Thought about purchasing Kylie cosmetics, but seeing and reading the bad reviews… well yikes. Not going to waste my money on terrible products. I'll stick with Sephora!

It's extremely disappointing when foreigners who are just trying to take advantage of Black Friday deals to actually be able to afford these luxuries, just get penalised and are given no help to actually rectify the matter from the brand.

Order placed during Black Friday sale, order went through.
My bank account was deducted and then refunded just to find out the order was cancelled.

Customer service was of no assistance to try and help the working class who are trying afford these luxuries with a crushing exchange rate while still supporting the brand.

Happy help? Really I given multiple solutions like creating a new cart with the same discounts, a separate payment link so I could try again or even an in-store discount for when I am in the states.
As these discounts are the only way foreigners are able to afford such things.

Which was all met with "If you would like you can follow Kylie on her socials here and subscribe to our email list here for all updates and promotions".

I can't get an order I made with my own credit card and then told too bad try again later.
As the solution given is to have to pay full price in future, or wait for another promotion while increasing the brands instagram following, if I am to order again because it could of somehow been fraudulent transaction but the client (me) is saying it's not.

Is there no sense of brand appreciate of the consumer?
Utterly disgusted that there's no sense loyalty to the consumer base.
Is this really in service to the customer?

Customer service sucks. My last purchase was NOT successful. Did not get my lip gloss. And after 3 attempts, nobody has gotten back to me.

I don't understand why it looks good but when you bought its not the same like photos. So bad quality and smells bad.

My skin is literally oily after this products and it's smells so bad, don't recommend it. So sad that I spent money

I made a purchase one day before a big sale and they would not honor a price adjustment or a return which could have saved me almost $50.

So I recieved my Kylie lips kits I really like them they are a bit lighter than I expected the price is still a bit expensive but the feel amazing and does last long the colors a recieved was Kristen, Kourt K, and Posie K I'm now currently waiting for my kyshadows

I absolutely hated the gloss. It is super sticky and does not glide on easy. The colors were pretty enough, but it feels cheap.

I just got update and i wanna share with yall there newest eyeshadow palette that launched is having massive bad reviews already.

Many of the products I bought turned out to be of poor quality. No one sees his work and I tell everyone not to buy anything from this company

I ordered a product from here 3 months ago. They informed that your order will be delivered in 3 weeks between 1 month, but almost 3 months passed away, I couldn't get my product yet! JUST DISGUSTING
