I ordered a Sony laptop screen, 13.3 inches from them. Six days later, I receive a screen for some 15 inch laptop. I was really disappointed. I called the company and tried to explain to the rep. He kept telling me "Go to the website", "All the details on the website". He didn't even want to talk about it; his time is so precious but my time is not. I'm giving them a week to resolve this matter and I'm getting my money back in full, or I will sue their stupid...,.

Great Deal. Fabulous Warranties. My Credit Card vendor blocked the transaction as possible fraud. After verifying the transaction with the bank, I called this company and alerted them. Instead of telling to reorder the part with a different card causing further delays for me, they went the extra distance and reprocessed the card manually to make sure my order went out in time for Next Day Air Service delivery.

After a long internet search I found Laptopscreen to be the best place to buy my replacement laptop screen from, extensive stocks of just about every screen are held and I picked my correct one using their tool. The screen was delivered very fast and in very secure and well marked packing.
Would highly recommend using these guys and I will certainly be using them for any future requirements.

When my son broke his screen, I originally thought it would be cheaper and easier for him to buy a new laptop instead of getting his repaired. Not only are the screens from this site very affordable, but watching the videos convinced me it was worth giving it a try myself. The screen arrived on-time and as promised, and the installation was easier than I had anticipated. My son is very grateful for such a low cost solution.

I ordered a replacement screen for an Acer 5532 from laptopscreen.com. They had a great price and were showing in stock. After placing the order, I read some of the negative reviews here and was worried. My screen, though, came exactly when they said (two days after ordering), was in perfect condition, and had zero dead pixels. I was very impressed with the packaging job (extensive bubble wrapping). I replaced my screen and am typing on the laptop right now.
