online chat to get the issue fixed. They refunded the shipping charges and placed an order to send the slippers. Finally received the slippers they're the wrong size (xl instead of l) and have a clearance tag for less than what I paid. I won't order from them again.
I don't shop here anymore. They have closed so many stores. Their merchandise is never in stock. It's totally different in a bad way. I would not recommend shopping here anymore.
I have ordered from this site several times and have had no problems. They also have a service to order and pick your items up at your local store to save on shipping costs like the other giant retailers. They always have sales and coupon codes to utilize as well as their shopyourway reward program. Would recommend to everyone!
Today I visited the Walmart in Aspen Hill Maryland my friend cut himself when he was in the store and when he asked the worker which I believe was a manager for a Band-Aid she got real nasty and rude and we felt very disrespected it was very unprofessional We try to apologize to the employee for the misunderstanding and she continued to be rude and disrespectful to us I will never come to this Kmart ever again and I will tell everybody that I know not to spend a dollar here either very unprofessional if you need to buy anything you're better off going to Walmart instead of dealing with these rude employees at Kmart!
I ordered a pair of boots for my son for Christmas, I got the confirmation email and they charged me for them, the next day I get an email saying they're not in stock and my order cancelled, but will take 5-7 days to get my money back... a company should never charge a customer for an order until the item is verified atleast, better yet until it ships. I wont be doing business with them again, because its gonna be way closer to christmas before my money comes and I'll have to hurry to find him something else.
Kmart lured me in with their Shop Your Way points. Big mistake - what a HUGE waste of time dealing with this company. I've made 6 orders over the past 6 months & every single order was cancelled & I got the weirdest emails every time saying that I had cancelled the order?! Nope, I did no such thing. I emailed customer service & they said they couldn't help me & I had to call a phone #. At that point, I was over it, it's not worth the time & stress to deal with such a dysfunctional failing company. I haven't shopped at Kmart in many years due to negative issues back in the day when they had filed for bankruptcy. Now I'm reminded why I stopped.
Also even if your orders don't get randomly cancelled, the site is confusing to use. There's Kmart, Sears & individual sellers on their site (kinda like individual Amazon sellers?). To make it MORE confusing, you can only use the Shop Your Way points on certain items so it can be frustrating to find items you need/want to use points on. I just can't justify the headache of shopping at Kmart.com when Amazon & Target are so easy & stress free. Kmart needs to seriously get their act together. They lost this customer for good.
Order some dress shirts and they never delivered. Kept my monies for 2 1/2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend ordering from Kmart ever.
I remember when they used to have reasonable prices. Now it's a wannabe Walmart with high prices. I have one near where I live and I hate even walking in there. The employees are rude, ignorant and make you stand in line a long time while they're B.S.ing with each other. One cashier sent me to another register to cash out only there was nobody there to wait on me. I waited a few minutes then walked out.
Ordered a pair of work boots from them, ten days later, still hasnt shipped, and they wont even investigate for 5 more days, so they are going to just $#*! around and say they dont know what happened to it. Never again.
I have chosen some time ago not to shop at Kmart for any reason because they have become too political and yields to any left wing group that complains or threatens them with a boycott. They first stopped selling ammunition in opposition to the second amendment. Now they have decided to discriminate regarding Trump products. It is not relevant as to whether or not I support Trump and his family. What is relevant is that businesses should not yield to a vocal radical group of activists who are upset at the loss of an election. I will never cast my shadow at KMart again.

Kmart in Indianapolis Washington street needs to be closed. There is never more than one line open yet tons of employees standing around. Then they advertise a sale item and when it doesn't ring up right they claim it's not the right item even when you pull the tag from the shelf to show them. Lazy lazy lazy. No wonder all their stores are being shut down.
Purchased 6 "room darkening" shades, that turned out to not be "room darkening" at all. Called Kmart, and they arranged UPS pick-up. Packaged and returned them. They were delivered to a Kmart/Sears facility in Addison, Illinois on March 13. Have been waiting for a refund ever since. I've chatted with them 2 or 3 times, and keep being told that the refund will be deposited in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing yet. The last gentleman I talked to, insisted that they hadn't received the shades back yet, even after I shared the UPS tracking information to him. It's not a ton of money, but it's my money. Now it's just the principle of the matter. You can't find an email address or any contact information for anyone higher in the chain, than those people that you get to chat with. It's been a terrible experience, and I will never, never do business with them again. Just a bunch of crooks.
I have walked out before while waiting to checkout when lines moved unbearably slowly due to language challenges, pricing issues, crowds etc. Usually sufficient parking but that does not justify the crowds and very slow checkout service.
I understand people with minimum wage jobs need to shop at these places, but even WalMart is better. Sears and KMart; who came up with that brilliant idea of a merger?
Store has large empty areas, no employees, and the stink of failure around every corner. High prices in case you do find something you are looking for also!
I used to like Kmart and I still do but since they have closed the ones that are closest to me I no longer have one to go to. I need something in town besides Walmart. They went down as soon as they hooked up with Sears. I could of told you this was a bad move.
