My real diamond ring went downn the toilet at work & I'm still hurt about it. I didn't want a white cz ring but very close to something that shines well like a real diamond. So when I saw this white sapphire ring, that looks exactly like a replica of my old one, I'm decided I'm gonna try it. I just wish I didn't have to link my bank card in when I want to use a payment plan that works for me. KLarna would be good for someone on budget like me.

I received an email a week ago stating that my order had been delivered. Within the email there was a place to respond if I had not received my order, I clicked on the email and sent 2 emails with no response. I then sent a 3rd email asking to be refunded as I have not received my order still. I received a response stating that I should wait ANOTHER 10-20 days, or something like that. I placed my order at the end of August and it's already after the initial estimated delivery.

The pictures advertised did not look ANYTHING like what I received. The heart pendant looked like a cheap silver back that had a picture pasted on it with clear resin covering it. The circular pendant looked like it was made the same way, and it was obviously off center.

They responded and apologied for the poor workmanship. and offered a measly 20% back. I will never buy from this company again

Amazing work as always. The ring is beautiful and I absolutely love it! It's even more gorgeous in person! The wedding was very short notice and she delivered EARLY!

I absolutely LOVE this ring! I bought this to wear when I didn't want to take a chance ruining my real diamonds when doing certain things like, boating, going to amusement parks, or gardening, but still wanted to wear a beautiful ring that wouldn't matter as much if something happened because it wasn't $6k. I have to say this ring is stunning! I looked on a top jewelers site and saw the exact ring but with real diamonds and it was going for $8k! Very happy with my purchase under $100! I even went back on here and purchased one for my husband and then also purchased two bands to surround this ring! The Men's ring is gorgeous! I cannot wait to get the bands!

I order FIVE of the same ring so that my mothere and my daughters and I all had the same ring to match. It was a gorgeous looking rose wedding set. When I got the rings they did not look like the beautiful ring in the picture. I am so dissatisfied with this order as it is for Christmas. I have waited a year to buy them and now I wish I hadn't

They did reach out to me in a timely manner

Lajerrio is an amazing great quality product. I haven't had no problem with it. It takes a couple of weeks but is worth weating for it love it. Keep it up Lajerrio on your beautiful ring's and quality.

I went on the website to order an anniversary present for my wife. I needed it in 5 days thinking with the expedited shipping, I would receive it on time. Unfortunately the website is very misleading. It makes it sound like you can get the product quickly but you don't. It's now been 26 days and I still have not received my "expedited shipping (3 days)" order for which I paid almost as much for delivery as I did for the necklace. I took screen shots of the promised date, the delivery time and now the website has been changed that and are different from what they promised.

I will admit there is a tiny link that lets you know when you should receive the product but they don't make it obvious as you go to the checkout. I don't understand why they don't just mention it while you're checking out. Very deceptive.
Their customer service is not good at all. Can't call and talk to anyone and emails are not clear when responding. A lot of runaround. Their email said 9-12 days to receive the product. Again 26 days later- nothing.

A day after receiving it, a stone fell out but they were super speedy with responding and was able to fix my ring in a timely manner. I'm thrilled with the turnout!

This ring is more beautiful than words can describe. It is so unique. The craftsmanship, alone, is amazing. Moreover, CS always quick to respond to my questions and flexible with our order!

Ordered my items on the 25 of March. It is now the 3rd of May and still have not received my order. Also paid for express shipping and again, still have not received my order. After 3 weeks I was told part of my order was out of stock so I changed to another item. Two weeks later I'm informed that that item is now out of order as well. All in all COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the services received.

They started out helpful the communication about product inventory and the speed of the order was handled poorly.

Do NOT order if you want the product quickly. Item took 2 1/2 MONTHS to receive! Advertised delivery was only 21 days. No way to contact anyone there other than by email.

I received my ring after getting the run around that their system was down and my shipping email never went out.

It finally arrived FROM CHINA and 2 STONES ARE MISSING! I emailed them.and they said I have to pay to ship it across the world (I'm sure they wouldn't acknowledge they received it) or, get this. They would send me stones and I can pay to have them put in the ring. Hahhahah. WHAT!?!?!

So I have a junk ring. Lesson learned.

The shipping was longer than expected. I placed my order August 15th. I didn't receive it until September 3rd. I also paid for expedited 3 day shipping that was almost 30$. I will say, I was happy with my order once it was received.

Communication was good

It's everything I hopeGood item, but was big for my tiny fingers. Seller was responsive to my return request and it was a smooth transactiond it would be and more! I love it! Runs small but beautiful！

Where do I start? I order my ring, express shipping, next thing you know nearly 2 weeks go buy, I reach out and get told that my order is stuck in processing. I ask for a refund, no communication back. No refund. I dispute it with cash app since I used my cash app card to order. Next thing you know I'm trying to use my cash app card and it's constantly getting denied. I call cash app, I was told that they said I filed a false dispute and that cash app shut down my card. (Keep in mind I am a single mom, I had no cash on me and was stuck 60 minutes away from home with no cash, low fuel, etc) my friend had to drive from an hour away to bring me gas money so I didn't run out of gas. I've never had this problem before and had money, but it was embarrassing to have to call for help because of them lying. Fast forward to now, when going to their website it says the server is down. I try and email again. I respond to the email they once sent me before (because it would obviously be a valid email, and I've talked to them before on it) they never responded. Finally I try and reach out again today, it says the email is non-deliverable. I still have not got my refund or the ring. Save your money.

Good response to questions and confidence inspiring. Will order from this company again for sure. I sure do love the ring. Rings are my favorite. Definitely not disappointed.

Easy to order. I wanted to try a costume jewelry place that had nicer things than what I'm getting out of China. This place delivered! The pieces are lovely and look great.

Had a small issue and they went above and beyond what I expected sending me another ring like I purchased to satisfy us. Thank you Lajerrio for your excellent customer service

The pieces I've ordered from this company are beautiful. Some of them I've had for a few years and they've held up well, even though I'm not super careful with them.

I've ordered a few pieces of jewelry from this site and they are always much more beautiful in person than the pictures. You do have to wait a little while for shipping but it's worth the wait.

Easy to order and ring looks great! From start too finish they updated me on the status of the order. Might have taken longer than I thought but she was thrilled when it arrived at the house.

Very pleased with ring; however shipping was extremely slow. Purchased expedited shipping and even after item was shipped, it took log than 3 days, so speedy delivery never happened.

Pleasant reply and timely and assure me of expedited shipping once product was complete processing, but speedy delivery was charged but never happened.
