Ordered laces for a trip but they sent the wrong ones so messed that up. Tried to get a hold of them for a couple days finally responded, said they were sending right ones out 2 weeks later still don't have them.and their shoe tags don't look the same on site as they do in person waste of money. Things should move a lot faster than this.
This company has scammed me and is currently scamming others. They take your payment and then claim they shipped your product knowing fully that nothing is being shipped or will be shipped. I ordered a pair of Gold flat laces at a price of $26. The payment went through ******. However, after 2 weeks of waiting I get an email stating **** dropped the ball and asking if I gave the correct address which is a smoke screen for, "we're not sending anything." I want a refund or my product from this horrible company. If you are seeking to purchase anything from them, know in advance that you will be scammed. There is no question about it.
I ordered three pairs of laces through the laceduplaces website on 4/16/18. I received a tracking number that day. The next day, they emailed me to tell me one of the laces was out of stock and could be replaced by any laces on the site. Very nice! I chose another lace and replied to their email. I waited until 4/26/2018 to email them again, inquiring into the status. The tracking still showed the package at pre-shipment. I waited until 4/30/2018 to follow up again. No response. I emailed again on 5/1/2018.
On 5/2/2018, I finally received an email from them stating that my emails were going into their spam folder. They also claimed USPS lost my package because I input my address incorrectly - even though the tracking they gave me still showed the package in pre-shipment status! Also, I had made my payment through Paypal which automatically fills in address information, and I've never had a problem.
I replied their claims the same day stating what I've said above. They waited until today (5/7/2018) to respond and still made the same claim that USPS lost the package and they didn't know why my email went to spam. The only apology they made was for the fact that my email went to their spam folder and they did not know why.
