First off, for anyone complaining about items taking too long to come... if you read closely about the company, they make the items "by order" it's not "stocked". With that being said, I waited almost 4 weeks for my ring to come. Let me just say, I'm Stunned at just hor Gorgeous my ring is! The quality of the metal and the stones. Exquisite! Plus my ring came in a beautiful jewelry drawer type packaging. Top drawer had the ring box neatly placed in foam. The bottom box had a little polishing cloth inside and an envelope with care instructions. Perfection indeed. I bought the coffee colored stone ring with like 4 rows of smaller coffee stones set in Rose Gold setting. Extremely pleased! Be patient, this company IS legit and goodness comes by being patient.

Order this item for the second time 5/8 received tracking number 5/18. Started tracking item from usps site said it was received by united global development inc(shipper) as of 5/20 as of today item it still in transit with same shipper in the same place chino, ca today is 5/29. Called USPS was told anyone can make a label doesn't mean they physically have the package. Guess it's a waiting game. Gave them a second chance never again.

I ordered a few rings on 4/1/2020 and I never received an email stating any shipping/processing information. It is now 6/5/2020 and I have yet to receive my rings or an estimated date when I will get them. Singapore never went on quarantine during this time, so I'm not taking the pandemic as an excuse to fraud people. At this point, I reached out to paypal to get my money back! Beware of buying from this company.

Definitely won't be ordering from you again. It took over a month for my ring to arrive and then when I got here it's of an orange-ish gold color it was supposed to be sterling silver 9 to 5 was definitely not worth $134 in fact, I will never even wear it so I should've just flushed my money down the toilet.

Unfortunately it takes too long to get the merchandise. We you pay for 7 to 10 days it should be delivered in that time frame. There was no contact information or did they contact me when I asked them too. Very sad since your jewelry is beautiful.

Very hard to get in touch with wouldn’t respond. You truly need to improve this. If you say your merchandise will be there in 7 to 10 day and you pay for it and you don’t get the merchandise for 20 day that is unacceptable. I love the jewelry. The customer service need to be as good.

My engagement ring was from here too and I wanted something to match the specific oval shape perfectly. Did not disappoint! Arrived quickly even over the Christmas period, which is a miracle tbh. Can't wait to wear it.

Love the ring but it took a long time to receive when website stated 18 in stock. Packaging is luxurious and displays the jewelry well. Lower drawer in box gives product detail (sterling silver) but did not confirm type of stone which was suppose to be white sapphire.

Joy confirmed my order was in them works and would rush it. Was disappointed no estimated delivery date provided. Would also like something in writing confirming stones are white sapphires and not cubic zirconnia.

You gave me the option to expedite by charging $25 for shipping. I did not get my package as indicated, and received it 32 days later. Very disappointed because I contacted customer service and was not offered any resolve to this matter.

I ordered 2 rings knowing that I would be returning one. It took a long time to receive them. Worth the wait. They are beautiful. Haven't sent the other back yet, but hopefully the return will be easy.

I love our rings we received however just after one day I had one small green stone fall out, so now my ring is missing a stone. Then last night one of the small red stones fell out too. I'm glad I caught it while I was doing dishes but I'm concerned I'm eventually going to lose that one as well. I wish the rings were better made especially since these rings were promise rings and hold a very special significant meaning.

This is my third purchase. Originally to replace a real diamond ring that I lost, but this one is so amazing. The quality is outstanding, has great weight and feel to it. I will be purchasing more for sure. Thank you!

I wrote incorrectly that I didn't receive a follow-up email and notification of my product being shipped, but that isn't true (my mistake for another vendor). I did receive emails notifying me and the customer service was good. Please delete my older review and accept this one as correct.

Did not tell me when to expect the item and still haven't received it to this day. No status updates or indication if they charged me or not.

I love the quality and appearance of my ring! I know that everyone is scrambling during this time of production delays but I could have used a few more updates (even auto generated ones) to let me know that everything was on track. I don't mind waiting but I also want to know that things are in progress and not just shelved somewhere. Otherwise, this was a great overall experience!

The ring is even more beautiful than the pictures show. I wasnt sure about buying jewelry online, but after reading many reviews, and found a design like this, I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did.

I enjoy my rings, though it took nearly a month to receive them. Also, I did go by the sizing guidelines and they are just a tad too big. I am hesitant to do anything but risk wearing them because of the slow production and transit time.

Absolutely stunning and incredible. Was nervous it was going to be brighter gold, but it is so soft and beautiful. It goes absolutely beautifully with my engagement ring that has baguettes on the side. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The shopping and ordering process was easy. It took about three weeks for me to get my delivery but it was worth the wait. The ring is beautiful and does not look or feel cheap. It arrived in a beautiful box with instructions on care and a cleaning cloth. I wanted a ring with a WOW factor that I could afford. And this was it! It's not diamonds but nobody can tell! I've already gotten so many compliments on it! Love it!

I've bought a few rings from this site and I'm never disappointed. The jewelry is beautiful, well made and always fits perfectly. So far so good... I hope it's half as pretty in person as in the video on line. Holy damn... it's huge! Like not really big, it's huge! Beautiful don't misunderstand, but wow. I wish I had sized it for my middle finger rather than my ring finger. It would be more proportionate. But all that being said it is super beautiful and sparkly.

These days you have to be leery about stuff you buy on line. Since it took weeks to get it, I was thinking that when it came it may be bad quality. Wow, was I surprised. Beautiful product in a very nice little jewelry type box with two drawers. HOW NICE!

Lots of beautiful jewelry affordable prices and easy navigation...very prompt with replying to emails about any questions or concerns. Everything ordered looks exactly like seen on the site.only problem is i was given the option for 3day delivery and paid $25 for that feature but it took 11 days.
