God damn it where have u people been? I've been looking for a web hosting service that really focuses on its customers instead of making a quick buck. I've tried pretty much all the popular web host out there and there isn't any doubt that remix inc is the best for me. Am in love with the customer support and no matter what time of day I'm working on my website I can always count on a friendly support tech to help me out. I mean just the way they go above and beyond to help you is amazing in its self. I just wanna say I hope you guy don't change ever. You might be small but I see big times for remix

Remix has been a dream so far and I have no complaints about their web hosting at all. I hope they do something about there YouTube channel soon as many other reviewers have been asking for them to start making videos again

Really really great support team they responded to me super fast which is unusual for these type of companies. Services were delivered and no drop will definitely use them again in the future. Love the integrity and quality of this brand.

Remix-Inc hosting service is outstanding, professional and complete. They researched my clients issue and solved it in less then 3 hours. I had been working on the problem for over a week. Well worth the money and with the 'money back if we can't fix' was a huge factor in my decision to give them a try.

I've been using shared hosting for some years now but lately found my sites were getting more and more sluggish, so I started looking around for a new host.
One of my friends recommended me to choose Remix and I decided to give them a try.
The set-up was fast - I was transferring my test sites within minutes of receiving their (five) instant welcome emails. When I had problems with the transfer, their support team were very responsive (like, in minutes!). After the initial issues (all my fault for setting things up wrong) the transfer of the rest of my sites was quick and painless.
For service and support I give Remix-Inc a 10/10 and I highly recommend them. It should also be noted that I started out on a custom package after talking with sales and eventually worked my way up to one of their normal plans so if you need a custom plan talk to them as they will probably be able to work with you.

I have nice experience hosting my opencart website at their shared hosting account (paid $1.99 and setup was instant). They also offer nice features and tools within their affordable packages. Customer tech support are very helpful, patient and professional. Really nice web host with feature-packed hosting packages. Quick and painless process! First time I have dealt with them, previously I have mostly used local Australian providers, but seriously thinking about transferring all accounts to them. Their hosting is fast, even for Australian users viewing Australian websites.

Im not the most technical when it comes to understanding how all this works but the support you gave really helped me understand how to secure my web sites. I messaged maybe 5 or 6 times and the support back was effect and fast. Thank you for a fast and speedy service.

Great Web Host!
I have 3 sites (on VPS) with Remix-Inc. Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes. They even re-installed my content management system for me after they found out the problem I had stemmed from me installing the wrong version. I was recently working on my website late at night and I ran into an issue so I decided to get on the live chat with their support not really expecting to have anyone answer but Kmat connect in a couple seconds and had me problem fixed quick. 10/10 customer support indeed

Socialproofers is a great platform for organically growing your instagram account but since recent Instagram changes the speed has slowed down dramatically but still decent. I have faith you guys will implement a fix soon.

Stay away from this team. Do not make payments on PayPal. You think they are American, instead, they are Indian. * They cheated me, took my money, and didn't give me any services. Stay away from them. They also pretend that they don't know each other. They're deleted all chat, block me and don't would refund my money. Their take my 24 euro money and don't give any service to me!

The service never functioned with the efficiency that was advertised and was one fifth as efficient as a competing program that I had been using. In my most recent useless conversation with their customer service, they completely stopped responding when I explained my experience, but made it so that I could not longer access my paid account.

EDIT: Upon leaving this review, Krystal Growth has sent me numerous emails in broken english that have escalated in level of abusiveness, name-calling, etc.

I was quoted $640 USD for their top package for growth on November 27th 2021. Fast forward to January 19,2022. I am out $640 USD and no contact from their support team. They state they are going to refund the money as their is an issue on their side to move the funds to their bank account. This is not my issue as it seems they are running fraud and stealing money and running scams. A legit company wouldnt have issues with taking money and transferring to their bank. This is absolutely horrible. I have contacted the appropriate authorities to settle this manner.
