Because the stone is so large, it looks very cheap up close. The video is misleading (must have a lot of lights shining on the ring), but the price of the product is very reasonable.

Overall, no complaints and my fiancé LOVES it! I just wish it looked higher quality. In photos & videos it looks very nice too.

Comment: I Love the purchase however my ring is uneven on both sides one side is higher than the other side. & The center piece of the ring was set slightly crooked. & Not centered. Other than that it is a beautiful ring. Because it takes so long in delivery [a month] retuning it & going through the process of preparing, processing & reshipping again will take several months.Im not preparing to wait for it to return back to me that long. So yes I will be keeping the ring. Its really a beautiful ring. My girlfriend picked out a ring she wanted and I chose express 3 day shipping. Two weeks later I had to send an email to find out where is my ring. It took two days for a response and another week to receive the ring.

Very nice ring, nice free gift box, nice having a free cleaning cloth delivered with product...just thought the ring would be a little more shiny...I will see if I can shine it up myself for giving as a gift. But, all in all, very nice.

I had my late brothers name put onto a necklace for my mom and it turned out PERFECTLY! My mom cried, she loved it so much! It got here super quick after it was shipped out. And the customer service is top tier!

I haven't RECIEVED my ring in time for my ceremony... They lie about delivery and Holiday's that arent real that effects orders. There's generated messages by Joy no real person... So Sad will never order again

I love a ring that i got from you however i have had to purchase the same ring 4 times in all 3 prior ring a stone has fallen out in the exact same place. I am trying hard to baby this last one I bought.

Beautiful rings. My only disappointment is that one of them is pretty tight even though it is the same size as the others. It may be because it covers more of the finger than the other two. They are all 3 pretty.

There was nothing on the site that told me it would take almost a month to receive my order. I paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping but would not have if I had been told it would take almost a month for the order to be processed

I attempted to get information on my missing order and got a tracking number but it doesn’t help when it hasn’t been shipped.

My first order I placed after about 3 weeks I was emailed that the ring was out of stock. My second order I paid for faster shipping, and it still took 19 days to get! I do have to say the ring was beautiful.

The rings were perfect but, the extra I paid for a engraved date on the inside of the rings is not even the size of the end of a sharpened pencil. It was tiny. Wish they would've told me how big it would've been. You have to look hard to see what I had y'all engrave

Good quality jewellery at a great price. I love the 5 piece set. I was looking at stackable rings at a jewellery store and they were hundreds of dollars each and not nearly as nice. I would recommend. Delivery took a while, but considering they paid shipping I really can't complain.

I ordered a ring set and paid approximately $140. It took so long to receive it, that I requested to send it back and get a refund. Lajerrio's response was very slow and did not address my issue. I asked for return/refund procedures. I purchased the ring set for a particular event, but it did not come in time. I purchased a replacement from another company. I just want to return it and be reimbursed. Still no response from Lajerrio.

Hassle free loved it. But I received it with a stone missing. Sadly. How do I return it or exchange it? I sent a message with no response yet. Having to wait for or contact via email is the only hassle.

The necklaces I choose the chains were the wrong time. And I ordered a bracelet that I customized and they waited 2 weeks to tell me that they don't have it in stock and that was a day before the rest of my stuff was getting ready to ship.

I asked them what was taking so long and they lied about fast shipping when I paid 25 for 3 days shipping and I got it 3 weeks later. And they waited to tell me right before shipping that they didn't have one of the items.

The main stone is slightly smaller than what I was expecting but I love it! I recently lost 90lbs went from a 10 to 7.5 ring size and this ring is everything I was looking for! Will be ordering a few bands in the future and other items.

I reordered my ring because I lost my other one. This ring didn't look like the first one my husband ordered and I have had it for a week or so and there is already diamonds missing. I hate that I lost my first one. I fell in love with that ring. This one is definitely not the same.

I ordered a ring and was not what I was expecting it's not silver, looks super fake. I advised them that I was not satisfied with my order and wanted to return the item with a full refund I received 1 email from them this was 2 days ago. I also sent them pictures that they wanted and resent it again yesterday and today again and with no response once again. I am currently waiting still to hear back from them to get a return label. This is a fraud and I paid a lot of money for a fake non realistic looking ring. Very unsatisfied.
