Our daughter's 4 month old SONY laptop was inadvertently dropped on the college dorm room floor and the screen broke. My husband contacted SONY about the repair - they quoted about $400 and suggested purchasing a new computer (surprise). She took it to the college IT repair facility. They sent an email with links for two new screen options. We chose one (crossing our fingers that this would work) and it arrived with 2 days. The IT genius replaced the screen (for no fee as they try to repair student's computers for free) and the computer works great! So for the nominal fee of the screen plus shipping (less than $80) the new laptop has been restored. Awesome service. Would recommend them or use them again.
Everything about this company screams customer satisfaction. A great search system to find exactly what you're looking for, videos to show you how to replace the screen, cost, and their speed of shipping. I ordered on a Friday and my screen was sitting on my porch the following Monday without selecting an expedited options. This is the second screen from this company I've dealt with and both times the screen arrived quickly and I could easily go online and watch a video of how to replace it. I am so confused as to why there are several bad reviews for laptopscreen.com! I dropped and cracked the screen to my Asus and did not want to pay for a whole new computer, so I checked out some YouTube videos on how to install screens and decided to just replace the screen. I Googled replacement laptop screens, and this was the #1 site that kept coming up. Yes, their website is a little scary, so I was not too sure at first about ordering from them. However, their screens did have the lowest prices, and it would cost me almost $100 more to have other companies install the screen. I ordered the screen and opted for 2-day FedEx shipping... all for under $100! I replaced the screen myself no problem, and it works great. I am very happy with this company; I believe I will come back to them if I ever need another replacement laptop screen.

Laptop replacement screen arrived promptly and in good condition. Installed on laptop without a problem. However, when screen came on, there was a stubborn bright blue pixel right in the middle. Very irritating. How can I get rid of this?

I was so upset when I cracked the screen on my laptop that I felt like I was going to have to buy a whole new computer. I am a 40 year IT professional with 30 years break/fix. A friend brought me an ACER laptop with a bad LCD Panel. I went to laptopscreen.com, found an exact replacement, ordered the part. The part arrived on time and in perfect condition, 1/2 hour later the laptop was good as new. Great service, excellent replacement parts, I will use them again on the next machine I work on.

Just received the screen and replaced it. The only con is that the screen has a light yellowish tint flicker every once in a while. It's my son's laptop so I'll wait to see if that's always been the case.

Wow I can't say enough about this site. I had a new laptop but broke the screen so was not covered under warranty. I asked many companies & was quoted $150-$450! Icould not believe this so I researched & lucky enough to come across this site. Easy to find online part & shipped within 2 days. I replaced it myself via the awesome tutorial on this site but honestly it was easy. Not sure how long this screen will last but it's been great thus far. Would highly recommend.
