When shopping online with Kohl's be aware that your money spent for shipping is never given back to you The local store is great, but online shopping is horrid. I was charged $158 on my Kohls CC 12/31/21. They refuse to return the money stating I made the payment. I haven't made a payment on that card in over a year. I spoke with someone in Costa Rica, the Philippines and another country this morning. All three people repeated the other. They said there is no corporate phone number for me to call. There was no way the can refund the payment. This was my favorite store but after this I will never shop there again.
I was visiting family in Atlanta, and I ordered 2 items I needed for Christmas. I scheduled the delivery to the Atlanta address which were supposed to deliver on 12/22/2021. One item arrived, but the other did not. Today is 12/29/2021, and I have traveled back home and am no longer in Atlanta. I can see that the 2nd item has a label created but it still has not shipped. Now I no longer need the item because it's too late. Trying to find a phone number for Kohl's customer service is a challenge. Normally, you can go to the bottom of a company's website, and they have a "contact us" link, but when you click on Kohl's "contact us" link, it only gives you a list of frequently asked questions, but no phone number. When I tried to do a chat with them on their website, I asked for their customer service phone #, and the chat box kept "churning" and I never received a response. After spending approx. 15-20 minutes of searching, I finally found a number to call. When I called the number, the cell connection was terrible, as the call kept breaking up on us. Very stressful. I'm hoping that my order was cancelled, and a refund will be forthcoming. Time will tell. I will never shop at Kohl's again because they are not easy with which to do business.

Over the years I have shopped at Kohls. It seems like you get great deals but in the end they take more money than you save. If you return anything, you lose the Kohls cash plus they add more on to your bill. A lot of the clothes are very cheap and fall apart quickly
Don't bother trying to get order right. It took me 45 minutes between chat and actually speaking to Customer Service located in the Phillipines. Ended up giving up on order 4 days before Christmas. Their 30% Reward Member or 30% off for using their credit card is BS. If you have Kohls Cash forget about exchanges. That discount is lost if you exchange items.
Accidentally bought 3 gift cards labeled 10$! Only to find out it was 4 for 40$. Go to customer service and so sorry can't help less than 1 minute since I accidentally purchased these. Absolutely no help, ridiculous, should have known I'm a veteran went on veterans day only to find out their "sale" for veterans was for select merchandise. Such s disgusting ridiculous store. Online customer service is terrible. Overseas I was hung up on for telling them they sent the wrong items. When I called back I was told I would have to wait 3 more days before they were able to help me. When the 3 days passed I called again to be informed they were unable to reshoot my items. They did not give a full refund.

Their online Customer Service is a nightmare. After checking out my order I realized I had forgotten to put in a promo code. There is no place to make a correction online and there are no phone numbers to call. Their automated customer service is laughable because you can't get help. Kohls is deceitful to their customers. I finally found a representative who was very nice and told me he would email me a credit. I did not receive that credit. Dealing with Kohls is very frustrating and discouraging. I start my Christmas shopping early like May. I bought 2 comforters and one mattress pad. I found out grandson is not getting a bunk bed but a double. I ordered a full size comforter since he is getting a double bed. I went today to take it back the twin comforters and I had the receipt. They told me they could only give me 17.00 a comforter and 9 dollars for the mattress pad. So I kept it and didn't returned it. I paid 30 a piece for the comforters. I purchase a lot of things from Kohls but not anymore.

Was doing some Christmas shopping & buying clothes for my 4 year old daughter, who was with me. We had a lot of items purchased & my daughter who was with me is very busy & wanting to help. Sheila was so patient & kind to my daughter & I, she was so down to earth, smiling & talking to my daughter. She even went out of her way to have an escort help bring out our purchases to the car. I purchased an Adidas warmup jacket online with Kohl's on March 18,2021. (Order #XXXXX0661). The order shows shipped via FEDEX on March 19,2021. The order was not shipped, and the only action was that a label was printed. Kohl's never sent a follow up email which caused me to exceed the 60-day dispute window for my credit card company. The warmup top was $63.25 which Kohl's gladly charged my account, but now state they cannot find my order. I am very disappointed in this instance of customer fraud committed by Kohl's against a consumer. I plan on filing an attorney general complaint to recoup my costs. I am writing this to warn all consumers about this poor business practice. I will never purchase from Kohl's again.
