Delivered DAMAGED - glass candle sent in a plastic shipping bag wrapped in bubble wrap! What brain thought that was going to survive! NOW I have to return - either drive 45 miles to nearest Kohls or send back and pay the cost of return -- when it WAS NOT my fault! There is a reason I haven't shopped Kohls much lately! I've been a Kohl's customer since 1970s - YOUR service SUCKS & has gone downhill!
I ordered two men large tee shirts. First delivery that was sent was a youth's size seven sweat pants. Called and customer service and they agreed to send the correct order. This is why one star. Second delivery was the two tee shirts but in slim fit. My order was regular fit. Called again to customer service to express my dissatisfaction that the wrong shirts were sent. Their reply was, "Well we can't send out another order with free shipping you will need to go to a store and exchange". So to the store at my expense plus the cost of $8.95 original shipping costs for the two shirts!
They are kind of over priced, I bought my husband and Son shirts for his graduation and it cost me $100, for two shirts, really? The cashiers are forced to try to get you to open up a credit line with them, I hate that.
Kohls ripped me off! I had a $15 credit and they failed to honor it. On Sept. 20,2021 I spoke with an agent, "Daniel" 4079, who said he'd get back to me. He never did!
Lesson learned: Never accept a merchandise credit. Get the cash!
Buyer beware! Terrible customer service! I recently purchased some items from Kohl's during the Black Friday sale. They were shipped to the wrong address. When I called customer service I spoke to three different representatives, including supervisors, all of them told me there was nothing that could be done. All implied that I was at fault for inputting an incorrect address. Even if that were the case, one would think that a commitment to good customer service would prevail! In any event, I was ultimately informed that I was basically out nearly $100. A refund was not going to be issued, Nor would my order be resent to me. I will never ever ever shopped at Kohl's online again! Buyer beware beware beware!
I received a message from Kohl's that my order is ready for pickup. When I arrived, Monica in the pickup area/ Amazon, was there, I was having a hard time connecting to the pickup pass. I asked Monica if she would look up by order #, she said "NO" she said wait until your pickup pass shows up. She told the lady behind me that she'd help her. Finally my pickup pass showed spot #121. So I gave it to Monica. And once again she was rude. Said go back there and get it yourself. I had never been told to go get it myself. I've been there many times and was helped. Monica was neither polite, nor professional nor courteous.
Customer service during holidays is non-existent. Canceled half of my order 2 weeks before Christmas (when it was purchased over 3 weeks ago) and never shipped the other half! On hold forever and a day to reach someone who cannot give you an answer anyway!
Nearly every type of clothing I have ever bought at Kohl's didn't last a year. The seams come apart very easily. Don't buy their overprice underwear or socks either. I paid off my credit card with them then shredded the card.
Bought a product at Kohls.com because it was mentioned I would receive $30 in Kohl's Cash.
However, I didn't see their e-mail and now it's "Expired". The expiration date is also VERY short, good luck with that.
Customer service say they cannot do anything to help. Suuuuure, it's not like if you had full access to my Kohl's account and could add $30 in there.

I've both ordered online and shopped in stores. What's important to note is that there's ALWAYS a coupon, and some better deals always cycle around for holidays, etc. - never go without a coupon, though chances are they'll just deduct the amount anyway. Best deals are always in store, I've gotten great quality shirts and dresses, etc, for under $10. But online has its perks - convenience and organization namely. Had a few issues with kohls cash in the past and I called them up - fantastic customer service! Don't be scared to call! They do price adjustments too within 2 weeks or something if your product goes down in price after you buy it. No one challenged me, everything was adjusted accordingly and speedily, and they were extremely polite. And they ALWAYS take returns! (literally. Always. Even if it's been a year or two, no joke) Great business.
I ordered some expensive earrings and used Apple Pay without realizing it still had an old address which I caught two hours after making the order. No tracking number created yet or anything. No modification possible nor cancellation so I'm just out the money before it was even sent. Than god for Amazon or any other jeweler
I cancelled a pick up order that costs $48.99 and instead of refunding the total amount they gave me only $20 back due to their scamof kohls cash. This place is robbing customers do not shop there. I have the whole transcript too saved.
There's always something available on the Kohl's website (great price plus sale discounts). Quick delivery and easy returns. Also, there's a Kohl's about 10 minutes away. Shoppers paradise. Mid level clothing, but terrific prices. Shop during a promotion and receive Kohl's cash for your next shopping trip. EI get easy access by bus or car. Near main roads and the Long Island Expressway. Also surrounded by a movie theater, Starbucks, Boston Market, 2 clothing boutiques (one plus size), Applebees, a bank, and more. Love it!
I really love this store, but a little hard to navigate through their on line. Goes back to the beginning of site If your not careful, when you look at things.
You must also know how to 'shop' Kohls. Their regular prices are to high. But they offer many perks. Their clearance is usually good as well.
Kohls offers an extremely wide variety of clothing for both men and women (& children). Staff is always helpful and friendly and returns are simple. Never a question or problem. Glad there is one close to me.
I purchased an Adidas warmup jacket online with Kohl's on March 18,2021. (Order #XXXXX0661). The order shows shipped via FEDEX on March 19,2021. The order was not shipped, and the only action was that a label was printed. Kohl's never sent a follow up email which caused me to exceed the 60-day dispute window for my credit card company. The warmup top was $63.25 which Kohl's gladly charged my account, but now state they cannot find my order. I am very disappointed in this instance of customer fraud committed by Kohl's against a consumer. I plan on filing an attorney general complaint to recoup my costs. I am writing this to warn all consumers about this poor business practice. I will never purchase from Kohl's again.

Very, very poor check out service. Whomever thought this one up out to be fired. On busy days the lines can stretch for at least 300 to 400 feet (no exageration). Tellers calling people in line one at a time and hoping customers see them waiving. Then people walking as far as 30-40 feet to a teller with all their products, children and/or family members can take 4-5 minutes.
All in all I have experienced waits of over 2 hours when I just HAD to get a product.
I used to shop at Kohls and kohls.com a lot. Then I started having problems with them online. The site would empty my cart, lose coupon codes, and not work at all. I have had a few shipments arrive with broken items because things were packaged so poorly. Some were handled to my satisfaction, some not. Another order never arrived and after quite a long time, I was refunded and could reorder. Of course the original colors were no longer available. I ordered different colors and guess what? The original colors were available the very next day. I haven't shopped with them for a while now. They used to be one of the best but not anymore. Customer Service has gone down hill too. When I do finally order again, I will not be surprised if there are problems.:-(
I have ordered twice from Kohls simply because the local store management is so disrespectful and rude. I had a credit card with Kohls and spent on average of $650 a month. I stopped visiting the store on Bailey Cove in Huntsville, AL because on numerous occasions the manager treated me in a disrespectful manner, at one point he asked did you find what you were looking for today and I responded " I did not buy much today and he responded " well do not come back then". I cancelled my account with them immediately and decided to go where my business was appreciated. I did try to order online but found that most orders take about 10 days to receive. There are too many other options that treat Customers kindly.
So I followed the guidelines. Stayed up till 1am Thanksgiving Morning and ordered, payed for, and got order confirmation for my son, and daughters Christmas gifts(2-PlayStation 4,)(and also 2 shark vacuums for my aunt and mom). Saturday I received an email stating my order was now canceled because they are now out of stock! Mind you they continued to take orders for and ship out to folks that ordered after me! Bad Business! Kohl's has lost at least 3 card carrying consumers over this! Boo Kohl's, Boo!
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
