The experience was good though it took a lot of time but i wax shown all active properties and upcoming ones, the explanations were clear.
We did not have the opportunity to conduct our own due diligence. Although we have reached out to pursue the investment, representatives have disappointingly failed to contact us.

The first encounter, during the visit, turned up to be about potential investment in UAE.
Then a visit to a hotel at Palm Island were were shown the beach and a double bedroom suite.
We were then introduced to a "manager" who offered us a $*******. 00 5 day per annum time share with a requirement for an up front $7000. 00 down payment, reduced to $2500. 0, with the balace payable over 2 years.
I found it odd to be expected to pay the up front down payment, which was said to be a special offer valid for that day or so, considering that the holiday package had neverbeen on my plans.
I would recommend that the sales people, who invite potential clients, fully explain what the invitation is for. That is: 1) potential investment opportunities & 2)holiday time share membership

I transited through Dubai with a colleague last August and although we were hesitant, we purchased the package together with the hope that I will visit Dubai with my family during the year. However, due to busy work schedules I was not granted leave during the year. I managed to secure a 2 week leave during December and tried activating the package and was informed that it had expired. I spoke to some customer service reps and was given an email to send my request to. I explained my situation in the mail and was even willing to purchase another package in addition for other family members. However, my request was refused. I have also spoken to the person we purchased the package from and he says he will follow up on it. A purchase of $1499 goes down the drain because I couldn't secure leave at work. The lack of flexibility attached to the package means that one has to be very sure that they can take a trip during the period else the package is forfeited. For a business that is based on recommendation and customer satisfaction, my experience has been very disappointing as to how the situation has been handled.

I had to transfer my membership to my daughter for her to use it. They responded in a timely fashion and took care of it. Now the membership is in my daughter's name. So there is no problem when she is ready to use it.

So I was at first collection marina bought vacation package from their agents and now when I asked to use the tickets they said that they don't have availability in the resort they promised, another one said their Wyndham is not in the holiday package I need to pay more. When I asked to get what I already paid for they ignore my message and calls. I'm coming to Dubai soon to sort this issue.

Since I have booked a VIP package this time, the cost of which is far more than what I paid last year when I bought two packages under the Platinum DLE scheme, I thought I'd get better rooms and choice of hotels.

Lovely room, nice views towards the Khalifa and canal nicely lit up at night makes for a lovely walk along the promenade at night. Only downside is the distance to closest metro station which led to lots of taxis and overall spend was a lot on these during the week. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty and filling. All staff were nice and friendly and hotel was modern and clean.

I got sold the hotel package which was a good price, but it expires in one year as I was told. I asked if I can change the dates if for some reason I couldn't use the deal in the designated time frame. I was told yes you can apply for an extension.
When I applied for an extension they told me that it's not in there terms and conditions. And I lost all of my money.
What a con.
Never will I use them again.
