First off, for anyone complaining about items taking too long to come... if you read closely about the company, they make the items "by order" it's not "stocked". With that being said, I waited almost 4 weeks for my ring to come. Let me just say, I'm Stunned at just hor Gorgeous my ring is! The quality of the metal and the stones. Exquisite! Plus my ring came in a beautiful jewelry drawer type packaging. Top drawer had the ring box neatly placed in foam. The bottom box had a little polishing cloth inside and an envelope with care instructions. Perfection indeed. I bought the coffee colored stone ring with like 4 rows of smaller coffee stones set in Rose Gold setting. Extremely pleased! Be patient, this company IS legit and goodness comes by being patient.
I recently bought a ring and the stone immediately fell out. I've been trying to reach out and now I can't even get on the website, it says error. Really unprofessional.
My fiancé wanted to propose to me in Paris but our travel plans was canceled due to a death in my family. He was trying to give me the ring on Christmas Eve but it had not shipped. I guess the ring came faster than he thought because he proposed to me on New Year's Eve. Caught me completely off guard. The ring was absolutely gorgeous. I did not expect it to be so "BIG"! The ring is so feminine, my hands are big and so it has always been hard to find a ring that would compliment my finger and hand. This ring did that and more It! It is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever had. He made an awesome choice. Thank you so so very much! They did the best they could to get me the ring in time for Christmas Eve. Although it didn't come on the day I really wanted it, it came was before the Estimated delivery date. And that made me so happy and proud and it allowed me to make my fiancé day and year. Thanks again

It was a simple process to find specifically gold metal jewelery and a nice setting type. Adding to the cart was about three steps. Pick size (whether or not you want to engrave and add to cart. When it was time to check out. There were multiple quick and easy ways. It took about 7 days from checkout to arrival. I didn't expect the center stone to be as large as it was. It was quite gaudy because I mistook the center stone size for ring millimeter (I did the paper ring method for measuring.) When I got it and tried it on for a couple days I realized it was my reason for disliking it and I couldn't return or exchange it simply because I had cut the tag off. It was really disappointing. The ring was otherwise just as I'd bought it.

DO NOT order this is a fraud company!!!!! I never received the purchase and all I got was "sorry" had to report it as fraud. All ok phone numbers are invalid!
Ring came and everything was great minus the amount of time it took to ship the order and have it delivered almost a full month had passed before my product arrived!

I ordered a ring that's entirely too big. They return policy it's almost impossible. I love your jewelry and have ordered from you before, but I will never order again.
You answered back in a timely manner, but your return policy is ridiculous.
Because your jewelry is beautiful, but your return policy is the worst.
It took a while to come in and I bc had yo send out 2-3 emails before hearing back from the company. I also hate not having a phone number to call and check the status of my order.

I'll admit I was skeptical at first but I reserved judgment until I received my selection. It is beautiful! Everything was as described and it even arrived in a nice keepsake box fir storage.
The items were reasonably priced and the reviews were good.
I would give them 0 stars if I could... I order me and my husband some rings off so we could have a new set but he surprised me with some so I emailed them trying to send the rings back they emailed back asking me questions and I answered them all then I was asked to send pictures remind you I NEVERRRR put the rings on and I really liked the one I picked out for myself so I told them I was ok with keeping that one but would like to send the other 2 back. After I send the pictures I waiting 3 days for a response no one replied back to me I went to email them again they blocked me... I have never felt so low because how can they just treat me like that!

Decided to purchase a birthday present for my wife.
Should would continue to show me the ring I purchased.
Now I wanted to give it to her March 16,2029 but due to the Covid-19 the order was delayed.
We on today March 31,2020 the ring arrived and she is just elated.

It was good. But the shipping took to long. I paid for three day shipping and it didn't get here until two weeks later. But they did give me a refund which was nice.
