I needed to replace the screen in my Dad's laptop. They helped me find the correct screen and sent it Fedex. I was even offered $50 to film myself installing it so they could help others. Yes they solicited this feedback which is perfectly normal. I never would have heard of sitejabber but I can see someone with a bad experience seems to be making a very big deal of it. I have an Acer laptop that has little to nothing in the way of screen protection. Just a simple plastic frame and four screws hold the thing in so with twin boys under the age of 8 using it, it has broken twice. Finding a replacement was hard at first Until I found LaptopScreen's website. I bought both replacements from them and both arrived in pristine condition, cheaper than the Best Buy or the other computer repair places, and it was easy (also thanks to Acer's crappy design) to switch out. As I wait patiently for the inevitable to happen again, I can at least take comfort in knowing where I can go to get a replacement for a good price and fast, reliable delivery.
I ordered a screen to replace my daughters shattered screen, oops! It arrived in two days and I used the laptopscreen.com tutorial to install. It took me only 1/2 of an hour. Damn kids shattered a laptop LCD. So, I call Lenovo to find out how much for repair or replacement and found out it was $80 no refundable plus the cost of the service and parts. A replacement screen was going to run me about $150. F-that!
Googled and found laptopscreen.com. Read a few reviews and decided to order. Total cost including shipping ran be almost $80. The shipping was just before x-mas and received it within 3 days. Installed the new screen and looks as good as new. Maybe even better cause I decided to change it to a Matte screen.

First order the screen came with a bright dot in the middle although i asked them to test it before dispatch.
I told them to sent me a replacement but first to test it for any kind of defects. Like dead /stuck pixels bright dots backlight problems etc.
Guess what. They did not.
The new screen had two dead pixels. Total waste of time and money.
Also they are not polite at all. The are rude and they seem not to care at all for the customers.
Unprofessional behaviour from the beginning to the end.
I will dedicate time to spread the word in every single tech forum exists.
People must know about this and avoid buying screens from them.

This is the second time I've ordered a screen from laptopscreen.com. Both purchases were easy, the site is well organized and the shipping info and tracking feature worked. In both cases the standard shipping took about 10 days and the units were well packed.
As far as quality goes, I received an exact, manufacturer's original screen for both an HP and an Acer. Identical to the plugs and mounting hardware and the YouTube videos for this last unit, an Acer Aspire One, had me up and running in less than 8 minutes.
