It was systematic, all consultants I met were polite, experienced and to the point. They gave the plan tailored to the need. Especially MR ADIL who was with me, a thorough gentleman who spent lot of time and energy in explaining the business deal.

First of all I would like to thank First Group for giving us chance to visit the industry and to know the plan and project of their business. It would be a very high fi project and I would recommend everyone who is interested to invest as I think it would be very profitable and interesting one. I still regret for not having accepted the offer for eight days stay in a seven star hotel offered by the group but surely I will make it for next time if I got the opportunity. I wish good luck and good continuity.

I bought the holiday package last year February 2025 and I thought it has expired but your team was kind enough to walk me through the process

I documented my WHOLE experience with The First Group on my YouTube page. I did my best to educate others on the experience. As an Ambassador for 2 years, I BELIEVE in The Company and The Product. I just wish "The company" representatives (plural)that I was working with were motivated and inspired by "The Vision" rather than "GREED.!"

I enjoyed The DLE Experience and being an Ambassador and would do it again under the "right" circumstances but…

That was a prolific experrience with great customer care, all informatin was supplied on request. You cant have a second thought in investing under FG

I thought I liked the way I was approached by the your contact person at the airport. His name is Mohamed Abdelmotelb. He instilled trust in me and they made me to attend the event on Friday 26th December 2025. On top of that, the consultant (Linah Hasan) that was assigned to me did a very good job explaining the benefits of the vacation experience, etc. Her manager was also very nice, friendly and kind. In all I had a fantastic experience.

I have been one of your customers for several years, and this year I have not received enough attention.

I walked into First group offices not knowing what to expect but to my ultimate surprise, I found a group of friendly consultants who immediately put me at ease. I felt everybody from my consultant Mr. Tyler Humphreys and his immediate boss Mr. Mohammed made sure I understood every aspect of their business module. The personal tour right from the offices to the construction site was a truly delightful unforgettable experience.

My experience with The First Group started with positive expectations; however, the overall experience has not met those expectations so far.

There is a key matter that remains unresolved, accompanied by a lack of sufficient clarity and delays in communication. This has had a direct impact on my level of trust and overall satisfaction. With better transparency and more timely handling of pending requests, this situation could have been avoided.

I hope these comments are taken seriously and that a fair, clear resolution will be reached, reflecting the company's commitment to professionalism and improving the customer experience.

Everything went well. From my driver at the hotel who was on time to the stop at the office where people were friendly and where i met the agent representative.

To summarize my overall experience with TFG I say that it was excellent.
Although I could not experience all the benefits of the package, but even so it was a great experience.

Remarkable. I'll definitely invest with the first group in no distance future that's why I book vacation for my wife and I before June 2026. I will also recommend the first group to friends and colleagues.
