Had a good overall experience at the outlet store location. The customer service was great the second I walked in. I was immediately helped by Jeffrey C. Who was very nice, patient and knowledgeable about the furniture. I ended up buying a red and black sectional sofa for a great price. Will be back. PS. If you're ever going to go here look for Jeffrey C.!

This company is totally fraud, avoid them at any cost We ordered our furniture 2 months ago and still haven't got it 3 times it was delivered wrong and last time it was so damaged that we could see the damage even before opening the packing When we asked for cancellation, they stopped taking our calls or responding to our emails We are stuck and thinking of taking them to court. Anyone who wants to join us call us at *******931 Looks like they have done this so many times and always got away with it because no one takes any action against them. I ask anyone who is in same boat as ours to reach out to us so that these guys stop doing the same to others

This company is totally fraud, avoid them at any cost
We ordered our furniture 2 months ago and still haven't got it
3 times it was delivered wrong and last time it was so damaged that we could see the damage even before opening the packing
When we asked for cancellation, they stopped taking our calls or responding to our emails

Looks like they have done this so many times and always got away with it because no one takes any action against them. I ask anyone who is in same boat as ours to reach out to us so that these guys stop doing the same to others

Had a good overall experience at the outlet store location. The customer service was great the second I walked in. I was immediately helped by Jeffrey C. Who was very nice, patient and knowledgeable about the furniture. I ended up buying a red and black sectional sofa for a great price. Will be back.

Buyer BEWARE! This company will SCAM you! If I could give a 0 stars I would! They shipped the wrong product with the incorrect advertised dimensions. At first they agreed in writing to refund the money by a certain date and have the items handled and shipped by their company. When I asked for a receipt of refund they fraudulently began to cover-up the responsibility for sending incorrect items and never paying the refund amount. They have adjusted the refund policies multiple times, since not paying the refund. This company will SCAM you! They cannot be trusted!

The WORST buying experience ever!
DO NOT do business with them - they are liars!
I came to store got 3 items (2 of them were in stock) and we agreed on a price and delivery fees and that items in stock will be delivered right away. Imagine my surprise when I called 2 weeks later to find out what is going on with my delivery - they told me that because I got items to cheap I will have to pay additional $100 delivery fee - even though they advertise free curb side delivery nationwide and I live in the same area.
Naturally I cancelled my order - and now waiting how they going to scam me on a refund

What an awful experience! For $2000 I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole.

I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total. It only sits 1.5 people and the bed only fits a small skinny child. And we have 2 boys, 9 and 10 y. O. It's Christmas and I don't have a bed for the kids...

LA Furniture offered me a $200 refund today. For what? I paid for oranges, they sent me onions, and they now say: "We will give you $1 back, just use onions for your orange juice!" This is a complete fraud! #dontbuy

I had been looking for a long time a modern bedroom, simple design, contemporary and ergonomic. I had visited dozens of stores around the city and dozens of Internet sites and could not find anything I liked.

Until I found on the Internet at www.lafurniturestore.com I fell in love when I saw the Curve Modern Platform Bed. In my 18 years of industrial designer never seen anything so perfect for my picky taste.

The price I thought was great, the only risk I had to take was expected to see the quality when I got home, the photos sometimes deceiving. I call, I talk to Jeffrey, very friendly and professional person. I convinced myself that was what was really what I wanted.

The quality is equal or better as shown in the pictures!

I'm happy! Thanks Jeffrey!

LA Furniture has the lastest modern, Italian and contempory style furniture for reasonable prices. I had a hard time narrowing down which sofa to purchase as they have such an impressive selection. I love the one I ended up going with and would recommend this place to anyone with classic good taste.

I ordered a bedroom set with a platform bed. When it arrived the slats for the bed were the wrong ones. Took a couple of weeks before they got back to me. They promised to send the correct slats and frame but it's been a month and a half and I still don't have them. I been in contact with them over 5 emails and they say they'll let me know when they will ship. Still nothing.

Offer shipping cost to cover damaged product just stay from them

Offered $400 when both item is extremely damaged.
Lethers cuts and damaged from 3 to 4 sides wood showing in sofa and lights not working at all. Extremely damaged
Coffey table is also damaged.
Wood is showing.
Bought for $3680. 40
Repair company gave me estimate to replace the leather, fix the wood from indies and fix table nearly $2500
They have to take a part whole thing to fix it.
Lost everything money and received damaged goods.
Offer $400 for all damaged product

We are sorry for the inconvenience that your furniture arrived damaged. According to our policy notes about damage have to be made on the delivery receipt in order for us to be able to file a claim with the delivery company. You did not make any notes on the receipt, therefore we have offered to give you a refund that you can use to repair the damage, you have refused our offered refund and said that you want 70% off refunded. We are not able to refund 70% off as this ends up costing more than the furniture itself and more than is needed in order to repair. We are still willing to honor the refund that was originally promised to you. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!
April 2014 I purchase a bedroom set. I paid for special delivery (white glove delivery) when the order arrived the merchandise had a lot of scratches and the delivery man broke the drawer and the door night stand chest, which I had paid extra for the same reason I did not want to damage anything myself so I went ahead and paid for professional assembler. So then I filed a claim to customer service and they told me the night stand is out of stock there for I would have to wait 3 months for the same night stand, I decided to wait the 3 months. After the 3 months passed I emailed customer service regarding the night stand chest order and all they had to say was that it was still out of stock and I had to wait another 2 months on top of it. I am still waiting on the order to be stocked again till then I will give an update on this outcome."

