Kmart.com is simple to use. I wish they had lower prices, but that is just the way it pretty much has been and I don't mind.

Seriously i buy all my child-gifts from here, their toy prices are better than everyone else's sale prices

The town just north of us like I have said before is a college town and then they got a super Walmart in there so that took care of that store so now I drive to a town south of us and shop at Kmart

I've ordered many times, quick shopping and most of the time free to ship even to my house. I will most definitely order again

I had searched several stores for a particular item and finally found it online at Kmart. Three clicks and it was on it's way!

When I was looking for something to wear, my friend told me of Kmart, They have good clothes. PLus my size was available. Nice

I like to shop here because they offer layaway. However, the store isn't always well stocked and they haven't been updated in years.

I ordered a playstation 4 and Xbox one in June 2013. On launch day last Friday Kmart indicated that my playstation was shipped and would arrive by January 3,2014. I called to complain and customer service is a joke. The guy kept getting off saying he would get a supervisor--at least 6 times in this 1 hour call- only to be told supervisors were too busy. I called "shop your way rewards" that sent me the e-mail about the pre-order and they could care less. They told me to call Sears. Sears couldn't"t give a damn and they cancelled my preorder which I discovered while on the phone with them. On Saturday morning, they then cancelled my xbox, which was supposed to launch Nov. 2013. I have a sick child for over a year and they ruined his birthday and Christmas and this cold harder company doesn"t care. When I spoke to Sears they said I can pre-order again but I will go to the bottom of the list because they cancelled my order. This morning they told me I could get 15% off if I put in a new preorder which will arrive sometime next year. This is only offered this because I cancelled all my credit cards. The kmart stores had system which people got without preorders, but Kmart decided not to hold up their end of our contract so they could attract people to their store for launch days, Thansgiving and Black Friday! If you don't want to ruin your child"s holiday stay away from Kmart/Sears. Shop at GameStop, Best Buy, Walmart, Toys r us, or Amazon --they are reputable companies that have never failed to send my merchandis. Boycott Kmart, Sears, and Landsend you"ll be glad you did!

I am only giving this 5 stars out of surprise they are still in business. KMarts are the ghetto version of WalMart and that is saying something.

I hate Kmart. Truly hate their rude sales people. I hate thier high prices. What I hate the most is about 3 weeks ago I got an email for exclusive members only. It said if I spent X amount of dollars at Kmart I would get $25 in SYW rewards points. I didn't get them right away so I called their customer service number the sales clerk gave me. I was told I would get them on 12/4. So after waiting 3 weeks I went into Kmart and took $75 worth of stuff up to the counter. They told me I had $0 in points. The sign at the register said no SYW points would be given because the store was closing. The sign wasn't there 3 weeks earlier.of course no one could tell me that 3 weeks earlier that I wouldn't get my points because the store was closing. I waited 3 weeks for nothing. So because I didn't get the $25 in points I had to put a toy back that my granddaughter should be getting for Christmas.

This is just plain wrong. They shouldn't with hold points from customers. It's not our fault they are going out of business. They are going out of business because they suck!

I shop in Kmart from time to time, but they need to get their act together. Customer service is not great, but u can grab few good deals

I love Sears I think this falls under Walmart... if you ever want a cute dress for your infant/toddler go to Sears, they will never let you down!

Waste if valuable time. Can never find what I am looking for and if I do happen to find something, product is often not worth the money!

Every store I've been into lately looks empty and deserted, Kmart used to be a store that was a pleasure to shop but not anymore, what happened?

Big discounts awaits from all customers. Lots of cheap product and cool to shop. Love this place from the Clothing the sell.

The store is great. I've done some Christmas shopping for my family and friends there and everyone seemed to love the presents.

Their prices have gone up a little but their quality of clothing is very nice and the items they sell at kmart are very great quality.

Used to be a great place to shop back in the day. A strong competitor for walmart and target. Now all the stores, or whats left are just a joke.

Someone loves this fine set of cosmetics it comes in a pink box really cute. Thought it was a great deal

They cashiers have a hard time ringing up clearance items, they keep needing overrides from managers. They should change their system.

Not only does Kmart have limited products for sale, the quality is bad. They rarely have what I am looking for.

Dont have a local store now so I just go online and get what I want at the price I love. Miss my local Kmart
