Pretty quick process and convenient so far feels to good to be true
I've never felt more let down. It is very upsetting to know that the property sold was that of parcel that was bought for mere pennies. The price of unpaid tax. You see I've discovered that nearly all land adjacent to this property I could purchase myself from the county for unpaid tax. No where near the 9,000 you expect to recieve. I'll send you pics of the trash and broken glass that cover this property. So everyone can see what I paid for.

Ok, Would be great to get the welcome packet or notification regarding the welcome packet with the receipt and not two days later.
Hi Ernest, we manually create our welcome packets to be sent out, which would make it impossible to be sent with the email receipt of purchase. We actually state in the email that you should receive the welcome packet within 7 business days, so the fact you received the welcome packet within 2 days is fantastic! Hope this helps.
