We stayed for 10 nights at " The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle" at Dubai. We had the most amazing, memorable and relaxing time at this hotel. We would like to start complementing Mr Prabhat Thapa, The Manager who looked after us so well. His competency running the day to day hotel management came to him naturally that has put the guests at their comfort level. We would also like to thank the day to day all the house keeping staffs Mr. Chathuranga and Binod. There were varieties of breakfast options. All the staffs in the breakfast room and the front desk were very helpful and went beyond their duties. The shuttle bus to various malls every day is additional caring attitude of the hotel. This hotel really walks the talk.

My experience with First Group representatives was a positive and welcoming experience.
They made us feel at ease and provided a professional tour around their apartment complex.
The presentation was good but I feel it didn't give sufficient time ( i. E. 24 hours) to make a long term investment decision as you were expected to decide there and then on the spot.

The representation took too long than they time they said at the beginning. Very friendly at the start of the program but at the end when you don't take their offer, they show you attitude and become very rude. Waist of time spending all day with them that made me to miss my other events i booked on that day. I would say unprofessional and lied about time for presentation.

Read the fine print – disappointing experience. We spent the whole day with The First Group and received a voucher for a two-night hotel stay. We saved it for our birthday in autumn, as the voucher clearly stated it was valid until 30th September. When I tried to book on the 18th, a message appeared saying it had to be booked at least two weeks in advance. This effectively made the voucher valid only until 16th September — something that was never stated upfront. When I asked for help, no one cared. Very poor experience. I do not recommend. I was invited to this country by the Royal Family to work on foreign direct investment, and many companies come to Dubai through me. None of them will hear positive feedback unless this issue is resolved for us.

We did not have a very good experience as we were told that TFG is not selling anything to us but just wanted to show us a new tallest hotel that was near completion and we could experience that at our next visit to Dubai. This, however turned out to be a sales trip that cost us 5 hours of our valuable holiday time which became very pressured towards the end. TFG should be very clear to people about their intentions at the start

كان التعامل سريع و متعاونين و مبهج جدا
بعد الدفع اختلف الكلام و بطء بالرد و لم ألقا الذوق المطلوب خصوصا من موظفة لن اذكر اسمها الا عند التواصل معي، لم يكن واضح بالبداية انه سيتم اختيار اكثر من فندق و سيتم الاختيار على حسب الإمكانية،بل قالو لي انه بإمكانك اختيار الفندق من سلسلة فنادق

Pressure to act though 10 day cooling off period. Somewhat disingenuous with offers, need clarity and written confirmation at time of offer. Difficult to distinguish between truth and lie.
Disappointed to be still waiting on dates we can travel it says we have to wait up to 30 days we need to book flights.
