“The prices they provide on the site and upon payment...”

The prices they provide on the site and upon payment do not include shipping costs (outside the US) which more than double the costs. Upon returning the product - as not prepared to pay the additional costs to get it released - no refund was provided and terrible customer service and experience throughout. DO NOT USE.
