We bought the split king and one side decided to quit working. Flashing red light on the control module and the power adapter is also flashing it's green light synchronized with the controller. Luv one website and user manual don't say anything about it and customer service never responded
I haven't slept through the night in a couple of years, always waking up at least two times with hip and shoulder pain. I have had the bed 2 days and have slept through the night both nights. There was a storm last night with thunder evidently and I didn't hear a thing. I also told myself "I don't really need the adjustable part, I'll probably not event use that." I tried the zero gravity and was amazed at the comfort especially since I'm have some hip pain. It was great. Maybe I will use zero gravity!
I ordered about a year ago, moved again and the movers didn't put on metal holders. So I asked if I could order separately. They are sending them to me FREE! I couldn't believe it! What Great customer service!

When our split king bed arrived only one side operated as it should. Apparently the control box needed to be replaced. But we called Kyvno and spoke with Denise who was more than willing to help resolve the problem. We received the new control box pretty quickly & now our bed is functioning well! We really enjoy this bed! Thank you!

PRO'S: Service was great, product is of good quality, having an ajustable bed is a luxury. Spouse not waking me up when tossing and turning. Warranty & Return policy outstanding. Doesn't really need a mattress topper.
CON'S: The mattress has a tendency to slide somewhat off the base when I move around. Comfort of the mattress to be determined in time.

Initially bought the adjustable bed to help in my wife's recovery from surgery and did not believe it would be the bed for me, boy was I wrong. I'm getting the best sleep ever. However I did have a minor problem with one of the remote control units. As soon as I notified
Kyvno they began acting to correct the problem. I have never had a company respond to my request so quickly and efficiently. Great product at a very reasonable cost with great service to boot. I recommend them to everyone. Keep up the great work Kyvno.

I've had the kyvno bed for almost a year now. My husband and I added a gel mattress cooling topper to it and it's been amazing. Recently I accidentally washed one of the remotes, I just grabbed all the sheets not looking and through them in the washer. I tried to save the poor thing after it's terrible water infused roller coaster ride in the washer but it was hopeless. I emailed Kyvno about a replacement remote and after a little back and forth. Mostly me being out of town I was able to get a new remote which is programmed and now I'm back to having a fantastic bed.

I found this company though Amazon but I was happy that I was able to save on shipping by ordering though the company itself. The only downside to the whole process is shipping via FedEx... I wish it was shipped via UPS. Otherwise, well packaged, impressive 12 inch mattresses and nice upholstered bases. Set up was quick, easy to operate. First impression: impressive.

We ordered the split king bed and initially only received the mattresses. Denise, on the Kyvno Care Team worked with FedEx to locate the frames and ended up shipping a replacement shortly after I contacted her! The frame was delivered today and we are looking forward to a good nights sleep!

We are new to the bed, I wanted to share my first impressions. The packaging was well done, and the set up was straight forward. The motors are quiet and movement fluid. We purchased the split king, and I was hoping the mattresses would come together better, but the mattress has soft edges and no lateral mattress retention system. Looking forward to my first nights sleep on it tonight!
