Great site, simple to use and customer support was easy to get a hold of and thoroughly and courteously answered my questions. Wish I would have known about this site when I was looking for other computer screens. Wrote this review on the screen they sent me, zero problems, works great. Also, was shipped to my house very quickly.

We ordered a replacement screen for our daughters laptop, which was cracked during her move home from college for the summer.

The replacement was the perfect fit. Installation was easy to figure out and my husband and I did it ourselves with very little trouble.

Fast and great
March 11, 2016

Fast shipping. Technician says is a great screen as worked perfectly at first. The only bad my mac had a bump on a side and the crystal got damaged while replacing the lcd... so now I will have to wait for crystal replacement. So be careful to check that and order everything you need. But so far is great.

I was a little concerned after the billing came out of Europe since I had never purchased through Laptopscreen.com. They were helpful and because the price was so good, I figured it was worth the try. The new screen was here in a few days, I installed the screen within 15 minutes and it works like a charm. This is how internet purchases are supposed to work.

I hope we have years of good luck with this screen... if we break it again, I'll contact laptopscreen.com again.

This place is is as good as it get's. They sent the screen fast. My customer was happy to get his notebook back faster than normal and he saved money because i saved money.The prices are fair the screen is insured during delivery everybody's happy. Highly regarded.

The screen was packed very well (multiple layers of bubble wrap/foam inside a double-layer cardboard box). At first I thought they had sent me a glossy screen instead of the matte screen I had ordered. However, it turned out to just be a glossy film protector which I promptly removed. I had not issues swapping out the screen and it worked as expected.

For just under $100 (including fast shipping) I received my laptop screen for a 3 month old Lenovo one my co-workers busted. I expected to see a $400+ price for the item when I found it. I had triple checked the serial/model number since I though it was too good to be true. Long story short, item came fast, well packed and was virtually identical to the original. Great service. Thanks!

The first time I ordered from them, I actually ordered the wrong screen. I ordered one with resolution too high for the laptop I needed it for. We contacted them and had no issue getting a refund. It took about 2 days after the screen was returned to get our money back.

I recently ordered a new screen from these guys and they delivered exactly what they said they would. I placed my order in Monday, product was shipped Tuesday and I got it Friday (I'm in CA so not too far).

I'm not sure why they have received 2 stars but as a computer repair shop owner, I know I will use them again.

I bought LCD for my laptop and they charged me extra shipping for an insured ups shipment. I got my LCD in damage condition and when i notified them about this happening, rather then help me out they want to charge me another $15 to ship the damage item back to them. It is a worst experience i ever had with any company. I have no choice but to call my credit card.

Screen was shipped fast (I received it within 3 business days). No issues with the screen after installation. Zero dead pixel, work as well as I could expect. Their site was well made too. Made it easy to select the right screen for my laptop without even having to look at the old one. The price seemed perfectly reasonable to me. So... really I can't see what more I could have asked for.

Purchased a Dell Studio 1569 laptop screen and not only did the screen come in perfect condition, shipped quickly and well protected, the price was better than their competitors... There is something wrong with your thought process if you need a new laptop screen and do not purchase from laptopscreen.com...

I am very pleased with my laptop screen purchase. It was an exact fit and this screen has a better picture than the screen that came with my laptop. The make of my laptop screen is from LG which I have always had good luck with. The shipping was very fast too. Laptopscreen.com also gives you a 3 year warranty while Dell Computers only gives a 1 year warranty. Best of all, it was $130 less than what Dell Computers wanted for their screens. I also like the video they have to show exactly how to change out the screen of your specific make and model laptop. I am so glad I found Laptopscreen.com.

Replacement screen

HP laptop screen went pink. Don't like taking things to get fixed, distrust thing. Found sight with Google search. Found replacement screen and ordered. Screen arrived few days later. 1 mounting tab got bent in shipping. Bent it back with no problem. Installed easily and works perfect. Thanks Laptop Screen.

Web site was easy to use and order the correct screen.
It shipped quickly and arrived well packaged.
Installation took about 30 minutes. Video was not exact for model but helped to get the job done.
Screen works perfectly and hopefully will continue to as long as someone doesn't step on it again.

I ordered a replacement screen for my Alienware laptop. It required slight modification since the screen was for a newer model, but after sending an email with photos, laptopscreen replied with a detail steps to perform the modification myself, saving me hundreds over the cost of having someone take a look at the machine. The ordering process was easy, the screen was securely packed, and I will use them again if I ever need to replace another laptop screen.

Bought a screen for a friend, removed the old one first so I could look up the exact part #. Screen arrived quickly, was well packaged. Installation went smoothly. Would have given 5 star, but the screen did have one stuck pixel, not a big deal. Not worth time and effort to replace.

Very easy to use website. I wasnt sure about my screen so i contacted customer online support. I gave them my screen number code and they matched me with the right one. I live is Aus and it was very quick delivery took about a week. Perfect. Have booked marked for future use

We ordered and received the correct screen in 3 days. We followed the step by step instructions to replace the screen and had no problems. It works well, is clear and bright. It looks like there is one dead pixel, but I can live with that. $98. Is so much better that the $375 quote I got from Compaq to fix my 6 month old laptop

Needed a new screen for an old but trusty Thinkpad. Found cheaper options at Amazon and on eBay, but those options didn't specify whether the screen would be matte or glossy, plus didn't appear completely reliable. The LaptopScreen website was excellent for zeroing on the right screen for my model and gave me confidence in their ability to deliver. The screen was in the UK, but the shipping cost and speed were excellent considering the distance (I'm on the US west coast). Thumbs up to this company.
