We were first approached by a First group agent in Dubai Mall, who told, we will get a small tour lasting for an hour in there new Ceil Hotel and how we can invest in there properties.
Later on when we reached the office next day the narrative changed completely, and they told it will take 3 hours and was taken under pressure that we should invest on the same day. It was our vacation especially our Anniversary, but they wasted so much of our energy and time that it ruined our whole day.
It was an awesome experience looking at concept which then gets reflected in reality within a couple of minutes.
The experience was good though it took a lot of time but i wax shown all active properties and upcoming ones, the explanations were clear.

I transited through Dubai with a colleague last August and although we were hesitant, we purchased the package together with the hope that I will visit Dubai with my family during the year. However, due to busy work schedules I was not granted leave during the year. I managed to secure a 2 week leave during December and tried activating the package and was informed that it had expired. I spoke to some customer service reps and was given an email to send my request to. I explained my situation in the mail and was even willing to purchase another package in addition for other family members. However, my request was refused. I have also spoken to the person we purchased the package from and he says he will follow up on it. A purchase of $1499 goes down the drain because I couldn't secure leave at work. The lack of flexibility attached to the package means that one has to be very sure that they can take a trip during the period else the package is forfeited. For a business that is based on recommendation and customer satisfaction, my experience has been very disappointing as to how the situation has been handled.

I had to transfer my membership to my daughter for her to use it. They responded in a timely fashion and took care of it. Now the membership is in my daughter's name. So there is no problem when she is ready to use it.

Lovely room, nice views towards the Khalifa and canal nicely lit up at night makes for a lovely walk along the promenade at night. Only downside is the distance to closest metro station which led to lots of taxis and overall spend was a lot on these during the week. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty and filling. All staff were nice and friendly and hotel was modern and clean.

The representation took too long than they time they said at the beginning. Very friendly at the start of the program but at the end when you don't take their offer, they show you attitude and become very rude. Waist of time spending all day with them that made me to miss my other events i booked on that day. I would say unprofessional and lied about time for presentation.
Read the fine print – disappointing experience. We spent the whole day with The First Group and received a voucher for a two-night hotel stay. We saved it for our birthday in autumn, as the voucher clearly stated it was valid until 30th September. When I tried to book on the 18th, a message appeared saying it had to be booked at least two weeks in advance. This effectively made the voucher valid only until 16th September — something that was never stated upfront. When I asked for help, no one cared. Very poor experience. I do not recommend. I was invited to this country by the Royal Family to work on foreign direct investment, and many companies come to Dubai through me. None of them will hear positive feedback unless this issue is resolved for us.

This is the biggest time wasters in Dubai. Someone random said that you are lucky to get a 100 AED food voucher and all you have to do is to go to a place and give feedback. But in the end, we were wasting time with a sales person to invest in an apartment or something like that.
When I started the process to book the vacation week, I found my email address is *******@yahoo.com and my date of birth is not correct also. I managed to adjust my date of birth, but I couldn't update my email which does not exist at all. My current email is *******@azhar.edu.eg and all my communication with this email.
Also, I tried to book the week early during the first week of August 2025, but no way.
