It was very easy, simple, and to the point. The step by step prompt was very helpful. This transaction didn't leave me questioning if I made the right decision. As soon as it was done, they wasted no time reaching out with a warm congratulations greeting and information informing me on my next steps.
This place charged me 307.49 for a contract I didn't agree to that I never signed. Then charged me 200$ to cancel a contract I never signed. They call me at all hours to collect money I never agreed to pay the piece of they they tried to sell me was land locked. And frankly overpriced. They are dishonest. They will charge you money for absolutely no reason what so ever. They are shady. Do not make the mistake of ever even considering working with them. Any positive reviews here are most likely false. Or by employees trust me. They are terrible people

Tip for consumers:
Do not EVER EVER use this company do not even consider it they will charge you for nothing or sell you land you can't even access. They are horrible people. You do not want to do business with them. Trust me I lost over 500$ because they are terrible.

Although I just today financed land from Land Central, my honest opinion is that they are legit. Angela is smart, intuitive, knowledgeable. She was courteous and nice to talk to. I am impressed with the other staff also. I didn't experience any pressure sales tactics which are a turn off. They answer your questions and don't blow you off. If you want a good deal and good people to finance through... these guys are it!

Fast, easy, no hassle purchase. The land I purchased through Land Central was as advertised. I went and checked out my new property and it's a perfect fit for my future needs. Totally awesome.
Because they have land in WA
I have purchased two properties through land central, both are a little over one acre each. If you do not receive a recorded deed from said county where property was purchased, then you have a problem. If you purchase a property and someone shows up at the exact same time to view the property... that is suspect in and of itself. I have referred this company to several coworkers and friends and will continue to do so.
What a scam boyfriend put a down payment on a so called property we went and viewed the dump in Pasco County. Which is full of garbage and poison ivy my boyfriend tried contacting landcentral.com to get his money back since Pasco says the property is not cleared. They will not return his money or phone calls. They need to view the crap before they sucker another person
Hi Kim, please allow me to respond to your review of our company. I am sorry you and your boyfriend had a negative experience with your land purchase! We strive to match our customers with a property that meets and exceeds all of their expectations, and in your case, it sounds like we fell short of that goal. We are located in Vancouver, Washington and have hundreds of properties all across the US, which makes it too difficult to go and view each parcel in person. We encourage our customers to do as much research as possible before making a purchase, including (if possible) visiting the land in person before buying. We provide maps, latitude and longitude coordinates, Google Earth satellite views and driving directions to each of our properties so they can be viewed before and after purchase. We do hire outside vendors to clear our properties when notified by the county that it is necessary to do so.
I bought a piece of land from them 6 years ago and was happy with there service. I got just what I paid for. I recently purchased another property from them and once again there service was quick and thorough. Buyer beware is all that I have to say. Always check out the property before you buy. There terms are simple and prices comparable. I love this company and will continue to use them.
I was so excited to purchase my first property through this company it was amazing working with karie she helped me answering questions on the property. For me wonderful process was easy to finance I would be purchasing more properties you won't be disappointed try them great company easy to navigate online purchases very safe

I have been involved with Land Central for a few years, in an effort to purchase land as an investment and for a retirement retreat. Angela has always treated me fairly and with warm and professional service and care. She has always answered my questions and or found the answer for me. If you are looking for a land company that truly cares about their clients, Land Central is the right company for you. I can't sing her praises enough. I have nothing but fabulous things to say. Not only was the purchase initially that quick and easy, but when I was injured in a car accident an lost income, they worked with me to make my payments, and a few days ago, I paid off my land. Also I purchased a second piece and was able to quick turn that into something else as I was not satisfied... They will work with you. It's land, and who doesn't want land? I can only say if you are looking for land to invest or for personal reasons go to Land Central; get it from them first... I've seen a lot of companies that try to sell land and foreclosed homes as well as commercial land deals... Don't trust them. You can only trust one out there! My next land purchase is going to be? You guessed it! Land Central of course. :) And your's should too!

Super fast, bought my land and 2 weeks later, my portfolio was sent over. Only thing I am scared about is I don't have a title yet after 2 months. I just contacted them, and are waiting to hear back.
UPDATE:
I had meant to update this a while back, but kept forgetting. I received my deed in April after my last payment in March. I followed up in April with the County and my name is in their records as well. All in all, an awesome experience.

They have several lots at Rimrock Meadows in eastern Washington. We are an HOA and have annual dues. Land Central is often slow in paying those dues. There could be liens on those lots. Also, when they sell on contract they do not record with the county giving you little legal protection. We do not give membership rights to anyone on an unrecorded contract. For what it is worth, they function under MANY different business names.
Hi Kevin. In order to keep land affordable for everyone, we choose not to record our contracts with the county. Every property in Rimrock Meadows that is for sale on our website explicitly states that until the purchaser is a deeded owner, they are not allowed to use the Rimrock HOA Facilities. Our contract terms state that we guarantee a free and clear title on every property we sell. We wouldn’t be here still selling land after 20 years if that were not the case. The multiple LLC’s are simply for asset protection, a practice used by virtually every real estate investor with a large portfolio.

I have been looking at the site and have visited a few properties here in WA state for the last year, and have been very disappointed. The properties all have something wrong with them. They are essentially junk parcels. Either the land was undesirable (no power, water, sewer, in the middle of nowhere), or was in a decent area but the land was so steep, or declared a wetland. Be very careful and research the land on the county's auditor/assessor/treasurer's website. It will tell you if the land is residential, wetland, has access to utilities, how much it has been worth over the last decade, and even characteristics of the land (steep, sloped, cliff, etc). Buyer beware!

When you purchase any property on our website and pay the down payment you electronically sign the contract when agreeing to the terms and conditions. Then, after that point you disputed the charge with your bank. We provided all of the information to your bank and they agreed with us, and you lost the chargeback. When agreeing to the terms and conditions prior to the purchase you agree that you have done your diligence prior to the purchase. We provide as much property information up front as possible (parcel numbers, legal descriptions, and maps) in order for our customers to research the properties prior to purchase. Yes, we did tell you that there is a $200 cancellation fee (which is also part of the contract signed), however it was NOT charged. Your lack of due diligence and buyers remorse is no reason to personally attack any of our staff by calling us dishonest, shady or terrible. We would not have stayed in business for 26 years if these statements were true. In the future, prior to purchasing anything, I would recommend doing your research prior to making a payment.
