I thought this was a scam at first due to how low the prices were on their website but I talked to one of these support staff and they set up my account for me. Since them, I've never had a problem hosting with remix.
Stay away from this team. Do not make payments on PayPal. You think they are American, instead, they are Indian. * They cheated me, took my money, and didn't give me any services. Stay away from them. They also pretend that they don't know each other. They're deleted all chat, block me and don't would refund my money. Decent company to deal with!
Been hosting with Remix-inc company for some time, and I'm very impressed indeed.

After the first few days the engagement was so surreal I was for sure my account was going to get banned or something but it never did. The other fake programs really do some shiesty things to your account, but this service is 100% legit. I will never go anywhere else. I hope this service does not get shut down but from what I heard, they have some exclusive ties that are legit and will keep them around. The new IG algorithm messed everything up for me so I am glad you guys were able to get my engagement rates back. I saw through my reports in the dashboard. Amazing!
Remix Inc helped me move my files from one another to another. I would normally be charged but they would an easier way to do it by a new tool in Cpanel in beta and did it at no cost. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Normally I can't remember customer service reps, but these have helped me a lot during my process of getting everything working correctly if anything came up. Thanks to Josh, Sam, Aaron, Adam, and others.
If you are like me and have to set up your on MySQL databases for different scripts, then look no further than Remix-Inc. They have a very large selection of scripts to choose from.

I am currently using the starter pack in order to develop my online store with wordpress. Remix-inc has saved me a lot of time and money in the longhaul by the ease in configuring PHP settings. Whenever I have a question, I can always rely on remix already providing great customer care. Best service money can buy for a small business owner.
I don't write reviews but I had to for social proofers. They might be new to the game but they are bringing so much value to the table. The free trial was more than enough for me to test out the automation service and I have to say it works pretty well and the mass story viewer tool is a gem. I just have one recommendation so make this service top notch. Can you guys please make video tutorials on how to do stuff in the dashboard?. Keep up the good work guys
I have been using this hosting for more than two years. Initially, there were problems, but as I understand it, they replaced some equipment and then continued to work perfectly. In addition, the price is very important to me as a blogger. I just don't see the point of overpaying a lot of money when you have a landing page. So for me, these criteria are the most important.

If you are a startup with no resources, this service is your best shot at getting off the ground. It will only work if you are willing to give it a chance. The negative reviews do not define their capabilities. I opted for the sapphire package. I thought that if I was going to take a chance at letting someone up my business, I might as well go all the way. My training business has me seeing clients back to back. With no wifi at the gym, I can't keep up with my social media accounts until the night time but by then, i'm too tired. The rockstar package gave me Shaun as my account manager and I can tell that he puts my business as a priority. Even when I am not available, things behind the scenes are getting done and the constant instagram notifications have proven that. Shoutout to Shaun!
Transferring site over
There were many hiccups during my transfer process, but one person in particular has made it it so much easier.
James has helped me understand, by explaining exactly what I needed to do, the whole process.
When there were problems, he helped by figuring out what they all were and offered to take over on his end. He was amazing throughout the whole thing.
Although it wasn't as seamless as I had initially thought, the site I was hoping to transfer is now added as an add-on domain.

So after a while of watching their website and talking to there support tech, I decided to sign up for there trial hosting for a month. I wasn't expecting to be this amazing by what they offer, there web hosting is as advertised and my WordPress website is the fastest its ever been. I was sure this was too good to be true... I wanna say that I am quite happy using Remix-inc service... Their network uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Cant quibble about the price either. Basic plan limits recently increased. Remix-inc tech support always answers my questions within 5 minutes. And they have even given me PHP support mySQL support.
I've been with NameHero now for over year and have never been disappointed with them. Their service and support is the best I have ever encountered, and I've tried many hosting services over the years.
Problems, as infrequent as they are, are dealt with within an hour and in the 1year I've been with them, I don't think my sites have had any downtime at all.
