Do not take your children to this location in Lexington, ky. The kids play area is disgusting. They won't let the parents go to the back with their child(which is illegal) They accept medical card so they tell you that your child needs work done that they really don't just to make more money. The customer service is very rude. They gave my 5 year old the laughing gas without my permission. There was a review I read that one location actually threw a little girl on the floor and pulled 4 of her teeth when she went in for a fill-in on one tooth. They lied to her mother and said that she accidently fell on the floor and the daughter told her mother after that they were lying and the actual doctor choked her and pushed her on the floor. DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS TO A PLACE THAT DOESN'T ALLOW PARENTS IN THE BACK!
