We were invited for a tour to the palm island with investment opportunities, and we're treated very well initially. A car picked us up from our hotel and took us to the offices, where we were handed over to a man called Mohammed, he was polite and ran us through some investment opportunities which did seem appealing and we were genuinely considering them.
However when his manager came in to secure the deal, we asked if we could have overnight to think about it, things went badly wrong.
The behaviour became aggressive and intimidating, finger pointing and raised voices. They were expecting us to transfer over £30,000 after knowing them less than 2 hours.?
Then went on to say if we leave it till the next day, the price will be £89,000?
When we declined as we felt hugely pressured by now, they both stormed out and left us in a room in the middle of nowhere to find our own way back to our hotel.
We gave up an afternoon/evening of our holiday, not to be treated like this.
Whether what they were offering was genuine or not is not clear, however this sort of behaviour does not belong in the boardroom.
If these people are representing The First Group, they have ruined any reputation that they tried to build up.

The sales representative Siwar and her manager were excellent to work with. They provided great clarity to my questions and spent delicate time convincing me that it was a great package to purchase. I can't wait to experience the First Group properties due to there warming customer service.

After the visit and presentation, I received a message in my email telling me that I have been rewarded with ENTERTAINER REWARDS.
In this backdrop, I claimed discount at an authorised restaurant but it was declined and resulted in an all out public embarrassment.
Very professional setting with kind staff and an engaging experience throughout. This opened the door to future investments, will be looking forward to coming back soon.

Manager Ibrahim was just after my money. Was desperately pushing to get money and didn't like fact when I told him not enough time to make a decision he threw a tantrum and walked out like a spoilt teenager! Arrogant rude behaviour

I was told that the Ciel would be an option on the day I purchased July 2025. It's still not an option March 2026.
It was a great experience touring the property and viewing all the components with an absolutely wonderful guide.

First of all I would like to thank First Group for giving us chance to visit the industry and to know the plan and project of their business. It would be a very high fi project and I would recommend everyone who is interested to invest as I think it would be very profitable and interesting one. I still regret for not having accepted the offer for eight days stay in a seven star hotel offered by the group but surely I will make it for next time if I got the opportunity. I wish good luck and good continuity.

The cut off dates of the 18th of March does not allow to book at the end of March which is what we were after as per 2025 booking
