I bought a book from LabeLust, through AmazonBooks. The book arrived in a loose fitting envelope, with 2 corners crushed, both covers and all pages were bent and twisted. I returned the book promptly. LabeLust did not reply to my request for a refund or offer a replacement. Amazon intervened, and I received a partial refund, but not for the cost of shipping. I wrote a factual, polite and negative review for this Amazon transaction. LabeLust responded quickly, demanding that I remove my review immediately. LabeLust also included out-of-focus photos, apparently taken of a different book with the same title. (When asked, LabeLust would not even verify the date the photos were taken!) Somehow this was supposed to prove I returned a perfect book, wanted a refund, and didn't mind paying for shipping... Seriously? If LabeLust has a perfect copy, please, just send it to me!