They sent damaged sofa and right while delivering we rejected after speaking with their customer care who said they will process full refund. They call back again and say we have to pay for shipping and quote fine print should be read (even when they ship damaged goods they will charge you $300, TOTAL SCAM PLACE NEVER PLACE ORDERS ONLINE WITH THEM). I will take them to court and let the them decide what is correct.

This is our third purchase from LA Furniture in two years. Great furniture! Exactly what we expected. Sales person Jeffrey was professional and helpful. Shipping from CA to SC was very quick.

"They are bunch of crooks and thiefs. I think they are doing some kind of ponzy scheme. We bought a set of sofa and they charged our credit cards and promised to deliver within 6-8 weeks. It took them 5 months to call us and tell us they are missing one of the sofas and we refused the delivery since we didn't want half of a sofa set. They didn't refund us and we had to dispute the charges and we found out they charged our credit card twice. We will report them to BBB and LA County Consumer Affair. That will show them. They are dishonest. They just charge the credit cards to pay their past due bills. The whole thing is a fraud. They don't sell furnitures they just steal your money. They are CROOKS. DISSATISFIED 100%. I hope somebody stops them for good so they don't steal people's money. I hope they get arrested for fraud."

We had a great experience with LA Furniture. We first were browsing via on their website but wanted to go in person to see the couch style we liked. We went in and found a floor model in a different color. We decided to visit their other location not too far away to see what they had there. We ended up finding a dining table we really liked as well. Since it was Black Friday they were running a sale. We met with Jeffrey and he helped us and worked with us on getting a great deal if we were to purchase both couch and dining table that day. You definitely can work out a great deal in person, as supposed to online of course! We also lucked out on scheduling next day delivery since they were going to be in our area anyways! We were happy with the delivery, well wrapped and the guys set it up quickly. They were friendly and asked where I needed the couch and the table to be placed at. I like this store because you can find really unique stuff. If you're in the area, I would suggest going to their showrooms first to see it in person before purchasing. I can understand how custom-orders can take a while, luckily we were able to find stuff that were in stock, and that is what made it easy for us. Ask for Jeffrey, he was cool and didn't pressure us into buying.

Absolute scammers. As soon as you order they send you a text mesage instructing you to lie about delivery condition.

"As the time of delivery you mut mark BOX IS DAMAGED. Don't worry your driver won't get in trouble."

Delivery took 8 weeks longer than they said on the site and the table they sent was not even close to as pictured. They have no inventory and just dropship everything so they have zero quality control. Multiple pieces were missing and the instructions were barely half a page of broken english.

When I went to return the product, they didn't respond for over a week as I kept following up they finally responded, didn't understand my request, tried to tell me I bought the wrong product, and then denied my return request. I had no other option but to go to small claims court and simultaneously open a credit card dispute for this large purchase that they won't fix.

BUYERS STAY AWAY from this business!

Don't order from them period! I ordered my custom couch on valentines day 2014 how could I forget. They first told me it would tale 8-10 weeks, then I called on the 8th week (no furniture) they said oh well it will be 8-12 weeks. Then the 12th week came and I called again they said it will be here the end of May. So end of May came. I caaled and asked where is my furniture? They said it is set to deliver June 15th! Really oh nooo!

So now I pissed! I have a big family event every year at my home and ordering so early I knew I would have my furniture. So now guess what family event cancelled because I don't have a couch for others to sit!

So I called to speak with the manager 3 times during last week and left my number he never called me back! From other reviews the manager is a coward and never responds to his customers. I was spending over $2300 for this custom couch and he doesn't have the decency to calle back! Ok I said if he doesn't call me back no problem! I called my bank told them the story to dispute and my money was put back in my account the next day! Thank goodness I barely could afford the couch but it was a treat since I worked hard for that money!

And guess what the manager still never called to even apologize or even see how he could have helped me! Customer service sucks! They are so nice when they take your money. The most disappointing thomg is why did I have to keep calling to check on my furniture. They should be calling me to update me on my damn order!?

IT TOOK 8 MONTHS TO DELIVER THE COUCH AND IT BROKE WITHIN 2 MONTHS!

I ordered a sectional couch last June 2013 when I moved into my new apartment. I waited 3 months for the couch because it was a special order, and when it finally arrived in September, the COLOR WAS WRONG.

I notified LA furniture store about their mistake and they insisted that THE BEIGE COUCH THEY DELIVERED WAS THE SAME GRAY COUCH I ORDERED ONLINE! They REFUSED to replace the it and kept insisting they delivered the correct couch! I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE BBB, CA Consumer Affairs and GET A LAWYER for them to replace the couch!

After waiting another 5 months (a total of 8 months waiting!), they finally delivered the couch in February. After two months of regular use, one of the cushions started to sink in. I had a couch repair guy come for an estimate to get it fixed and he said it would cost up to $500! He told me that the COUCH FOUNDATION BROKE BECAUSE IT IS WEAK, WHICH IS UNUSUAL FOR A SUPPOSEDLY 'HIGH QUALITY' COUCH.

I haven't heard back from LA Furniture and assume I will have to go through more hoops to get this fixed IF they will even repair it for me. LEARN FROM MY HORRIBLE MISTAKE, NEVER ORDER FROM LA FURNITURE STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $3,400 for a couch that will break in 2 months!
