Everything was good until we reached the office it's like they are forcing you to buy the property not even giving you time to think or even as your lawyer or even give you time to take it in as an African person when someone shows any signs of forcing you to pay money at that time most of us will start thinking what your intentions are I was ready to do it until one of the man that is shouting at my wife, as if forcing her to make a decision at that time it was not good at all. It was one of the experiences that I didn't expect after that Trip is someone trying to force us to pay for something even not even giving us time to think about it.

We paid for the Dubai Lifestyle membership on 2/16/25 and attempted to book our travel for the same time period in 2026. We asked for an extension until 2/28/26 and was denied. They had absolutely no flexibility. We were also disappointed that once you attempted to activate the voucher, you could only do it 90 days in advance. One needs to book air travel way in advance. Thus, the 90 day policy makes it very difficult to make confirmations.
